Since moving to the area, I've had my car serviced here a couple of times. The service is friendly and the facilities and amenities are definitely up to par with Lexus standards. Most recently, Michael set up my appointment and was very helpful. As of now, Parker Lexus is all pros, no cons!

So let me tell you about this whole car-buying adventure... it started with me innocently "just…read morelooking." You know how that goes. I hopped on Edmunds, then slid over to the dealership website, and there it was... the Subaru Crosstrek. Blue. Not just any blue--that blue. The kind that makes you start rearranging your budget and your life decisions at the same time. Of course, I did what any reasonable person does--I went and had a little chat with ChatGPT, plugging in numbers like I suddenly had a finance degree. Credit score, trade-in, price... the whole works. Meanwhile, a salesman named Kevin texts me, asks what I want, gets my payoff, and says he'll get back to me the next day. Well... "the next day" gave me plenty of time to panic. After thinking it over (and probably overthinking it just a little), we convinced ourselves, "Yeah... we probably can't afford that Crosstrek." So I text Kevin and basically say, "Never mind, false alarm, ignore my dreams." ONE HOUR later... Kevin calls. This man comes back with numbers. Real numbers. Good numbers. "Wait a second... those are our numbers." And then he drops the kicker--it's for the SAME blue Crosstrek I had my heart set on. Y'all... we bought the car. For a better deal than we ever expected. And Kevin? That man didn't just sell a car--he showed up, followed through, and treated us like we mattered. In a world where you expect a sales pitch, he gave us honesty, patience, and somehow... our blue Crosstrek. Moral of the story: sometimes you say "never mind," and God (and Kevin) say, "oh no you don't."

For too many reasons too list, I have the extended warranty from here and bought my new outback here, the next closet dealership is OVER 4 hours away so I am stuck with using them.

What a great dealership!…read more After several trips to other local dealerships where service seems to have markedly declined, I wound up at Mercedes of Little Rock. These guys and gals are a real class act. I was treated with the utmost respect and attention. The facility is top-notch, and there is plenty of inventory on the lot. I was impressed that throughout the entire process--even when the finance folks were preparing paperwork--I was never once left alone or treated like another number. My trade-in offer was very good, as was their willingness to deal on price for the new car. I was never pressured into buying unwanted accessories or warranties, and there were no hidden fees or the like. It seems that everyone here, from the salesperson to the finance manager to the business manager, has been here for a very long time. And it shows. I'd definitely recommend checking these folks out if you are in the market for a luxury car. A+

I told him about the vehicle I am considering, and even sent him a link with photos of the vehicle and the seats. He said "sure, come on in". I drove across town to the dealership only to be told "we don't have anything with seats like that". I expected more from a Mercedes dealership.

In recent months I took notice of the little private dealer that is Friendship Auto, and as a lover…read moreof most things automobile (there're always exceptions) I also took notice of the beautiful machinery that graced Dan's lot over that time. Conveniently placed near one of the exits closest to LRAFB you can't help but peruse the inventory that he tends to carry. From Corvettes, to Mustangs, to a little red Fiat Cinque-Cento (500) Abarth. Friendship auto has had some choice rides that make you want to stop for a gander. And gander I did... It wasn't until I passed a 2015 Subaru WRX in World Rally Blue that I decided to stop. We talked about the car, and he instilled a confidence in me that most used car dealers are never able. Why? Because he loves cars and he loves the people who love them as well. His cars are priced to compete with local dealers near and far and they're priced for him to gain little to just enough. There's no crazy mark up, and he's a no haggle kind of guy. Which I'm fine with... If you know what you want and you have done your research. Then you'll know the prices are right and that he prices his inventory to move. The experience was a good one and moved quick, but there are a few concessions you'll have to make. No fill up and wash, but I'm alright with it. It's something to note for those that weigh that but know the experience is superb. Friendship Auto deserves this highly rated review. Dan is about the details of the cars on his lot, it helps you to take notice, and notice you will. Keep an eye out because he always has something for everyone. Especially us petrol head types.
