He didn't drive that truck 2 months until the rear end went out. He turned to Satterfield for help and they pretty much told him to xXxX himself... After spending $19,000 on a truck worth no more than $13,000...he was out another $3000. He didn't get it out of the drive at the mechanic shop when the transmission goes out.... Another $5500. Drives it for 5 weeks then the motor blows... Well he could not afford another $6000 so he has to let the finance company come and get it.... If you have any doubt of what I'm saying, just speak to the mechanic (Brian Purdy) he knows exactly who I'm talking about... If you think about it tho..Car dealers like Satterfield and Landers explains why God created Hell.. He needed a place put them!!!

He answered every text throughout the process and even let me wander off while I shopped other car brands. He checked in with me from time to time and was always so pleasant and polite. There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. I'm excited about my new car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My fingers are crossed their service department is just as helpful.

He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Well, he never showed up! There goes his Yelp rating and recommendation.

I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.
