We were going to a movie at AMC Northpark and I needed a lunch before the theater. I don't remember ever trying a Which Wich, and I certainly never ate at this location, which is in the food court at NorthPark Mall, across from AMC. You pick your type of sandwich and protein, customize it with what you want, then hand your order to the cashier who rings you up and gets your order started. I tried the meatball sub and I have to say, it actually was good. I got the regular size for $9.50. The sub is a bit small but the quality was high. I was reasonably full but not stuffed at the end. Jersey Mike's subs are about twice as big for the same money. The sauce on my meatball sub was not acidic. I think I got 3 or 4 meatballs. The best part was the bread, which was very tasty. It was perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. It actually was one of the better meatball subs I have had and it exceeded expectations. I would definitely get it again. The food was good and tasted very fresh. They were fast and the portions were really good. I got the regular size wrap and they had larger sizes sandwiches available. This was one of the most frustrating catering experiences I've had. I typically use Jimmy John's and will likely return to them after this. I was placing a catering order for my department, which included 11 individual lunches. Each person submitted their order through the website, but the system is extremely limited--you can only select "Yes" or "No" for items like meat and cheese, with no option to choose specific types. We also have a vegetarian on our team who requested a black bean patty instead of meat, but there was no way to accommodate this through the online ordering system. When I called the store for assistance, the employee I spoke with unexpectedly disconnected the call before the issue was resolved. The order was scheduled for delivery at 11:15 AM, but by 12:30 PM it had not even left the store. When I contacted the location again, the manager explained that delivery is handled through UberEats and that a driver still needed to pick up the order. The updated delivery window was pushed to 12:46-12:56 PM. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially when ordering for a group in a professional setting. It was JAM PACKED with vegan meats and cheeses, more than i've ever seen a place offer. The flavors were great! Fries are BURNT. We saw them take out the fries from the freezer which means they were frozen fries.Not worth a penny. My friend told me I feel like these are the types of food that would give you food poisoning. The employees were unkind and unfriendly. The place was trashy and not clean at all. The fries took over 10 minutes to cook. No wonder they were burned. Do not recommend. I'm still hungry and I will walk over to chick-fil-a. Which Which is often overlooked, at least for me, with so many other choices in the NorthPark food court. However, my son's obsession with grilled cheese and pb&j has us visiting more often. I must say the kids meal is amazing! A full sandwich (grilled cheese, pb&J, turkey wrapped cheese sticks, pizza which or a kids' which sandwich, with a side of carrots and apples, along with a treat AND a drink for $5. Seriously you can't beat that price, or options! I'd been getting a kids meal myself until recently when I discovered the SuperFood Which. It's actually a wrap with vegan black bean patty, fresh avocado, jalapeño hummus, roasted red peppers, and quinoa wrapped in a spinach tortilla. For $7.95 it's really large and they don't skimp on any of the ingredients. It's delicious! We've taken notice of Which Which and now it's one of our go-to spots when we eat in the mall. read more

Not only did they charge us the incorrect amount for our food, they also left out some of our food in the order and would not give us the correct items. While ordering, we placed a bag of designer clothing on the counter and stepped away momentarily to go get a table. When we glanced back, it was gone. We went to get mall police and as soon as we came back with a police officer, the lady working the counter said, "oh are you looking for these?" I wanted to get a quick lunch before going to the movies, and was very disappointed. I ordered a BLT with avocado. Advertised as having crispy bacon on a crusty baguette. Well, there was bacon, and a baguette. But 'crispy' and 'crusty' were no where to be found. The baguette was severely undercooked, with actual raw dough in the center. The bacon was cooked, but barely, and was swimming in bacon grease. There were chunks of avocado mixed into the raw dough - covered with tomato and lettuce. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. There is no way the person fixing that sandwich did not realize the bread was not fully cooked or that the bacon was basically raw and still covered in grease. They served it anyway. I don't really know how to put it other than simply "terrible". Today was the first time I've eaten at Which Wich. The ordering process is terribly confused (at least at Northpark Mall it was), and the employees don't know the menu or prices. I asked how much "The Wicked" was, since it's their signature sandwich but the price isn't listed, the employee didn't know and the cashier they asked didn't know. I ended up ordering "The Grinder" as a salad (which is listed on their menu). The ordering was quick, but *over 20 minutes later* my named was called at the pickup side. I then had the following conversation with the lady who called my name: Her: "What would you like?" Me: "The Grinder, but as a salad instead of a sandwich." Her: "Okay, so what do you want on it." Me: "Everything that comes on The Grinder, just on a salad." Her: "Is this what you want?" (She hands me a bowl of lettuce with some meat on it.) Me: "Yes but could I get the rest of what it says? It says it comes with cheese and peppers and other things." Her: "What kind of cheese?" Me: "Whichever kind comes on The Grinder." Her: "Well which one is that?" Me: "I don't know, I've never been here, what kind of cheeses do you have?" Her: "We have a bunch, cheddar, provolone, pepper jack, ..." Me: "Pepper jack is good." She then hands me back the salad, which was the original lettuce and meat plus some slices of pepper jack that she had cut (I believe the cheese Which Wich uses is the disgusting processed cheese that tastes terrible fake, it was all sticking together and was basically a glob of cheese.) Overall, a terrible first visit. It was incredibly slow, the employees were ridiculously unknowledgeable about their own menu and prices, and getting what I wanted (which was directly off the menu) was impossible. And all of this was over $7! I've had much better service and food buying a $3.99 salad at McDonald's. I honestly should have just paid the extra $2-$3 and gone to Snappy Salads nearby, that place is much, much better. read more

