Now it constantly dies and won't even start so I've been late to work the past several mornings! This place will not work with you and they don't care. That 6 month warranty isn't shit cause of coarse everything is gonna go wrong afterwards so don't waste your time making payments on a car that needs constant repairs. I may pay $260 a month, but I've been paying $100 extra a month for over $600 in repairs. $245 went into it for the hose, now I'm looking at a new battery and tire bc I got a flat on top of everything so besides the $10,000 for an 04 vehicle I've about spent $1,000 in repairs. Friendship auto has had some choice rides that make you want to stop for a gander. And gander I did... It wasn't until I passed a 2015 Subaru WRX in World Rally Blue that I decided to stop. We talked about the car, and he instilled a confidence in me that most used car dealers are never able. Why? Because he loves cars and he loves the people who love them as well. His cars are priced to compete with local dealers near and far and they're priced for him to gain little to just enough. There's no crazy mark up, and he's a no haggle kind of guy. Which I'm fine with... If you know what you want and you have done your research. Then you'll know the prices are right and that he prices his inventory to move. The experience was a good one and moved quick, but there are a few concessions you'll have to make. No fill up and wash, but I'm alright with it. It's something to note for those that weigh that but know the experience is superb. Friendship Auto deserves this highly rated review. Regretfully, it misrepresents my personal experience with the dealership. I purchased an RV from the dealership and during the respective process David and Lori were great. I emailed them about a couple of issues a week later and got an immediate response but that was the end of the customer prioritization. The following day I emailed them about a serious issue I was having with the vehicle but did not get a response. About a week later, I sent another email regarding the same issue. It has been over a month and crickets! Unfortunately, I live out of state. Otherwise, I would drive the motorhome to the dealership and park it in front of their office until I got a response. It is obvious that customer prioritization is only good for a week! Buyer beware!!!

I would have thought that they feel confident enough about their cars for potential buyers to feel more assured by doing PPI, but I guess not. Did I want the truck? Yes. Did I want it enough to gamble on buying it without a PPI? No.
