I have been sitting on this place awhile. I finally decided to go right before the Snowstorm of 2026, I was staying at a motel nearby for work as well. Service was friendly and fast. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a Diet Coke. They give you a number to take to your table and they bring your food to you. The burger itself was good, fries amazing. The Jaggers sauce awesome. It was a decent meal for the price. They also have an app where you can earn and redeem rewards. I look forward to trying their other food at some point. Jaggers has me in a chokehold. If I want a burger and fries I usually end up at jaggers. Crazy good cheeseburger is a double patty with fresh onions, lettuce, tomato, and jaggers sauce that is kind of like a bbq/ranch hybrid. I love the onions on the burger because they are fresh and crunchy but they chop them up small so you get a little in every bite instead of a big chunk. And I love their shine string fries! This was the second time I have tried Jaggers, and the second location. I'm sad to say both times were not very impressive. I visited this location around 4:30 PM on a Sunday. I expected amazing food by the look of the drive-through line. There was a double line and a person standing outside to take our order. It was very busy but I will say, considering the amount of people the time between ordering and getting my food was short. Sadly, that is about the last good thing that I can say. First of all, our order was not correct. I ordered three double cheeseburgers, two orders of tater tots and an order of chicken tenders. I didn't receive tater tots, I received fries instead. I wish I had looked before I left, but that part is on me. I did not want to go through the line again, I was hungry and ready to get home and get food to my spouse. My husband made the comment and I had to agree that we have never tasted a burger with so many toppings that had so little flavor. The meat seem to have absolutely no seasoning, and all of the toppings were completely tasteless, including the Jagger sauce I couldn't tell that it had any flavor at all. It was cooked. It was around 12:30, so peak lunch time, but they run it Chick-fil-A style with two lanes and the hybrid order/pick up at your car or the window so it went fast. I asked the girl taking my order if they had a Bacon Cheeseburger which they did and I ordered that minus onions. My order was accurate and I was an able to get out of the line relatively easily once I had my order. Then the best part was the burger, it was excellent and I saw a few other options on the menu that I would definitely try. I saw this on friends Yelp, it looked good, and was close by to my hotel so I thought why not try it. I had never heard of this place or chain and googled to find out what it's all about. Upping arrival, I was surprised that it was drive thru only but that worked out OK as I just brought it back and ate in the room. What a great new fast food option! I had a chance to stop by Jaggers today and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was that the drive-thru is run a bitter differently. Instead of talking into a box, a staff member came out to get my order via the car. They kept everything moving. And I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken, small fries and Oreo shake. So I could indulge in the fries and shake, I went with something a bit healthier. I'm not a huge salad fan, but this was very good. Lots of large, fresh ingredients. I ate the whole thing. I also like the shoestring fries. And that shake! I followed the clerk's recommendation and got Oreo. It was the best part of my meal. Fast food type burger joint over on Dutchman's lane across from all the hospitals. I've heard great things about this place so I took myself and my 4 daughters on a whim to lunch today. We did the drive thru since they had dine in closer due to covid pandemic. The drive thru line setup looked like they were mimicking what chick Fil a does. Which is a good thing. More places should do that. We had people outside taking orders and payment while in line still to process the line faster. It appeared to work as we made it through very quickly. I personally got a "crazy good" cheeseburger and a Ghirardelli brownie milkshake. My oldest daughter got a crazy good burger and a chocolate shake. The cheeseburger was pretty good. Not sure I'd describe as crazy but it is good and has a unique flavor and sauce that lets you know you are eating a jaggers burger. No complaints from me. Shake was tasty too. Straws are huge but the brownie chucks were big so it still was difficult to drink through a straw. Don't worry I still found a way to manage and eat all the brownie deliciousness. My other two kids not in diapers got kids meals. One got a cheeseburger and the other Mac and cheese. The kids meal came with a small drink, fries, and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookies were a big hit with both. The fries are kinda thin but still solid. They also got shakes in a chocolate and a Oreo cookies and cream shake. My second oldest got the Mac and cheese and she is what picky eaters would call a really picky eater. At first she was like "you know how you don't want to say you like something but you still can eat it?" To "the more I eat it the more I like it". She ate it all which is a win for her. I spun through the Jaggers drive thru with my 2 boys (15 & 10 yrs) to grab cheeseburger kids meals for each of us. I'd heard from a friend it was a good portion of food and they were right. Because