I…read moreremember in 2003 a Domino's outlet opened near my school and it was FOAK (first of a kind) for us .. Naturally, they have always had a special place .. not just this, the pizzas were very nice as well (far better than their competitors) .. and keeping in mind the local taste & traditions as well .. there was a flurry of vegetarian (lacto vegetarian) pizzas and they are still the favourites .. So, when I came here .. the perspective was always there .. all I was waiting for was a chance to order a pizza :P from Domino's .. and then one fine day we did .. 2 medium one .. One to suffice the need of vegetarians with toppings like onions, bell peppers, corns, jalapenos, pineapple (imagine the monkey closing eyes emoji) .. Had a slice and yeah it was alright. The other one was a plain bbq chicken one with onions .. and although it was quite plain loved the way it was made .. the chicken was in plenty .. the sauce was apt .. the crust was good .. Enjoyed it for a good 2 days (oh refrigerated it not that I kept on eating for 2 days straight he he :P) The delivery was smooth .. no qualms at all. All in all, Thank God they had all the charms here as well .. otherwise they would have left a very disappointed man .. right here. :)

I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese pizza, crazy bread with sauce, and stuffed crazy bread. I pick up the order and didn't see the other bag of stuffed bread, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it would be in the box. Get back to my place (I live about 20 miles away from town btw) and realize they forgot the stuffed bread. I give them a couple calls and no answer, rung for about 5 minutes. So against my better judgement I drive back to fix the issue. I politely told the person at the front that they forgot one of my items, and that since my food was cold by now if they could possibly remake the order. Unfortunately, they told me that they could not remake the order, but could give me what I had previously ordered (the missing bread.) I accepted the bread and left because I did not want to cause any issues with the staff because I know what it feels like to argue with a customer. I'm not one to go out of my way to make reviews like this, but all I have to say is that I'm disappointed. The staff could've at least comped me some free bread or remade my order to show there are no hard feelings. I'm not mad or angry, just disappointed in the lack of effort to make up for their mistakes. I will no longer be doing business with this Little Caesar's location and will take my usual orders to the one down in Market St. TLDR; They forgot something in my order and told me they couldn't remake it, regardless of the fact that it was cold.

However, I had an experience today at the register with Kaylyn (Katelyn) you all know better than I. that left a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for a little extra pineapple and extra chicken, and she proceeded to charge me a dollar for every single extra item. Look, that might technically be store policy, but when you have loyal regular customers who are actively writing great reviews and bringing in new business every week, customer service needs a little flexibility. There's a famous customer service video by Bob Farrell called "Give 'Em the Pickle!" and management over here really needs to check it out. The point is simple: don't nickel and dime the people who love and support your business over a dollar add on. Sometimes, you just gotta give 'em the pickle! I still appreciate the team here, but I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to train staff on prioritizing long-term customer loyalty over policy rigidity.
