So let me tell you about this whole car-buying adventure... it started with me innocently "just…read morelooking." You know how that goes. I hopped on Edmunds, then slid over to the dealership website, and there it was... the Subaru Crosstrek. Blue. Not just any blue--that blue. The kind that makes you start rearranging your budget and your life decisions at the same time. Of course, I did what any reasonable person does--I went and had a little chat with ChatGPT, plugging in numbers like I suddenly had a finance degree. Credit score, trade-in, price... the whole works. Meanwhile, a salesman named Kevin texts me, asks what I want, gets my payoff, and says he'll get back to me the next day. Well... "the next day" gave me plenty of time to panic. After thinking it over (and probably overthinking it just a little), we convinced ourselves, "Yeah... we probably can't afford that Crosstrek." So I text Kevin and basically say, "Never mind, false alarm, ignore my dreams." ONE HOUR later... Kevin calls. This man comes back with numbers. Real numbers. Good numbers. "Wait a second... those are our numbers." And then he drops the kicker--it's for the SAME blue Crosstrek I had my heart set on. Y'all... we bought the car. For a better deal than we ever expected. And Kevin? That man didn't just sell a car--he showed up, followed through, and treated us like we mattered. In a world where you expect a sales pitch, he gave us honesty, patience, and somehow... our blue Crosstrek. Moral of the story: sometimes you say "never mind," and God (and Kevin) say, "oh no you don't."

If I could give a -1300 I would. They are the only ones that has worked on my Subaru. I took my…read moreForester in for recall work. I got it back with a misfire in cylinder 1. It didn't have one when I took it to them. When I took it back to them they wanted to upsell me $2000 engine tear down. Saying it had nothing to do with their work. Refused to do all the diagnostic testing required by Subaru manuals or check their workmanship. I had a meeting with the Service Manager and his foreman. Five minutes into the conversation the foreman started yelling, was very unprofessional and walked out of the room. I took it to another certified Subaru Tech. He found a clip from one of the 6 clips off the windshield wiper cowling (all 6 are still missing)inside the engine in cylinder 1 sitting on top of the valves. If it had fallen into the cylinder it could have destroyed my engine. It was what was causing the misfire. It cost me $1300 to fix their screw up. These people are irresponsible, incompetent, unprofessional and do not stand behind their workmanship warranty. I wonder what else they have dropped inside engines? They will never see my Subaru again. I am concerned they will do a lot more damage to it if I did. Something that will cost me a lot more than $1300 to fix. Even with the evidence including pictures they would not make it right. Don't trust your car with these people!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Everett GMC, especially with service…read moreadvisor Baron. I brought my truck in because it has a loose control arm. I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible!

He answered every text throughout the process and even let me wander off while I shopped other car brands. He checked in with me from time to time and was always so pleasant and polite. There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. I'm excited about my new car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My fingers are crossed their service department is just as helpful.