we came through a little after 3p the line wasn't long and with 2 team members outside to take orders it was quick and efficient. They also took our payment so when we got to the pick up window it was a fast handoff. The kids cheeseburger is a large beef patty. The shoestring fries were decent - my boys enjoyed them but they don't keep temperature well and next time I'll opt for fruit instead. For $5 we got the burger, side, small drink and tiny cookies. The boys were so excited about the mini cookies! A perfect bite and seemed fresh baked and soft. The menu is basic here, which is nice. Burgers, chicken tenders, salads and sides. Milkshakes are popular when you're feeling indulgent. The only awkward moment was leaving the drive thru. We were blocked and required to go right but the expressway is left. I assume this helps with traffic flow or I went the wrong way? It required a sharp left turn to route the car - okay for my compact car but I noticed huge tire tracks where a larger car drove on the sidewalk. I have seen either fantastic or really bad reviews of Jaggers, so I felt a little iffy on how my experience would be. Since it opened just a month ago, I figured now would be a good time to try it, hoping the crowds would be down. Nope!! I came at 2 p.m. on a Saturday and there were two drive thru lines nearly out the street! Luckily, the line moved pretty quick and it wasn't as scary as it looked. Their drive thru process is set up like Chick Fil A, with employees outside taking orders. With the double lines, I've noticed that some people mentioned getting the wrong order, and they were about to give me someone else's until I corrected them. So, just be careful to double check yours before you drive off. The food exceeded my expectations for fast food. I got a cookies and cream shake, which was really thick and wonderful! Found this place on Yelp on the way from the airport. They serve burgers, chicken sandwiches, and tenders. I went through drive thru so I can't speak to the ambiance inside. There were order takers outside which reminded me of CFA. While I waited, I was able to decide what I wanted. I opted for the mushroom swiss burger and shoestring fries. The burger was juicy, but a little underseasoned imo. I was hungry so I thought I would be able to finish the double patty that comes standard, but it was too much for me. You can ask for a single, apparently at a lower price point. The fries were crisp, seasoned just right, and hot. It was a decent meal, and a nice welcome to Louisville. Jaggers is a new restaurant that is opening tomorrow, December 9, 2020, at the site of the old Texas Roadhouse on Dutchmans Parkway. I had the opportunity to try to today during a friends and family drive through event. I'm not sure if there is inside seating, but they had a very quick and efficient drive through! The menu consists of burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, chicken tenders, sides and shakes. Overall the menu looks really delicious and prices are affordable ranging from $4.49 - $7.49 for an entree. You can make it a meal to receive fries and a drink for $2.99. We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and California Grilled Chicken sandwich with fries. All the burgers are doubles, which my husband loved. The burgers were amazing! The bread is toasted and buttery, the sandwiches were good sized and you could actually taste the different flavors. The California Grilled Chicken had bacon, fresh avocado, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and garlic Mayo. It was a very hearty sandwich, and one I would recommend. The sandwich itself was heavy and the ingredients made the bun a little flimsy, but I contribute that to my 20+ minute drive home! The fries were to die for. They are shoestring, crunchy fries that are seasoned. We got the regular order which was a regular side of fries. The top it off we ordered the Hersey's Chocolate Chip cookie shake. It wasn't full to the top, but it was so rich and creamy. You could really taste the whipped cream, but it was still light with cookie crumbles on it. I will be back to try all the shakes. So glad a place like this has opened up that has several selections of chicken and hamburger options. I went the 2nd week they were open. At that time, the inside of the restaurant was not open yet. You could only do curbside or drive thru orders. I have been' on 2 separate occasions to Jaggers. The first time I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and added a cheese cup. That burger was so good and fresh. It was still hot when I got all the way home. The fries remind me of Steak & Shakes. Thin fries, but they had a little more potato than Steak & Shake. These were much better. The cheese was like nacho cheese. Not sure if I was a big fan of it, but it's cheese and I love cheese. The second time I went I did curbside. My food was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. As soon as I pulled up, they brought it right out. I had several orders I was picking up and all the orders were correct. This time I got Country Fried Chicken sandwich and fries. It had a piece of fried chicken, gravy and an egg on it. I love chicken with gravy. Yum! The sandwich was delicious. The egg was not that good on it so I took it off. The thing I liked is that they were thoughtful when they prepared the food. They put the gravy on the side and I assume because they knew it would make the sandwich soggy before we reached our destination. Great planning ! Thanks! I also got a side salad.
