The employees are very nice. Considering how many people were in the drive thru they kept up with dine in orders very well, even with just one register open. The dining area was pretty clean. The 3 stars is really for the poor burger prep. The regular sliders were slapped together so haphazardly it was hard to get them out of the box. Plus there were nearly as many onions on the outside of the bun and in the box as on the burger itself. The only one that wasn't in as bad shape was the one with cheese on it. I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. The automated drive thru was very problematic...it did not understand the combos and it would add additional items. I had to cancel my order twice. I would request to speak to a team member then the screen would freeze. They did not have sugar for coffee. (I thought this was weird). The food was delicious and hot. read more

Slow, so very slow. The whole team seems discombobulated. I wouldn't go anywhere near the place from 6pm-8/9pm. I waited 20 minutes for three sliders, they tried to give me the wrong order twice, it was just terrible. They are unprepared and constantly squabbling. There is no leadership. I went to White Castle on Versallies Rd to get a bite to eat for 5 first time, I have to say the food was awesome! Everything was fresh and the wait time was not that long.. The customer service was actually amazing and rare for this type of fast food restaurant, I was able to meet one of the team members name Eric, he was such a breath of fresh air very kind and respectful. If you choose to spend money with White Castle do not under any circumstances allow them to park you and bring the order to your car. My quick trip for a couple of breakfast sliders turned into a twenty minute wait before I gave up and went into the restaurant. I discovered that the cook wanted to blame the server and the server wanted to blame the cook all the while the manager remained unconcerned and unaware. I usually get good service and fresh food at this White Castle, especially late night. Certain shift managers seem to do a better job at managing how many burgers to keep on the grill than others. I tend to get fresher burgers when those certain managers are working. The smoothies are excellent and made fresh in a blender. read more

I had to stop in here after hearing so much about this place, i.e. White Castle hamburgers, not this particular franchise. Boy, I definitely could have picked a better representitive for the White Castle chian. Although the drive through was pretty busy, the restaurant was empty. Beyond that, there was an air of dinginess, filth and general shabbiness. I figured since the drive through was busy, the food would still be safe to eat. So I ordered a #1 combo: 4 sliders, sweet potato fries, and a medium drink. I also ordered four pulled pork sliders. The staff was polite and pleasant, but you could kind of tell they were not thrilled to be working on a Sunday night. The CO2 to the soda fountain was out, so I opted for water (a safe bet) while I waited for my order. After I a few minutes, I picked up my order and hit the road again. The pulled pork sliders sub-par. The sauce was way too sweet and you couldn't taste any pork. The White Castle sliders were also sub-par. Hastily constructed, it was just a thinly sliced, square hamburger patty with some pickles (the dominant flavor) and onions (no flavor what so ever). Although I am sure White Castle sliders are great, just ask Harold and Kumar, this particular restaurant is not the one to pop your White Castle cherry at! read more

This place is pretty consistent with the quality of their food. I don't think I've ever gotten a bad meal here. The only complaint would be that sometimes it can be slow, but not always. My favorite thing to order here is the double cheeseburger. My next favorite thing to order is the waffle breakfast slider with sausage & egg. It comes with some Mrs. Butterworth syrup if you ask for it, and when you drizzle the syrup on the waffle it's by far my favorite fast food breakfast sandwich. read more

White Castle's are always slower than other fast food places, even at their drive-thru. This one is absurdly slow. They have also never (and I mean never) gotten my order right. They've forgotten entire items ordered or just made things wrong. It's not always convenient to go back. Given the time involved and the likelihood of getting something wrong it's really not worth going to, unless you want White Castle, A LOT. If so, go inside; you can get your order fixed more easily. read more

This was hands down the best service I've ever received anywhere. Just ate here and the food was actually very, very good. The burgers melted in your mouth and they have veggie options too, which were also good. Honestly, this staff deserves some kind of hospitality award. Highly recommend this location.
