We took everything to go as we were trying to make time on the road. The quiche was super greasy. The fruit was the best item as it was fresh and very delicious. When we stopped later in the day for lunch we were very disappointed to see that we were not given wild caught salmon. We know what it looks like and what it takes like. The salmon was farm raised. How do we know for sure? We have an Alaska area code. We have snatched them right out of the Kenai River. Farm raised is night and day from Wild caught salmon. If you know then ya know. There is a big price difference, and we are willing to pay for it. It's very misleading to pass off farm raised as wild. Due to this we will NOT be going out of our way to return.

I could've stayed there sampling all day. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for a full tour, but the tasting experience more than made up for it. The line into the gift shop was a little long (as expected at a popular spot), but it was well organized and moved quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I ended up leaving with several excellent bottles to haul back to California--definitely worth the drive and the extra weight in the car! If you're a bourbon fan, Buffalo Trace is a must-stop.
