We…read moreplaced an order for a Munchie Meal and were waiting for our food when I noticed an employee waiting for their meal during what appeared to be their break. From what I observed, the employee's order had not been prepared the way they requested. The manager's response was both rude and unprofessional. They essentially told the employee that they would receive whatever was given to them, rather than what they had actually ordered. I found this behavior very disappointing. Regardless of whether someone is an employee or a customer, they deserve to be treated with respect. The fact that this employee works there and was spoken to in such a disrespectful manner was concerning to me. It made me wonder how customers would be treated if they had a similar issue with their order. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves courtesy, respect, and the opportunity to receive what they ordered. I hope management takes the time to address this type of behavior, because the way employees are treated speaks volumes about the overall environment of an establishment.

Had to use a kiosk but the full menu wasn't on the kiosk. First time at a Jack and won't be going back.
