Just visited at 7pm tonight, this was our first time ever at a Which Which. Started off with zero welcome or acknowledgement from the two ladies working. Wrote our orders down, brought it to the cashier, we're told no more shakes for the night. Got our orders and headed home because the place just did not have good vibes, no music playing, the two workers just did not want to be there. Got home and was shocked by how little fries there were, and how little turkey there was on my sandwich. Also ordered chips that I was supposed to grab but forgot, so that's my fault I guess. Tried this place for the first time. Unique ordering concept as we do it ourselves. The employees were friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean given there were only two employees pretty impressive. I ordered the Grinder, which was really good and my son ordered the Buffalo chicken which he said was very good too. The bread was nicely toasted and pretty hearty with meat. I am a huge fan of Which Wich, but I have to admit. It's been over 5 years since I have visited one. The location is just not something that sticks out in my head, when thinking about sandwiches.. but so glad I visited last night. If you have never been to a Which Wich, you enter, pick basically your protein, then select a paper bag from the protein you picked. The bag will have you write your name, then fill out, by selecting the options you want. Sand which type, condiments, seasoning, protein, cheese, veggies, etc. Then you head to check out. Your bag is put on a clip, and your sandwich is made. They offer fries now! What! I had no idea, but sadly they were out of stock. So we went with chips and a soda to go with our sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised to see they do offer lettucewich now! It's a lettuce wrapped sandwich, same size as the regular with bread. And it was stuffed! Wrapped very well! The meat and veggies are so fresh tasting! On Wednesday's. You can get a wicked sandwich, it's 3 meats and 2 cheese or is it 5 meats and 3 cheese? It's one of those... but it's only $5 on Wednesday for a regular size sandwich! Which is a steal! The Italian grinder is my go to. Friendly staff. Social distancing. Always a huge fan of Which Wich. The very idea of bubbling in your order on the bag and minimizing face to face communication is a delight for introverts. I love looking at the wall of bags and seeing everyone's artistic skills. I like ordering pesto chicken with every green vegetable stuffed along with it. The house chips are spectacular with a black pepper kick, and the oreo shakes are a delight. I picked up my order and rolled over to the Big Hops next door for a Smash Bros tournament. I miss when WW used to be on Huebner. I won't necessarily go out of my way just to come to this specific location, but it's a solid choice in my book for a sandwich. read more

I used to like the sandwiches here but this last time was a disaster. I ordered delivery and the wrong order was given to the driver. I texted the driver and got no response. I called the restaurant and was told that since they have no drivers, I'd have to come pick it up. After a grueling day at work, this is the last thing I wanted to do, but I was hungry. Fine. I came and picked up the food. For what I paid, the food was terrible. The sandwiches were cold and soggy. I was also told I'd receive a call from the manager to refund my money. But when I picked up the sandwiches, I was told I wasn't getting a refund. Obviously they have no accountability, because I never received the call nor the refund. This was my first time ever going to this chain and most certainly won't return to this location. Their ordering style is unique in that you grab your own sandwich bag, write your order, name and then bring to the register. I was obviously confused and the gentleman running the register just made me feel an an idiot on multiple occasions as opposed to actually helping me. He was short, rude and took no time with any other customers I saw either. On top of that, as I was waiting for my food he made me get up from the table that I was waiting at (in an almost empty restaurant) so he could wipe the table down. He gave us a good run down of how to order what we wanted....It then took him an awkward +5 minutes to get everything rung up. $37.90 for (1) large "everything" sandwich, small bag of chip and a drink, (1) regular size meatball sandwich and a drink.....I checked the receipt, this was a legit charge......I asked him for the WiFi password and he respond "I don't know that"......food came out quick, quality ingredients, that some how didn't marry up on the everything sandwich. My girlfriend turned me onto Which Wich. As a loyal subway goer, I was skeptical at first. First timers will probably find the ordering process a bit daunting, but it's really not complicated: grab a marker, select which meat you want and choose the corresponding bag, and start filling it out as you like. Make sure to put your name on the bottom! Then hand it to the person at the register. I've been to several which wich's and they're all about the same in terms of quality. I usually get some version of the Italian grinder and it's delicious. My girlfriend is a pescatarian and usually orders the seafood bowl thingie. She seems to love it. The veggies/cheeses/sauces/etc that are available to you are impressive--much