The only reason I go to North Park is to go see a movie at the AMC. So the other day I drop by to play some "Movie Rolette" that's where you just show up not knowing what movie you want to see and pay for the one that is starting closest to the time that you showed up. Mine was "The Bank Job" but I had forty-five minutes to kill so I walked over to the "new" food court at North Park to see if anything caught my fancy. (that's the first time I have ever written "caught my fancy"). They have a nice selection of eateries. I wanted to grab sometime at Sonic but when I sat at my table (for a good fifteen minutes) a waitress never skated up to me with a tray a ketchup packets and straws so I got up to see what else was offered, Tin Star (The posh Taco Bell), a salad place, a stir fry joint and a Panda Express, I wasn't in the mood for panda, it's really gamey and you do have to acquire a taste for it. Plus I thought they were an endangered species. So I settle for Which Wich. If you've never been there, you walk up and choose what kind of sandwich you'd like from a selection of paper bags that are label with the sandwich meats they offer, then you take a red Sharpie and check off the kind of bead (white and wheat) and ingredients (sandwich spreads and veggies) and hand it to the sandwich ninja behind the counter. Then the paper bag is clipped on a zip line and zipped down to another sandwich ninja. My paper bag fell off the zip line not once but twice so the kid looks at me, rolls his eyes and walks the paper bag to his cohort. A good ten feet. As I was paying for my sandwich the cashier asked me if I wanted a drink and home made chips. With the advice I got from Sonny ringing inside my head, I asked if you get free refills on the drinks (see Burger House review), they do. The next part is great, me being the dumb-ass that I am, I pick up this little packet of chips that were sitting in front of the cashier and look into it to discover that there are like only two chips inside. "This is what you get?" The kid looks at me like I have to be the stupidest person on earth and says "That's a free sample sir." Feeling like a total jack-ass I cancel my order for chips and grabbed a handful of the free ones. No I didn't. I got turkey on wheat with Dijon and all the veggies and it was good. The food court has plenty of seating, it even has an outdoor seating area that's encased in glass, but if you use your imagination, it' more like a "Homosapien exhibit" and you can watch the human animals in their natural environment, but don't throw homemade chips at them, they get agitated. So I go see "The Bank Job" and it's pretty good. Big thumbs up. FINAL NOTE: As I'm leaving North Park I hold the door for this young lady that was "Hooker Hot" not a "I'm a nice girl who takes care of herself and has fashion sense hot" she was talking on her cell-phone and she acts like she was doing me the favor by walking through the door I was holding open for her. I mean she could have nodded to acknowledge that I was being a gentleman so I say "You're Welcome" and she turns around and gives me a dirty look. That's when I notice her "Tramp Stamp" butterfly tattoo on the top of her ass and say " Nice Tattoo, where do you dance?" and me and another guy stood there and laughed when she turned around again and looked at me like I hit the nail on the head. read more

