We were having some trouble using the app, so we went into the restaurant and asked Roxana D if she could help us. Our very favorite meal to order is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. We ordered one for both of us and 2 drinks. I wanted Zaxby's Unsweet Ice Tea but it was being refilled, so Roxana filled my cup and brought it out to our table. Our Quesadillas were ready very quickly and we loved them. I never can eat a whole one, so I was looking forward to having it the next day for lunch. I wanted a tea refill so I walked back up to get them to refill my cup. They have the best tea. Roxana checked on us several times while we were there. I had trouble picking what I wanted to get so the Manager of Jaggers, KC helped us place our order. She was so helpful. I chose the Kid's Cheeseburger with Bacon, Fruit and a Child's Drink. My husband selected Double Bacon Cheeseburger and he made it a meal by choosing a side of Mac n Cheese, and a Drink. We had joined the Reward Points and there was a special of Save $3 if you spent $20. That was nice! The Management staff at Jaggers was really great. Again there was KC, the Manager, and Luke another Manager. Their GM is Clayton and he's a wonderful supporter of Swan Pointe. He gives us a lot of gift cards and giveaways for our Block Party. Their Counter Staff and Kitchen Staff worked very hard tonight to get us through the food lines and bringing us our meals and cleaning up. It was a really nice time tonight.
