I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

I asked for a temp tag and was told that I could not get one, just know that their are plenty of dealership that give them out. And I know that i didn't get one out of spite. I recently shopped with him but chose to repair my old rusty car than buy a used vehicle. Matt was comfortable, trustworthy, and shared the repair history he performed on the vehicles before putting them up for sale. This was very reassuring since some vehicle models have certain issues. It helped to know these issues were already fixed. Matt disclosed upfront that a certain vehicle was in an accident and the repairs he had made to fix it. Matt has several options below $10k.

The service advisor, Kym, has not provided a single update over the past 12 weeks and will only speak to me when I am standing in front of her. He answered every text throughout the process and even let me wander off while I shopped other car brands. He checked in with me from time to time and was always so pleasant and polite. There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. I'm excited about my new car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My fingers are crossed their service department is just as helpful.
