So as I said previously, that rating was in reference to the particular hot honey sandwich, but I have to do an update to honor the true awesomeness that is Jersey Mikes. By the morning after my previous review I had a message from the franchise owner, and I later spoke to the district manager, who told me to come in so they could make it up to me, even though I explained I love Jersey Mikes, we just weren't happy with the particular sandwich. So I finally made it in today, and the manager hooked me up with another meal on them, so this time I went with the tried and true #13 Original Italian which is probably my favorite go to sandwich. Their customer service shows just how much they care about the product they are putting out, and the customers and their own people, and that is why I have been going to Jersey Mikes for around 24 yours since I first found out about them in college in Winston-Salem North Carolina, they put out amazing food, and great customer service across the board, so I will be sure to keep coming back for another 24 years, and then some. On a separate note they sell bottles of their cherry pepper relish, do yourself a favor and pick some up, whether you put it on a sandwich, pour some into a salad, or maybe just drink it in the car, we will understand. read more

Yummy! Our family loves ordering from here because we can have hot or cold subs. It is very clean, young people very friendly and have been taught customer service. I like eating there, but it is a busy location. Bring a sweater because the a/c is a bit cool. You can eat on a picknick table in the shade. We even door dash a lot from here due to the variety. The subs taste great, but taste better when you pick up or in the store if you order 'Mike's way' due to vinegar on the sandwich can get soggy if delivery is a few miles away. read more

Was so disappointed today. 4/29/1024 Walked in and the ac was not working. In texas that kind of business with food should not happen and they should shut down. Just your normal sandwich shop. I'm not sure how they set themselves apart from Subway, but it's a fancier one.

I got the Mike original made Mike's way. The service was okay. There was a manager who was doing his best to lead the rest of the school age crew. They all seemed kind of lost and didn't know what to do. He was doing everything. Taking orders, making orders and cashing out orders while the others tried to get some sort of rhythm. The bagged my sandwich but by the tune I got home it had soaked through the bag onto my car seat. I was not very happy and next time I will definitely ask for a double bag. My sandwich was very tasty, I was quite impressed with it. Considering this is so close to my house, I am not sure why I don't ear here more frequently. Especially since Subway has kind of gone down the drain. The prices are fair with the amount of food that you get. I will be sure to visit again for another satisfying sub. read more

First time trying jersey Mike's. I really like a good sub. I have tried all the other chains in the area and have a favorite that is now closed sadly. One other is closed also. Not sure why, no they closed before covid. We were curious about Jersey Mike's after seeing several TV ads recently. We didn't even know if any were in the area. This is the closest we found, at least a 15 minute drive when the traffic is good. When we showed up, it appeared closed, around 7PM. No one parking outside. It was dark and the sign outside was not lighted and most of the store was dark (screens on part of the windows). We were turning to leave when the wife saw peeps inside. Glad we went back. We were greeted cheerfully by, I assume, the manager. Being our first time, we had to get familiar with the menu and the manager helped us out with any questions. He gave us suggestions i.e. the most popular sandwich. It was the original Italian Sub, I think is the name. I opted to try that. Wow, is what my first reaction was. The first thing that stood out the most was the meat/cold cuts. I can't even pronounce a couple of them but the combination of these meats where great together. Ima have to google what they are. The wife is not as big on sandwiches as I am was very pleased also. My only complaint is they are so far from us. But we will return. Soon. read more

I have got to say that the staff did absolutely amazing and handled the large amount of guests with such great attitudes. Hands down my favorite sub / sandwich restaurant. Yes, the team could do a better job wiping down tables. But that does not affect how much I enjoy my freshly sliced deli meats and cheeses. Fresh bread too! You can get your sub in a tub (no bread) or sub on a tortilla to cut some carbs. You can also order a hot sub. They have a rewards program and I enjoy gifting it to my college aged sister in dallas so she can eat it for free! I also enjoy the watermelon flavored tea (they have regular too). Have it mikes way! Just had Jersey Mike's for the first time. I ordered the Jersey Shore... it the best sandwich I've ever had. Lots of meat and nice tang from the oil and vinegar blend. Usually a sandwich has too much bread and I have to tear some off the sides to get to the good bites. Every bite had meat and cheese, it was crust to crust as they say. Paired it with sea salt and vinegar chips. YUM! The only thing missing was a pickle, thankfully I had a jar at home. :) Definitely will be back. read more

I've been wanting to try out Jersey Mike's for a while now. Finally had time today for lunch and stopped by at their Stone Oak location. I was greeted as I walked in and ordered a turkey with bacon. I really like that they freshly slice each meat you order straight onto your sandwich. They're really straight forward with their condiments and the service was really fast. The bread is also super soft but with just enough bite to hold everything together. I would personally prefer some better cheese options, as they only offer white American, provolone and I think Swiss, but otherwise this is a solid place for a great sub in the area. read more
