DOUBLE CHEESE SLIDER CAL 300-330
Kashara B.

Whew ! This is a staple. I was born in Chicago so everytime we come from Texas it's a must. Every White Castle is good. You just have to ask for it fresh. If it's soggy, ask them to remake it. My order is 2 double cheese burgers with no pickles. 1 order of chicken rings and onion rings. This is the best fast food hands down! They will never disappoint!! Follow me on Instagram and tik toc @kasharabell for more foodie and travel content !

I just ordered food. I took the time out to type no cheese and no meat. You will never guess what I got on my food.... you got that folks. Cheese and meat! There goes 30$ wasted and a girl still starving!

The slider is a classic but since I like a spicy kick, I add pepper jack cheese over it.

Seating challenged but we scored a spot…read more Plenty of options but we chose the famous steak sandwich with cheese and peppers, pasta fagioli soup, fries and beer. The sandwich not overly breaded and just enough sauce and cheese. The hot peppers were good on it but I should have got the sweet peppers too. My friend said her fries were fresh but just a little undercooked. The soup was different from the standard pasta fagioli that I have had which seemed to be a cream based maybe cheese in it and beans no beef. But it was still good. I added a pinch of salt The pizza looked delicious as did the ice cream. I would have loved to try a beef as I haven't been here since I was a kid. Half of a large sandwich and I was stuffed. Great vibe and definitely a sox fans haven. The servers were kind and again even with a line out the door the they moved quickly.

How the fuck does this place have 4.6 stars?…read more To kick things off, the ordering process is absolutely retarded. In one line you have access to only 90% of the menu and then there is another line where you can only get pizza and they don't make it clear at all. Every single worker we encountered was extremely rude. It was almost comical how useless the staff was. . We finally got a slice of pizza, which tasted like the kind of pizza the elementary school cafeteria would serve, worst crust ive ever had. When I ordered a diet coke, it took almost 15 minutes for them to get it and call it out. Like just open the fridge youre standing in front of and hand me a bottle. Right when I thought I couldn't have a worse experience, this lady screamed and freaked out and her and her friend grabbed all their stuff and ran out because there was a rat under their table. Holy fuck please do not come here if you have a shred of self respect.

I've spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and have had many cheesesteaks, so I'm well versed on what…read morea good Philly Cheesesteak should taste like. The quality of the steak and the hoagie roll (has to be fresh and from Philadelphia) being of utmost importance. The first time I had a Charley's cheesesteak (Rosemont Outlet mall location), was due to a recommendation from someone. I'm always hesitant about getting cheesesteaks from random places, because they're just not good. I got the chicken cheesesteak and to my surprise, it was tasty. The chicken was seasoned, bread was good and the fries were crispy. On this particular occasion, I visited the Charley's located on 47th street, in the Lake Park Plaza Shopping Center. This is a strip mall location with other eateries and a laundromat. While there's parking, it can sometimes get crowded, and is always filled with cars. Upon entering, there are a few tables, but the space really isn't setup for dining in . On this occasion I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, fries and a peach lemonade. I do suggest ordering on the mobile app to save time. The mobile app also offers coupons and points earned for purchases made. (A few weeks prior I had a free drink on my account for my birthday. I went in store to order, and had to go back and forth with the counter attendant about if the drink was for a lemonade or a milk shake, as I wanted a milk shake. It was for both, but I wanted a milk shake. All of this would've been avoided if I had ordered online. I hate going back and forth with people, which is why I prefer ordering fast food online- so I don't have to deal with people- but I digress). I had ordered online so didn't have much interaction with the counter attendants, on this occasion. However, my interaction with them was pleasant. The cheesesteaks are pretty good, nice serving size with portions that leave you full. I've also ordered boneless chicken wings in the past, and they, too, were tasty. My favorite cheesesteak on the planet is Max's in North Philadelphia. But when in Chicago, Charley's is my go to for a cheesesteak in the city, for the meantime.

We split the large old School Philly sandwich and a special Kimchi version. I like that they change it up with different flavors. We didn't get any sides or fries with it. The bread is nicely seasoned and toasty, not hard, and the meat and cheese were tasty. We did carryout, they do not have much in the way of dine in. I saw some juices and ice cream, which I will def try when it's warmer out. The staff was professional and friendly. I think there is a tv in there, as it is a 10 or so minute wait for each order. They are in a mini mall so one could wander around, but next time I will order online.

The rumors are true, Chicago hot dogs are the best. order the Chicago style, hot dog and the chili cheese dog with the chili cheese fries. Was a phenomenal meal. The Chicago style hot dog was made of a juicy hot dog topped with relish, diced onions, sliced tomato, and peppers (believe these peppers made the difference). Wasn't expecting much but these hotdog dogs were fantastic. The chili dogs and chili cheese fries were pretty standard. The hotdog itself was very juicy and tasty. But overall pretty standard across the board. Also ordered their famous chocolate cake. Honestly, it was good, but nothing special. We got in late Wednesday, so after a long day of travel, we just opened up the DD app to find something Chicago and quick and easy. I got the 2 Chicago dog meal, Dr Pepper and small fry. Husband got the Italian beef, regular size, sprite and large fry. Price was about $40 before DD fees and tip. When order finally arrived (DD issue!) we noticed no sprite. Driver told us that was a store issue. So we had to venture out and go get my husband something to drink. Our food was cold - DD issue maybe? Not sure. My food was ok - the Chicago dogs were classic, but I also feel like that was the same dog I could get back home at weinersnitzel, for a quarter of the price. My husband said the meat on his sandwich was very lacking, it was only on one half of his sandwich. Not sure if I would try again. Food was overpriced for the quality.

Upon entering the enticing brick and mortar arena of class and burger, I went to my go to. Bacon. A bacon cheeseburger...as is. And what I was given wasn't so bad.
