The employee making my sandwich (pictured) put noticeably less meat than normal. When I politely asked for it to be made properly, he gave me attitude, was rude, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I reported this to the General Manager, who assured me that I could come back anytime to have my sandwich remade and that the employee would personally apologize. When I came back, that same employee was working. He recognized me--he even read my name off the order slip--but didn't apologize until I asked him directly. His "apology" was sarcastic and dismissive, as if he couldn't care less. It made the manager's promise feel pointless and left me feeling disrespected all over again. To be fair, the other two employees on shift during my return visit were fantastic--professional, kind, and exactly the type of service you'd expect. But this one employee's behavior completely overshadowed that. I will not be returning to this location for a while. If this is the level of customer service management is willing to tolerate, then I'd rather spend my money somewhere that values its customers.
