My daughter and I stayed in the Birds of a Feather, a beautiful room with extremely comfortable twin beds, a great walk-in shower, and even robes provided for our stay. The grounds are very well kept, with wonderful landscaping and seating everywhere. The pool and patio areas were lit up all night, and the pool was very clean and inviting. The location is wonderful--within walking distance of several good restaurants and downtown Granbury, and right across the street from the lake and beach area. We were there for a wedding, and it couldn't have been more beautifully decorated. The trees were filled with lights, and a beautiful ring decorated with flowers provided the perfect backdrop for the bride and groom to say their vows. The hotel provided a beautiful outdoor tent with tables and chairs and even assisted with a list of catering venues. The staff were so personable, friendly, and caring. They all really rocked our stay with their hospitality. Hotel Lucy is truly an extraordinary place to have an event, and I highly recommend it. The hotel also offers a wonderful full-size kitchen and table if you want to stay a couple of days and cook. In the morning, there is a choice of coffees and fresh bread, which was very yummy. Overall, Hotel Lucy was a wonderful experience--beautiful surroundings, a great location, and a staff that genuinely cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again!

Both the hubby and I come from customer service backgrounds so when we receive excellent service we like to share this information. They are incredible. We got so lucky to have a bunch of rain before our stay and the kids played in the creek all weekend, chasing frogs and crayfish. Waterfall was incredible. Cabin was super clean, with great amenities we didn't expect - just perfect. The owners were over the top sweet and even texted us pics of the kids playing in the creek. Of course we did the Fossil Rim trip and Dinosaur Valley stop while we were here. We will 100% make this an annual visit.
