The service advisor, Kym, has not provided a single update over the past 12 weeks and will only speak to me when I am standing in front of her. My husband and I bought a jeep from the dealership in Benton and the salesman and experience at that time were great it is the experience after that has been horrible. We were promised a few things for the jeep and it would take a few days to get them. It has been almost 90 days and we have only received one of the items. ***DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE*** These people are CROOKS! We're going to charge me over $1000 to install a part that cost $6 on EBay. Shifter cable bushing on our 2008 Jeep Sahara wore out, causing the cable to keep slipping off and kept causing it not to be able to shift. Told me the part was $300 and was located in Dallas, TX and that with labor it would be over $1000 to install. I asked if the cable wasn't broken, why would I need the entire assembly. They said it all had to come together. I did some research and found that wasn't true. I had the vehicle towed back from there, went to O'Reilly's and bought it for $17 (which was still overpriced...but did not have time to wait on an eBay delivery), and had someone install it for $146. They also told me that the door pins were broken off and they would be $51 a piece. I told them they were not broken, but I had taken them off. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! read more

I bought a Jeep Gladiator last week after narrowing it down to two choices. I chose the one advertised on CarGurus with leather seats and a cold weather package, but ended up with cloth seats and no cold weather package. I'm okay with the cloth seats, but I'd never buy a truck without the cold weather package. I've spent the past week leaving messages for the managers and finance guy, but no one has called me back. This is the second truck I've bought from this dealership in 14 months, and it'll be the last. My salesman was great, even brought the truck to me in the snow. This wasn't his fault and I don't think the vehicle was intentionally misrepresented, but at least return my calls and try to work out a solution or swap for a higher trim. I run a business on one of the busiest streets in Saline County, and next week the Jeep will be parked out front with a big sign saying DON'T BUY AT CHRIS CRAIN! read more

I cannot state how disappointed I am in Crain CDJR. I did not like the old dealership, Campbell CDJR, so I looked forward to Crain coming to Benton. However, they have been a letdown, and I will never come back to this dealership for service. I will drive farther to North Little Rock to go to a real dealership, Fletcher Dodge. To begin, I have a 2025 Jeep Wrangler. I have been having acceleration issues (hesitation, then lurching forward). I loved the thought of Crain being so close (I live in Benton), so I dropped off my Jeep late Monday evening for a 7:30am appointment on Tuesday. I was told I would be called by the end of the Tuesday business day. Well, the call never came, so I called the dealership. I was then informed they are "low on technicians," so it would not be ready until Wednesday. They promised it would be ready Wednesday, and the lady told me one of two ladies would call me when it was ready. No problem, I told them. Well, lo and behold, I again received no telephone call. I had to call them for an update. I was told again they did not even look at my Jeep because they were low on help. I was told it would be Thursday. NOPE! I am not giving this dealership another chance. Crain, if you are low on technicians, HIRE SOME. If you are having problems finding help, QUIT TAKING SO MANY APPOINTMENTS. Here's another idea: How about a loaner car/truck if you cannot follow up on your promise to have my Jeep ready within two days? Do not bring your vehicle here for service unless you can do without it for a week. They have lost my and my wife's business forever. read more

I DO NOT recommend. Traded two working and starting vehicles in and on top of that am paying for a truck through a loan that will not start on day 2 of having the truck home. I had inquired about the check engine light being on and I was assured that it was just due to the truck being deleted. Before I picked up the truck, I inquired a second time if the code could be pulled to see exactly what it was and his response was, "I 100% know that that's what it is." It turns out that that has absolutely nothing to do with the engine light being on. Fuel pump is going out and glow plug has an issue. Expressed my issue to the person who sold me the truck (Reid) and was told that that was above his pay grade. I am a full-time nursing student who commutes three hours to nursing school and three hours back four days a week so this directly jeopardizes me getting kicked out of the program missing two days in a row. Been getting the runaround from the dealership as I told them I was currently stranded, (and still am at this very moment typing this review) was told that the service manager was at lunch (not just went to lunch but was at lunch) and would give me a call as soon as he got back. I am currently stranded in my truck waiting over two hours later, nthng. We all know lunch breaks are not that long no matter where you work. I called them and told them that I'm still waiting and they said they're sorry they'll get with him. Mind you, this shows that the customer is not a priority even when informed that the customer is stranded as they told me as soon as he gets back, he will get right to me. Still no response and I'm stranded sweating in my scrubs three hours away from home when I should've already been home. My text messages are not sending anymore. I cannot shout loud enough to steer clear of this dealership. As a 100% disabled Marine Corps Veteran, this greatly saddens me, it actually infuriates me but I am doing my best to control my emotions. Pls let this help YOU! read more

