What a fantastic experience! Although I've ordered from Which Wich in the past, this was actually my first time inside of the restaurant and what an experience it was. My intern/friend and I decided to grab a quick lunch while preparing for an experience nearby and I'm so glad that we did. Which Wich is a sandwich shop that has a pretty interesting ordering setup. With a bright and clear menu that welcomes you as you enter the shop, you begin with choosing your sandwich size. From there, guests can grab a marker and begin to craft their ideal sandwich based on the wide variety showcased on the menu. You can choose between various toppings like veggies, spreads, different cheeses, you name it. With all of the listeria outbreaks happening around the US, I was definitely apprehensive, so I went in with that in mind. I opted for an Italian sub with extra hot peppers, spicy mustard, light mayo, etc etc. All of the things I shouldn't have, but was craving. I haven't had a sandwich in monthssss and needed it to be cooked at certain temperature. I was incredibly nervous about that but the sweet woman (I hate that I don't remember her name and it wasn't on my receipt! :-( ) behind the counter assured me that she understood my needs and wow, did she! She toasted the meat for my sandwich first and then put it on my sandwich and toasted it again to be sure that the temperature was correct. What an angel. My sandwich was perfect! Omg. I wish I would have gotten a bigger one how I scarfed it down, lol. It was incredibly flavorful, the spicy peppers, pickles and jalapenos really took it to another level. Beyond the awesome service and sandwich, the restaurant itself was clean, spacious and full of tables if guests wanted to sit and enjoy their meals. Stopped in at Which Wich & it has been a while. The last time I ate there was about a year ago in the airport. I stopped in after church & grabbed a few sandwiches. The menu is to the right on the wall as soon as you walk in the door. They have brown paper bags numbered for the type of meat/sandwich you want. I was a little lost & the gentleman behind the counter was helpful. A regular sandwich with chips & drink came to $11. You also have the option of a bowl, tortilla wrap, or lettuce wrap for $2 more. Not bad. You pick your bread (white/wheat) sauces, veggies etc. then write your name at the bottom of the bag & the sandwich artist will call them when your food is ready. This location is pretty spacious with indoor & outdoor seating. It was also clean. The reg sandwiches were a pretty good size little over a 6 inch. They have lots of sandwiches to choose from, so I'll be back to try more. read more

Good service and very clean. I was greeted soon as I got in. Cute decor matches its clever name. The menu/order style is very compressive. You come in, grab a bag from the category you want (chicken, seafood, breakfast, veggie) and you select the sandwich option from within that category. The bag comes with a template sandwich qevery option and has a section for toppings. Once completed you hand your bag to the attendant and they prepare your sandwich. They also offer chips, cookies, and have a kid menu. I ordered a thank you turkey sandwich and was disappointed that deli meat was used :(... it threw off the flavor. Placed an online order - when I visited the store 20 mins after I placed the order for pickup - the store rep had just printed the order and kept it behind. He took 2 more orders after me and made them before my order. Didn't bother to acknowledge online orders. I had to wait 40 mins to get 1 sandwich. Who doesn't love a good sandwich?! Small parking lot + inside, but at least it was clean. Not sure how many businesses are nearby, but if you're on a crunch, make sure to come before the lunch rush because it gets buuuuuusy. Thankfully we did. Menu doesn't look as extensive as other locations I've been to so I had to ask for a wrap at the register. Everything was good and filling. I unfortunately ordered a shake after the rush and it took over 10 minutes to receive with there only being two employees and the manager. Second time trying this place for delivery and still underwhelmed by the sandwich. The bread this time was really dry and as not fresh. Wish it was toasted as well. When it comes to condiments, the first few bites of my sandwich and I didn't taste any sauce that I requested. By the time I finished the sandwich I realized there's a tiny bit of sauce at the end. Really wish they would spread out the sauce and condiments throughout the sandwich so you get something in each bite. A dry sandwich is just not fun eating. The filling portion is kind of small as well. The cookie will always be my favorite though. Sadly I don't think I will try this place again as I spent over $20 bucks for dry sandwiches for the family read more