more so than subway. Which wich price's are probably a bit more expensive than subway but not noticeably if you order a comparable sandwich. Given the ubiquitous nature of subway restaurants, I'll probably stick to them as it's just more convenient. However, if there was a which wich and subway next to each other near me, I'd go with which wich. One thing about this particular location: there is a which wich app for iphones that you can download from the app store and order online. I've done this at several which wich's without a hiccup but it seems that every time I go into this particular location they seem to mess up my order somehow. I'm not sure what the process on their end when we do an online order from the app, but it seems like they need to smooth things out/retrain folks. The food was great. Everything was great. However I frown upon the prepare bitting her sandwich then placing it on the converter belt where she would normally grill consumers food. That was very disappointing to see. This is an example of Cross-contamination. We are just recovering from a pandemic. I don't think that was a wise decision. NEVER AGAIN! I waited 50 minutes (not exaggerating) for a stale, tasteless sandwich that I wouldn't give my dog. There were only two workers; one taking orders, ONE making sandwiches. At least 40 people in line and countless online orders being filled. Where is the manager?! The girls were not working quickly but even if they were it wouldn't have made much of a difference. Well, we gave this location another try tonight after seeing different workers present. Big mistake. Two out of three sandwiches were wrong. And I had to ask for aus jus sauce before I walked out the door. It was given to me ice cold, without an apology. This has to be the rudest employees! First of all this restaurant has a foul odor as if the plumbing is not working properly. There are only TWO employees, who cannot handle their workload. The cashier - who is not wearing a name tag - was disgustingly rude. I love Which Wich and go to them all over Texas when traveling but this location is the only one that consistently messes up. Seeing how 6 other people here have a review similar to mine is pretty bad. For the last 3 times in a row I've come here to the San Pedro Which Wich for a sandwich that either was made wrong or cold. My first time here they did not put marinara sauce on a meatball sandwich. When I asked for sauce, the employee handed me a cold side of marinara - didn't bother to heat it on the sandwich until I asked. Second time they put different ingredients in my wich and left out the stuff I wanted. Third time the sandwich was cold after toasting and the employee (same one who messed up the two other times) said she rushed it through the toaster. Why? No idea. I don't review chain places very often unless I'm really impressed, and at lunch today I really was. I had noticed it several times before, but hadn't stopped in before. Today I remembered that they were there. When you walk in the menu is on the wall, and underneath it is a row of slots with brown paper bags, and you marked off what you exactly wanted on your sandwich on that brown paper bag. I of course went for an Italian grinder. It's my bellwether sandwich. If a sub shop can do that one right then the rest will be good. I got a medium which is a 10" sandwich, and they are generous with the ingredients so you get your money's worth. Everything about this sandwich was right. From the meat to the bread to the choice in veg. I even got to add mushrooms to my sandwich! They mean it when they say Superior Sandwiches. I look forward to trying more wiches. read more

When I did, I was rewarded with a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of chips and a drink. So, as I drove by this location today, I decided to use that awesome coupon for a cheap lunch. Today I decided on the BBQ Pork and Slaw. It was very tasty and I liked the flavors alot! It was a bit messy, so I was glad not the be wearing white today. Writing my review as a first time Which-Whicher. The sandwich was extremely tasty, portions are large (hello leftovers) and they have so many choices it will make you a little crazed at first. I chose the gyro and loaded it up with feta, pepper salad, lettuce and tomato, yum! No complaints at all! What I do want to warn Which-Whicher newbies about is the Which-Which process when you order. Now I realize ordering from here isn't rocket science, but granted it is different from ordering your usual 6" from Subway. The staff seemed pretty annoyed when I missed a section on the ordering form (which is also the bag your sandwich comes in) and was even more annoyed that I didn't write my name on the bag. 2 large Which-Which no-no's I guess. I found their menu to be quite extensive and has a good variety, too. What I really liked was the ability to pre-select the fixings for the sandwich before you order. So, you don't have to stand over the counter and point at the lettuce, spinach, and etc. They are missing the mark on a couple of things... First, Price is noticebly higher than their competitors, really $10 for a sandwich.... Next, the amount of veggies, cheese, dressing that was placed on the sandwich was minimum. I can understand that most of us do not want to have a salad for a sandwich, but come on... there needs to be a least enough to cover the bread.
