I went at 11:30 am and the service was friendly and quick. Went through drive thru. Value (B+) It's a couple of bucks for a slider and they seem to have some great values Service (A) Super fast and super nice. No issues - very friendly Quality (B-) They are okay. I would only purchase because I had a couple and it's been a while since I have had White Castle - like 20 years. But I could see why people like them. If you want an affordable quick fix burger - then this place is pretty good option. Not my thing but not bad. Went here pretty late Saturday night with some friends and ordered quite a large order of sliders, fries, and drinks using the drive-thru; the total was ~$80! The staff was very friendly and explained that our order may take 10-20 minutes to prepare our order, due to short staff. The staff produced our order in ~10 minutes after we paid; all the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I will definitely be returning here, if I find myself craving White Castle in Bolingbrook! read more

came in at about 10:00 at night, worst drive thru experience ever. i couldn't tell if the lady over the speaker taking orders was stupid, rude, or just both. it took a ridiculous amount of time just to order a couple sliders, she didn't tell us the total or to even pull forward at the end and every word that came out of her mouth was short and said with an attitude. it was mental torture trying to talk to her. you could also hear the workers screaming and messing around in the background through the speaker. when we pulled around the line took forever. the car in front of us was honking at the window because they messed up their order and had to redo it. when we finally got to the window it was a different lady, nicer, but she told us they were out of orange fanta. we didnt orange we ordered grape but whatever. we got our order after 20 minutes finally in two seperate bags and were missing the parm sliders we had ordered. we had already pulled out at this point and were not waiting back in that line. so not only did we have to deal with horrible customer service and a unnecessary long wait time, our order we had paid for wasn't even all there. get some better workers, will not be returning and i've been coming to this location for years. read more

#85/2022 Another whitey one bites This one here in Bolingbrook it's been back and forth even by the reviews sometimes it's really good sometimes it's really bad. I came in it was very good. I was doing some shopping not too far away and I decided I wanted some sliders so I slid on in and got my favorite a number two. Two double cheeseburgers I hold the onions and just leave the pickles, ordered up fries requested no salt a cup of cheese and a Diet Seagram's ginger ale my usual for the most part. employees were very cordial and friendly very professional today even with an impending storm coming. I noticed when I put my coat down waiting on the fries to get done with some of the tables were kind of filthy so I asked if she wouldn't mind wiping one down and she came out and did the whole dining room promptly always a good sign. And I found one of my coffee cups I've been looking for since they rolled out this new promotion this year. The one that said Long live sliders I wanted the sort of teal color and I found it seven bucks no biggie. I haven't been here in years. Wanted to check out this establishment on a lunch break. It's an older establishment and it's got alot of older designs which I like. This location is big inside! There's ample amount of parking as well. I was greeted by Bill who took my order, really friendly guy. Staff here is great. Though I am saddened that the 12 piece chicken ring special was gone. There number 5 special I ordered was phenomenal. Great service. Great food. Will definitely come back! read more

To be honest, this location is really good! I live in the neighborhood and I work from home so when I'm craving a good slider and some cheese sticks this is my spot! My only negative comment is that they rush you to order and I hate it! What the owners need to stress to the employees is that rushing someone to order only makes you not want to come back! Not to mention, it stops you from ordering anything else. The whole point is to make profit, but if you are being cut off every time you add an item "is that it/or is that all?" Keeps the order to a minimum. And please let's be clear, I'm not cheap and I'm college educated, and I love the Castle so my orders could be big even during my lunch break. Please stop rushing your customers. I will say that everyone that I have come in contact with is super nice so whoever does the hiring here does a great job! We went inside to eat in. After placing our order we finally received our food 30 minutes later. Unacceptable! Not even an update on our order from the staff as we waited by the counter. There were only 3 workers. It appeared they were focusing on drive-thru customers. Other dine-in customers also waited this long. I'm not exaggerating. The dining area had dirty tables, the floor was sticky, there were no napkins, and the bathrooms were filthy. At least the garbage was tended to. With the limited staff, management should have closed inside dining so the store could focus on drive-thru orders only. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never go back to this White Castle again. It's White Castle, therefore it rules! Seriously though, this location is great. We went thru the drive thru to pick up sliders, mozzarella sticks and chocolate shakes for my daughters after a doctor's appointment nearby. Location is easy to pull in and out of with plenty of parking and is nicely kept on the exterior (I'm sure the inside is as well). The woman who waited on us was super friendly and made sure our order was fresh, hot (except for the shakes) and correct. What more can you ask for? read more

The restaurant was fairly clean, but the air conditioning had clearly seen better days. The salt in the salt packets was all clumped together, and you could feel the humidity in the restaurant. The burgers were freshly made, with plenty of onions, the way they should be. There was a slight delay in our order, due to a Crave Case going out in the order just before ours. This was my first time ever going to a White Castle, and even though my expectations were low, it wasn't overly impressive. Everything from the food to the service left much to be desired. Starting out, I had to give the cashier my order 4 times before she got it, and she still had to call to ask for help. I ordered a number 2 combo without pickles, and added on a crispy chicken slider. The food was up quick and hot, so that was at least nice. Here's a breakdown: The burgers: basically slider-shaped cheesesteaks. One still had pickles on it, despite telling her during all four of my orders that I did not want pickles on there. The crispy chicken was surprisingly good. It was crispy, with just the right amount of toppings and breading. It was actually my favorite thing from the whole evening. Crinkle cut fries were ok. They were small, a little over cooked, and borderline hard. French fries are my absolute passion, aside from tacos, and I have to say these were pretty disappointing. Overall it wasn't a stellar experience, but then again it is White Castle in this is most likely the norm. I would be willing to try them again in the future to make sure this wasn't just a one-off since this was my first time going to one. For now however, the review remains at two stars. read more

I guess this White Castle used to be bad, but today it is honestly the best one that is near me. I live in Aurora and I won't eat White Castle unless I'm at the one in Bolingbrook, there food is always hot their onion rings are the best in the area and this specific White Castle is really out doing the others! My only complaint is that sometimes their soft drinks seem a bit watered down. But overall I would say that recently this White Castle has probably the best quality compared to MOST of the others!! This was my first White Castle experience. I used the drive thru. I had to say my order several times, finally I got tired of repeating it and just said okay. I just wanted a #1 combo with a soda. I ended up with a #1 with cheese and a HI-C because whoever was on the other end couldn't understand me asking for a coke. Once my order was complete, the guy said "pull around". I sat at the first window waiting for someone to come, then finally someone waved me to pull to the second window. I still had to sit for a few minutes. Finally paid and got my food and they forgot my drink. I sat and waited and tried to wave down a person that would look in my direction, finally got someone to hand me the drink that was sitting in the window. When I got to my hotel to try my food, which is 5 minutes away, fries were soggy and really cold and no salt. Burgers were still warm and tasted good.