This was honestly one of the best Italian sandwiches that I've had in a long time! Way better than Subway or Blimpies hands down! You walk and see the menu to the left. Select your sandwich and toppings. Hand your order to the cashier and pay. Then take a seat and wait. The place was very clean and Covid compliant. You can dine in or take it to go. Social distancing is adhered to as well. The Italian sandwich was sooo good and prepared perfectly! A large size is huge and really I could save half for the next day. Free refills on drinks. Oh and did I mentions it's very clean which means a lot during these times. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. No complaints there. The sign says 7, the lady with the lil oxtail for a ponytail stated "uh yea it does but we need 10mins to clean up" . I've visited this place multiple times! My husband and I go and usually split a vegetarian avocado Super sandwich. I love the customer service here, I am always greeted with a smile. I love how clean and spacious this venue is, and I always think of it of more than just a place to grab a sandwich. I always get the Avocado sandwich with crushed red pepper, chipotle sauce, pepper jack cheese, and add on lettuce, cucumbers, and red peppers and onions. I've also tried to chips a couple of times, and they are a great addition. My only con (not really a con because it's made fresh) is that it takes a second to get your sandwich so don't go in a hurry, or if you are, call it in! read more

Came in for a quick bite to eat before heading to the Delta Flight Museum. The location is a bit in the cut behind Slideways and the parking lot is pretty big but was packed upon my arrival due to the other businesses in the same vicinity. I was surprised to find the store underwhelmingly busy with only one other customer after 2 o'clock. Wich Wich is the love child of Subway and the Potbelly Sandwich shop. There is a great selection for carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans. I went with the vegan option: the Superfood Wich-- I loved the ingredients consisting of a black bean patty, quinoa, jalapeño hummus (with whole jalapeños), and avocado in a spinach wrap. All the flavors went well together in a healthy way and it filled my famished belly! I was not in love with the price though of $8 & some change for the wrap only. However, the service was speedy and efficient plus I like how you pick a bag from your sandwich category, add your name, check off your sandwich of choice, and if you desire, chips and/or a drink. A little different than your typical sandwich shop... I'd take this over subway any day. My favorite is to get a chicken salad sandwich with buffalo sauce, pepper jack, provolone, lettuce, and ranch. Oh, and mushrooms. Pick your "meat" and then dress it up how you want it by filling out the little baggies. Their shakes are pretty good as well. Every now and then I come across a restaurant that catches me off guard. While I did not find this place myself, I was already a little on the I am willing to try it side when I saw the star rating. I don't read reviews unless the rating is low. I like to come in with no bias. This place was very at a very unique location next to the railroad tracks, but very accessible. Was instantly welcomed and was asked if this was my first time or not, it was, but everything is very self explanatory once you have a sharpie in the bag. Look at the board, grab your sandwich bag, fill it out and bring it to the counter. I thought to myself after the fact how impersonal it was and needless to say one lady came in did not say anything filled out a card and completely ignored the lady at the register when she asked how she was doing today, but hey, I don't care about other people; just the people that work there. Our total was $22. That was for a vegetarian lettuce wrap and a Wicked sandwich, both meals which include a bag of chips and drink, which I trade mine for a shake. Next time I will take a picture of the receipt to provide feedback on how much each meal cost, but I guess if you cut it right down the middle it is $11 a meal. Not bad, and while I did think the length size of the sandwich was smaller than normal sub places, I cannot deny that the sandwich was packed! I really liked the layout of the place. Like subway you can see how your food is being prepared. I liked how the order bag was passed along a wire line for the cooks to see as they made the sandwich. The sandwich bag board was very artistic as was the old school newspaper rack which I though was just for decoration until I saw someone place a newspaper they had been reading on it. It looked like they keep it updated with the most current papers from the area. The food and shake were very delicious and filling. Only four options for the shakes but they are made with real ice cream and they had Oreo so I thought that was a plus! I asked them how long the place had been there and the lady said about 11 years! I had a 3 hours layover in ATL and my brother was going to pick me up for a quick lunch. I found Which Wich through a quick Yelp search for vegetarian options (him not me). The location was super convenient to the airport and the building was cute with good parking. We were greeted immediately by staff and immediately overwhelmed by all the sandwich options. I thought I knew what I would get before going in, but I was wrong. There were so many good options. I like that you write your order, including all customizations, on a bag you then hand the cashier. It is so much easier than verbally relaying all the random stuff you want on your sandwich. I got the turkey with cranberry sauce and stuffing, it's called Thank Your Turkey. I wish we had Which Wich's where I live because this sandwich was amazing. There stuffing had great flavor and they don't skimp on the cranberry. My brother had the Caprese and he was also really pleased. Overall, this was a great sandwich chain. They people were friendly and kind. I would definitely eat here again, whether it is another long layover or finding a location closer to home. read more