worst experience I've ever had with a car dealershi. Had a 10am appointment to look at a specific vehicle and they pulled up a different one that did not have the features we wanted. I provided the vin of the vehicle we wanted and they told me it was loaned out, even though it had been confirmed the day before that it was still there. they then said they would get the vehicle back for us so we sat around for an hour. When the vehicle arrived, it was not the one we wanted either. finally they told us the vehicle was being driven by the sales manager's wife and they couldn't reach them to bring it back. We were in this dealership (Campbell's in Benton) today trying to find my parents a new vehicle. The sales manager Jason let us view several vehicles. We decided on a Kia Sedona minivan that he let us view in the shop. He said the price would be 24-25K. We went to lunch/birthday party and came back. During lunch, we texted back and forth with Jason about the price of this vehicle. He said that the lowest that he could get it was around $28,200. We texted back and forth again agreeing to $29,999 with a bumper to bumper warranty for 60K miles. This vehicle is for my elderly parents in their 70's. We drove back up to this place this afternoon to let them look at the trade in vehicles. One vehicle is in perfect condition with a Kelly Blue book value of $20,400. This place offered my parents $17,773 for their vehicle even after agreeing it had thousands less miles than it should for the year and was in perfect condition. The only thing wrong with this vehicle was a worn handlebar on the roof on the inside passenger door that my dad uses to exit the vehicle. This car dealer tried to take $2700.00 off the price of the vehicle for a handlebar that was worn--not broken--that cost less than $50 on the internet. One the second vehicle, I hit a small deer in it months ago. I never had it fixed because all that broke was the fog light and the turn signal. This dealership took $9500 off the Kelly Blue book price of the car due to under $250 in parts. When we googled , the parts to fix this was $78 after market brand up to $250 name brand original parts. Dealerships are always trying to screw over old people so we were not surprised and we decided to walk out. What happened next is scary. The salesman Jason was there along with the finance manager Carey G. I think maybe they asked what was wrong with the price and I said it was laughable. Carey said that he was laughing too and said some other ugly stuff to us. I refused to answer back and started to walk away so nothing escalated. My boyfriend told him that he has been a mechanic for years and never seen this. The man Carey G. escalated and said something ugly to my boyfriend. I am not sure what...I realized they had lost their temper and we had to get out of there fast. We were trying to get out the door before it escalated and my dad is slow and disabled. Once we got in the car, I sat there waiting on my mother who could not hold her pee. Jason the sales manager came outside to the left of my car screaming something out loud. I saw him throwing up his hands and yelling at me. I kept the windows rolled up and the doors. My mother had gone back in to pee. Once inside, the sales manager Jason harassed my elderly mother trying to talk her into buying this car asking her why I had to make all the decisions. She tried to tell him that I was there because "I was smarter than her" (in her words) meaning I knew how to work the internet (she doesn't) to get the values of it all. He tried to imply that I was doing something wrong and he harassed my mother even after my mother said no to buying this car. He harrassed her because she was alone. My mother refused to escalate and told him to have a good day and she left. This man should not be a manager. This should fall under harrassment. The way the man Carey talked to us and how Jason came outside of the building to yell and scream like he did is scary. They were just mad because I would not let them screw over my elderly parents. I would like to note that, since he is the manager, I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General of Arkansas. read more

