philly cheese steak with onion strings - A sandwich with onions and meat, partially eaten, on crumpled paper with a business logo, on a wooden surface.

Honestly, the manager guy was super nice-he gets a 5 star rating, but overall experience gets like 2 stars. I did an online order, went to get it at the time it specified, and he said their system never printed the order so they didn't make it. He apologized, explained everything, asked to see the order on my phone-wrote it, then said it would be two minutes for the sandwiches I ordered. I was very understanding, I wasn't in any rush. He said I could take chips to make up for it, again he was very nice. I waited probably 7-10 minutes, got my two sandwiches and chips, and went home happy. I opened my sandwich and was honestly pretty disappointed. I had never been here before-for the price-I expected a lot more. It had almost all the meat on one side, didn't have any noticeable cheese, the onion strings were very hard, and the bread was overcooked so it was hard and falling apart. Overall, the food is pretty bad, but it really wasn't a totally unenjoyable experience.

It was my very first time at Which Wich. I decided to choose the ingredients of my sandwich. I chose ham, cheddar cheese, oil & vinegar dressing and oregano. I did not realize they put the sandwich through an oven on a conveyor. It turned out to be a very tasty sandwich. It was warm and on fresh baked bread. I really enjoyed the experience and I can't wait to return.

Tomato avocado sandwich. To the manager or owner of this franchise...would YOU eat this?

I ordered the tomato avocado sandwich. The avocado was brown. BROWN. Which is a sign of them using old food from a prior day. I would never recommend them as this is a food safety and food quality issue.

Holy Batman. There were few people here and we have been waiting a year for our sandwiches.

Sadly, no vegan options, even the salads had meat and cheese. There was one Veggie Sub that I could have ordered without cheese, but nobody was able to give me an answer if the bread contained dairy or egg. They also were unable to show me the packaging so that I could read the ingredients. They do offer a "gluten-free" pizza, but for true Celiacs, are unable to confirm that it does NOT come in contact with any gluten. So, safe for anyone who is not a true Celiac and chooses to eat gluten-free. Bonus: Buy 2 slices, get a cola free! Perhaps not the best move for the business, as they sell a DELICIOUS slushy lemonade.

It is very casual and welcoming, and it honestly feels like a place that has something for everyone. We ordered the cheese pizza, veggie pizza, mozzarella sticks, and fries and everything came out fresh and satisfying. The pizza was super cheesy and the sides were a great addition. They also have a lot of dessert options, which was a nice surprise. We tried the black cherry and mango Italian ice, Eli's plain cheesecake, tiramisu, and a chocolate chip cookie and everything was really good. Another fun touch is the mini arcade inside, which makes it a great spot for families, groups, or just a laid back meal. Overall a great casual pizza spot with tons of options and desserts. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Arlington Heights or Hoffman Estates area.

Since there was a total of 11 and the seating is first come first serve, we decided to call to see if they had reservations. They did take our name and reserved a table. When we arrived we noticed a table was reserved and we were informed that it was our table. We sat and looked over the menus. When we were ready my 2 boys and I went up to place our order. My one son has major allergies so we spoke to the chef and he came back out to recommend the dishes he can have. It was great that he did so and gave us confidence that my son would be able to eat without worrying too much about the ingredients. I ordered the Shrimp Kalamakia with a side of the Greek Rice. My son with the allergies ordered the Pork Kalamakia with Greek Rice and no pita, my other son ordered the Traditional Pork Gyro with Greek Rice. The sides we ordered: Saganaki Fritters and Spanakopitakia. My son that ordered the Pork Kalamakia devoured it. He said it was tender and juicy and probably could have eaten 4 skewers. My Shrimp Kalamakia was nicely charred and seasoned, I squeezed some lemon and it provided a nice tang over the seasoning. The Lemon rice pilaf was soft and cook just right and was nicely balanced. I had one Saganaki Ball and it was delicious. My son had the Pork Gyros said it was really good and the Tzatziki sauce was creamy and rich with flavors. My in-laws bought the table desserts and I got the Baklava and my wife got Loukoumades (Greek Donuts with Nutella) and both did not disappoint. I really loved the citrus honey syrup in the Baklava. The Loukoumades had a crispy shell and nice a fluffy on the inside and the Nutella amount was perfect. This place is very good and well worth the price in my opinion. I loved the fact that they took the time to make sure my son with allergies was safe.

When…read morethe grocery store wasn't open and my teenager was dropped off at school, I knew if I went back inside the house, I wouldn't want to come back out in the cold so I washed the car and then decided to treat myself to said Diet Dr. Pepper concoction. While I was ordering on the app, my brain saw a corn dog was $0.99 so "Why the hecks not?" and then a deal popped up for a Jr. Double Cheeseburger for $1.99. Sometimes my brain craves doing something out of the ordinary to combat the responsible part of my brain that sticks to a routine so I got both. The drink was just what I remembered, the corn dog was hot, crispy, and the batter had a good taste. I got the cheeseburger with no cheese (my body cannot process it lol). The patties tasted like they were from the golden arches. It was a little too saucy for my liking, but I wouldn't say no to it if we crossed paths again. The ambiance was...my car so it was clean and had my favorite radio station playing. The food was brought out fairly quickly and without much fanfare, which was okay with me. I parked as close as I could to the door so the staff member didn't have to trek super far. Again, not bad for a mini adventure off the usual path, but it can be a whole season again before I visit again!

To redeem it, I had to use the Sonic app. That was a bit of a hassle, as I would not normally download an app for a place I've never been to before. Once I had the app, I placed my order using my gift card, and then had to add a credit card to cover the $2 balance. Ugh. My confirmation said my order would be ready in a few minutes, so I headed right over to Sonic and used the app to notify the staff I was in a pickup stall. There were only a couple of other cars there, but it took several minutes for my food to come out. My order included: A small vanilla shake. This was the best part of my meal. The shake was really thick! A southwest queso chicken wrap. This was also pretty good. I can see it being a good snack on the go. A small order of chicken bites. They were fine, but nothing to write home about. In all, my order came to around $12. I don't typically eat fast food, and would not have visited Sonic if I hadn't received the gift card. It was a nice opportunity to try a few items on the menu. I'd probably return for a shake or a queso wrap if I were in the area, but the long wait time would be a deterrent if I needed to pick it up quickly.