Please please please go to Which Wich. great sandwich, great spot. watch out for the lunch time rush. you come in and select a brown paper bag, you pick up a Sharpe, you choose the type of sandwich, the type of bread, the cheese, and the condiments all by coloring in the appropriate circles. you give your bag to the cashier and pay for your order. the order goes down an assembly line and toaster, in which the last person puts the "wich" together, places it in the brown paper and calls your name. it's a great concept, very easy (with directions everywhere). the sandwiches are great, with over 50 choices. they are smaller than other places, but Which Wich does not hold out on the fillings, so it equals itself out. I got the Wicked Wich: turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni and bacon, with 3 cheeses of my choice: swiss, cheddar and pepper jack. YUMMY. i love it! i got to choose all of the condiments and veggies with no additional charge. It was so good and toasted to perfection. this place is kid friendly with PB&Js, grilled cheese, etc. they have great milkshakes. i got the oreo. they have breakfast sandwiches-served all day and the great thing is that all sandwiches are $5.00, with the exception of the wicked-$6 and the kid meals $3.75 (includes drink and a treat) this place has charm-in the minimalist way. read more

Oh Which Wich, where have you been hiding? Me thinks you have a fan! From the moment I entered, looked for a menu and saw the ordering process (brown paper bag, categorized by meat, with several selections you check off), I knew I was going to enjoy it. From the cashier to the location where you pick up your sub, try to keep an eye on your bag, and if you can't, just don't forget to write down your name on it. There's an assortment of chips but give the house chips a shot, as the cashier said, they're an assortment of all kinds of chips mixed together. Works for me! The only gripe, if I could even have one, is there's only one outdoor table and around lunch time it gets very crowded! I ordered the Turkey on wheat, 7 inch sandwich and it's slightly toasted, great flavor and makes subway look even worse, flavor wise, than it already does. Never been to a Which Wich and I like their formula. You pick a specialty sandwich bag of the type of sandwich you want then write on there what you want. I wasn't intentionally going to Which Wich but the Vietnamese place beside it didn't have vegan options so I walked in Which Wich after. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and asked what I would be having. I advised that I was vegan and she insisted I try the Superfood Sandwich. It consisted of a vegan black bean patty, quinoa, hummus, avocado, jalapeño peppers, and any of the toppings they offer that you may desire. The vegan options for sandwiches include a French baguette or a lettuce wrap. The sandwich was toasted and served warm. It was really good. One of the best sandwiches I've had since becoming vegan. There are many places that offer black bean patties but they are normally suitable for vegetarians. I will definitely go back being that the sandwich was good. The only thing I noticed was there was lettuce and other toppings on the kitchen floor that hadn't been swept yet. If you're a vegan and want a good sandwich ..try Which Wich! read more

Of course when they called out TaTaTalicious I'd forgotten my stage name and my friend whom was dying laughing said "She's looking at you fool!". Hehehe! I am not a mayo fan and I got mustard on the sandwich just in case it had too much mayo but it really did not help. I didn't think that for $6-7 this was a great deal for the portion size. Great concept for a restaurant. You basically take a sandwich bag from the wall and choose your sandwich and your toppings, hand the bag in, and in a few short minutes you get a fresh hot custom sandwich. They have 40 different kinds of sandwiches and all but two are only $4 (the salmon wich is $6 and the Wicked wich is $5). I had the french dip with swiss and horseradish mayo... yum. Very Disappointing, French fries was super greasy, sand which was very unflattering no taste. Chicken club everything on it. A waste of 13 dollars.
