Super yummy food. The flauntas are soft but crispy they are so yummy and were my pregnancy craving lol! They take their food seriously in there and have a margarita discount day with very good margs! Fun and dim place where there is always people but loud enough you can bring your kids in a booth without being a bother. Accommodating servers and looks like a fun spot to go for an adult birthday haha

Wow, just had the beef tenderloin at Iolite Lounge. It was served with roasted rainbow carrots and truffle mashed potatoes. Everything was so delicious! They also make all kinds of cool crazy drinks.

They let us decorate however we wanted! Gave us time and space, super nice staff.

We rented out a space here for my son's high school graduation party! The service was beyond great! The food was delicious and there was so much. We had around 40 people coming and going and they were all impressed with the service as well. We paid for a semi-private room w/our own server who went above and beyond what we expected. I'm telling everyone to reserve parties here. They did a fantastic job. -Class of 2024

I've been here a number of times, they even hosted a Yelp event. They have an awesome selection of beer. Some taps are even local Spokane breweries. Food is usually your typical pub style fare. Nothing extraordinary, but it's always been decent. They did have deep fried bacon with a sausage gravy dipping sauce this last time...Sure, it's not healthy, but it was darn good. Service has varied from exceptional to average. It has never been bad and only once would I consider it average. Pool tables and other games are available to keep you busy.

Great pool atmosphere! There is an attached lounge that is geared to the more romantic, dimly lit and private area. Food was amazing. Had the Alligator Fried Rice and the Alligator burger (pictured). Both were amazing and flavorful. Was there with many friends and family. No one left disappointed.

This is my 2nd year experiencing the best Mac offered in Spokane & CDA. The Black Diamond options never disappoint! From last year's Waffle cone to this year's street tacos. If you're looking for a casual hangout with good food, pool tables & shuffle boards this is the place to be.

I was visiting Spokane and went with a friend to watch a pool tournament. We got there early and I got to watch the last half of the Seahawks game. In fact the game was everywhere. Between a couple of projection systems and a large number of flat screens, you could be anywhere in the bar and look in any direction to see the game. It looked like they accommodated a couple of private viewing parties. I was there for the pool. The pool room layout was great. Plenty of room between the tables. The tourney tables were is really good shape with the upgraded tops. I ordered off the Seahawks happy hour menu. They were out of the fried macaroni so I ordered the tots and the skewers. The Tots were ok. Could have used a bit more bacon and blue cheese but it was good. The only reason I took a star from the review was the beef skewers. One had three pieces of gristle meat and the other had two pieces of meat. I kind of got the feeling they were mostly out and threw this last order together. Our server, Courtney and Ethan were great.

    Non honoring Happy hour menu!

I don't write a lot of these, so when I do, pay attention!…read more I probably drove by this place 20 times before I actually noticed it. Then, once I noticed it, I didn't go in because I've had mixed experiences with little breweries like this. Eventually, I finally walked through the door, and I'm writing this review to help you not make the same mistake I did . The first thing you notice is how warm and inviting the place is. Wood tables, fun chairs, great music, and plants. So many plants. It feels like an actual neighborhood hangout. Here's the funny part: I can't stand beer. My wife likes it, but my taste buds won't allow it. I'm also a type 2 diabetic, so a lot of the usual brewery food isn't really an option for me. But the first time we came in, I saw things like Caprese Salad, Italian Salad, Smoked Salmon, and other options that actually work for me. And then I discovered they make their own hard seltzers. Game changer! They always have several fun flavors, and they're unsweetened, which is exactly what I'm looking for. You can also get cans to go if you want to bring some home. You can tell the husband and wife owners have put a lot of love into this place. It's comfortable, welcoming, a little quirky, and they've always been incredibly kind. So if you live around here or just driving through, check it out!

I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.

When we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the guy at the bar was genuinely friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. The food prep was impressively fast, and everything was packaged neatly and thoughtfully for takeout. We started with the pretzel, which was solid, but the real standout was the mustard--super unique with a tangy, spicy, almost wasabi-like kick that made it memorable. For mains, the curry dish hit a great balance--flavorful without being overpowering or too mild. And the biggest endorsement came from my daughter, who ordered the kids pasta with marinara and added chicken--she declared it the "best spaghetti she's ever had!" (Shh... don't tell mom.) Overall, great service, tasty food, and a welcoming vibe. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is I'd love to explore more of the menu next time--but based on this visit, we'll definitely be back.

Goat used to be bad...if a kid was the goat on the team, he was the worst player. Now, goat has turned to 'Greatest of all time' due to the acronym G.O.A.T. So when we went to dine at The Flying Goat in Spokane, the question on my mind is...will it be 2000's GOAT, or 1980's goat? The interior was pretty small but a unique layout of tables. I liked the darkness of the restaurant and the darker wood they use for accents and the bar. They also have a larger patio that is adorned with space heaters, umbrellas, and a wooden shady overhang...so no matter the weather you may be able to enjoy your meal outdoors. They also have a private event building that can seat a party. Our server was attentive and helpful. We did get there right when they opened for lunch, but that doesn't always equate to good and special attention. We ordered two of their artisan pizzas for our table of 3. The 'Fairview' was a must order and a huge hit. It used a heavy cream base and a house cheese blend. The toppings were house back bacon, gorgonzola sprinkles and pears...yes pears, which made this sucker pop! We also ordered a Lacrosse pizza- olive oil, fresh mozz, red peppers, italian sausage, pecorino and basil. This pizza was really light but packed a flavor punch as well. They have many other specialty pizzas on their menu that also sound amazing, ranging from yellow curry based to ones with snap peas, fried eggs, carrots and more. If artisan pizzas aren't your jam, they have sandwiches, salads, stews and more. To answer my original question...this place is the 2000s Goat...or very close to GOAT. Not my favorite all-time pizza place, but definitely in contention! Thanks Flying Goat for an amazing lunch!