I always tell myself I'll branch out, try something new, but I inevitably go back to the "Grinder" (the Italian sub). I usually mark my bag up choosing white bread, marinara sauce, mayo, spicy mustard, oil & vinegar (so I like sauce, gimme a break), lettuce, onions, banana peppers, and provolone. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I once tried breaded chicken on white, with buffalo sauce, ranch, lettuce, onions, and mozzarella. It was yummy too! I like you which wich, I do. Completely safe choice in the NorthPark food court for a quick and satisfying meal. Well, quick is relative. Since they make each sammich to order, it seems like it can get pretty backed up pretty quick. But the roll is always tasty and toasted and I normally enjoy my sammies. You mark all your ingredients on the paper bag that suits your protein desires (Or veggie, if that's your thing) I don't particularly like the way the roll is stuffed. It's cut on the hinge so some of your toppings you get on the cut part don't make it to the other side where the bread is still connected. I got avocado recently and it was only on the outer part. Sad. I like equal distribution of sandwich toppings. Also, some might think the sandwich is on the smaller side. It suits me quite well and if I get a bag of chips I'm normally stuffed. Guy friends have eaten it and been more disappointed with serving size. And bacon crumbles? I'm not eating an effin salad. Give me some strips damn you. read more

It's now my official refueling station at NP. They have healthier options and a good veggie sandwich. I go with the Tomato and Avocado on wheat. So here's the deal, it's a simple process but could be confusing if you're a first timer. Don't let that put you off. First grab a red marker and one of 10+ brown bags. The bags are marked by sandwich type. They have a turkey, ham, etc. I always go with the veggie bag. Then you start filling in circles like you did as a kid on those goofy standardized tests. But here you can't get the answers wrong so fill in all you want. They allow you to choose your bread type, cheese, veggies and extras. Once you've loaded your sandwich choices, take your bag up to the cashier. There's usually a line when I go but it moves fast. From here they assemble your sandwich to order. The concept is nothing new but the options and taste beat out a few places I've been to. Reasonable prices and healthier options will keep me coming back. read more

This was my very first time eating here so I was a little confused on how the ordering went. Reading is fundament lol I eventually learned that you have to get a bag with the type of meat you want and fill out on the bag what you would like on your sandwich. They even have a brown card for the type of cookie you want. The sandwich wasn't all that I expected it to be. I suggest you get double meat. I got single meat and I could barely taste any meat at all. If I had to, I would compare this to a subway. What? I could get a SPAM sandwich here? Get out! Proof that my wife loves me: as we're deciding on a place to eat, she informs me that she heard Which Wich offers up SPAM as a meat option, and we could go there for lunch. Did I order a SPAM sandwich? Is the Pope a bachelor? So, I order my SPAM sandwich with my normal fixins. The employees were taken aback by my request and inform me that it's only their 2nd SPAM request all day. 2nd??? I surely thought I would be the first of the entire MONTH to order this controversial "meat" taking into account the demographic that frequents this mall. Since I've never had SPAM this way before, it took me a while to fully process the experience. This go I decided to try their suggestion of a California Roll - crab salad, avocado, cucumber. YUM. I love all the options - I know some people don't like it because they don't trust their concoctions - just like when you go to Genghis Grill and end up with some nasty mess that you made yourself - I'm sure some people end up hating their sandwiches because they didn't know what to put in them. I decided to try this place because my favorite sandwich shop (subway) was no where near. Plus I have always wanted to give them a try. I must say that I was impressed and officially decided to give subway the boot. Subway was the only place I would go to being that im not really a big sandwich eater anyway. Overall I really enjoyed my meal which was the "Wicked" that consisted of : Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Pepperoni + Bacon along with 3 chesses. That was actually the best sandwich I've eaten in awhile. It made me just kinda put those other places into the back of my mind by now i'am sure there blurred out and faded to black by now. One afternoon while having an off day and money to burn went over with North Park with a friend for lunch. Being it my first time at North Park not sure what they had to eat there so my friend suggested Which Which. Never heard of it but what foodie do you know passes up a new place to try out. Nice little ordering system all put on a paper bag with tons of options to choose from. I decided to go with a large turkey sub with guacamole,swiss cheese and a few other things that i can't think of at the time. Going to grab my order a warm sub few things rival that feeling and trust me it's not a old boring cold sub. Unwrapping the sandwich the first thing i noticed was they didn't go cheap on the guacamole there was almost as much as the double turkey. First bite instant flavor not overdryed turkey nice fresh tasting guacamole with the combination of the soft but slightly toasted bun. By the middle of the sandwich i really had to stop myself because if i didn't i would have eaten all the thing in one sitting. I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich at the which wich at Northpark. The service was really fast and the prices are reasonable. The sandwich was good but had some flaws. The beef steak was a little dry and underseasoned. They also did not put enough cheese on it. However, as with all which wiches, the unlimited toppings and customization is always good. That said, because the Philly cheesesteak was one of their special sandwiches it only comes in 7 inches and is $8 compared to the usual $6.50 for 7 inches. read more

Generous portions of protein and anything you selected on the brown bag. I like this ordering system cause it is customized to your liking and there is no room for error.