When I take my truck for service the service advisors do not come greet you when you pull in. You have to track one down. I recently dropped my truck off for an oil change. I was not notified when it was done. I called 4 hours after I dropped it off and they said it was finished. There is no customer service here. I will not buy another vehicle from them. read more

I live out of state and found a car they had on line a 2020 nissan altima , so we negotiated a price and my trade in value. I was happy with the deal we came too. When I went down to get the car that was supposed to have 4310 miles that they had advertised on line, in the car details and picture of the odometer it actually had 8100 miles on it , they refused to take any money off the price for double the miles they lied about it having , and then it only came with one key fob and no owners manual. They said they would send me a owners manual and fob in the mail , never received it , when I called Russ Comstock a sales manager he said (we never said we was going to send a key fob) another lie. Once they got my money they were done with me , also never got a owners manual either. Be very careful when dealing with this dealership because they will screw you any way they can. I took my truck in to have a intake fuel line replace. They told me that it would be a 3 hour job and the labor cost would be 375.00. I asked to talk to the service manger; and I told him I got a estimate from Firestone and it would cost me 220.00 (2 hour job). He then said they would do it for 250.00. So I waited for my truck to be completed and it was less then 2 hours. I ask the tech if I would've gotten a refund for that extra hour they were gonna charge me for that they didn't use. So I made an appointment to get spark plugs and was quoted 411 at the dealership. Firestone said it would be 600+ so I choose the dealership. I went in on Saturday and was told that service was actually 448 but they would give it to me for 411. So I was told that one of the spark plugs seized and that it was going to take longer than expected and they offered me a loaner vehicle. I was given a call that Monday and was told that they had to order a part for the vehicle and that it would cost another 300+ and that whoever worked on my vehicle before must didn't put any anti-seize. I bought my vehicle brand new and it has only been serviced at mopar dealerships so I felt insulted. I felt that the spark plug seizing wasn't my fault so I found my extended warranty and took it to the dealership since Danny wouldn't answer the phone. He said he would call me the next day and let me know if the service would be covered or not. I let two days go by and he never called. I called him back for him to tell me my vehicle was ready and I paid for the service on Thursday and they covered 50 dollars of it. Fast forward to the next Tuesday my engine light came on and it was sputtering so I went to the dealership because Danny wouldn't answer the phone which I understand he was probably with a customer. I was greeted by someone else and told them the issue and he checked it for a code. Danny came to me and said I need a fuel injector but that it could get fixed today. He didn't offer me a loaner or anything so I left and read that riding on a dirty injector can make matters worse so I went back and got a loaner from Ally who was nice and helped me out. I really find it odd that I wasn't having issues until I brought my vehicle here. I feel like if I was a male I wouldn't have felt dismissed like I was or felt like I was overcharged. This dealership can do better at addressing people when they walk in and see what they actually need. read more

Bought a "new" truck online from them in August. Salesman said it was being driven by a manager/demo and had 2000 miles on it. I was ok with that. Made the deal with my trade in with no problems and they delivered it to me where I live. Upon delivery I found out it had 4500 miles on it and was missing a power side step on the drivers side. Seriously missing parts. I guess they were stripping parts off of it as they needed them for other trucks. Looking back, I should have refused delivery. The driver played dumb about both issues and so did Brandon the salesman but he promised me they would pick up my truck and install the side step as soon as it was delivered in 2 weeks. Not wanting to have another 500+ miles put on my truck, I told them to ship the side step to me and I would install it. They said no problem but they failed to mention the fact that the computer on the truck would have to be re-programed for the new part. They supposedly shipped it a couple weeks later and UPS "lost" it, which I doubt. It's now the end of October and I still have no side step and everything is "2 more weeks out". So I'm stuck with a new truck with twice as many miles on it as promised and it's missing parts and I have to get the computer re-programmed once I do install the side step. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt but I'm at limit of BS with this dealership. May be time to lawyer up. They seem dishonest and unorganized and show no attention to detail and no follow up and their "paid for" 5 star reviews are a load of crap. A very poor experience. read more
