I test drove several vehicles before I could make a decision and Daniel was very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend Daniel. The GM Jeremy was very nice also. For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible!

Landers Toyota - Dry rot based on visual inspection

Landers Toyota

Landers Toyota of Little Rock doesn't just sell excellent quality vehicles at an affordable price,…read morethey are highly responsive to any service-related issues. The staff are very professional, prompt, courteous and kind. Makes one ask, 'Where have YOU been all my life!'. My experience has been positively GREAT!!

I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum Hybrid Max from Landers…read moreToyota. My salesperson, Allen, was polite, and the service department got my OEM tow hitch installed on time. To be clear, this review is not a ding on the sales representative, but it is clear that dealership management and corporate do not stand behind their product or respect their customers. From the start, the buying process was frustrating. I basically had to beg management to provide accurate numbers until about 24 hours before signing papers. To make matters worse, they even put a completely different VIN on the original buyer's order, leaving me to wonder if they were hoping I wouldn't notice so they could switch vehicles, or if they simply didn't care enough to get basic details right the first time. Upon taking delivery, I discovered the vehicle was loaded by Gulf States Toyota (exclusive distributor) with non-OEM, aftermarket accessories. This distributor covers all Toyota dealerships in Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The body side moldings, running boards, passenger floor mats, and cargo mat are all third-party knockoffs rather than genuine Toyota factory parts, despite being listed directly on the window sticker right alongside factory options. They even tacked on a "mandatory" $75 fee for a cheap set of USB cords, yet failed to even provide the basic screws for the front license plate bracket. The car drives fine, but it's sickening to look at knowing how it was cheapened out. When I brought this up, management refused to remove or replace the aftermarket moldings, claiming a "risk of paint damage" for basic 3M tape removal. Instead of stepping up to replace the non-OEM accessories with authentic Toyota equipment, management placed the entire financial burden on me to fix it. I've ultimately decided it's not worth spending hundreds out of pocket at a collision shop to undo their choice, but the total lack of support was ridiculous. Toyota Corporate was equally unhelpful, hiding behind distributor policies instead of stepping in. To top it all off, instead of calling me to pick up my registration paperwork, they mailed it four hours away to my military home of record address. When I asked for help getting it shipped back, management completely refused to assist, forcing me to drive eight hours round-trip just to retrieve my own paperwork nearly a month after the sale. They willingly chose to lose a customer over games, distributor nonsense, and complete administrative laziness. This was my first Toyota, and because of this experience, it will easily be my last. What a shame. The attached photo shows the third party exterior moldings and running boards so other buyers of Toyotas within the Gulf States region may beware. OEM side moldings are attached at the bottom of the door. OEM running boards are all black.

Just had a very disappointing experience at Hwy 5 Auto Salvage…read more Went to get a replacement Air Vent Grill for my Toyota Camry. I arrive and he confirms they have it. Awesome! However, he then tells me he does not have anyone to go pull the product off the car for me. They're all busy helping someone else. Mind you, it is 3:30pm, an hour and a half before close. I even offered to step outside so he could lock up the office and go get it himself. The part is pictured below. It takes less than 60 seconds to disengage it from the dashboard with a flathead screwdriver. The guy at the counter said he could not do that because he had to watch the phones. So, phones are more important than the customer in front of you? He said I would have to come back on Monday to get the part. Today is Friday. If I wanted the part on Monday, I would have just ordered it online and not inconvenienced myself with the drive to your business. Here is my issue. You small business owners want consumers, us, to support you over online retailers. Yet, how can you expect us to give you our business after experiences like this one? I came to you so I could get the part today, not 3 days from now. I was willing to pay more for local business so I could have the part today. Unfortunately, I won't be back on Monday. Online retailers win again. Save your time on this place, folks. Just find the part online. You run the risk of Hwy 5 Auto Salvage dangling the part you need in your face and telling you that you can't have it. I honestly just can't fathom refusing a sale. My mind is blown.

I told her to go to an AutoZone, they will get you set up with the right stuff and help you. I've had great customer service at our local AutoZone. That couldn't have been further from what happened. She asked Alberto the young fella at the desk if he could help her get some DEF for her boyfriend's truck and show her how to put it in. Alberto said "we aren't an auto shop, have your boyfriend do it, the DEF is over there". Certainly not how I'd expect anyone to be treated at AutoZone. She found 3 options and asked the other worker, a more senior guy. Is this was the right DES fluid for a Dodge Ram 1500? Instead of confirming it was correct it's a standard fluid, he chose to say you can look it up. I understand why this store has a 3 star rating. If you need auto parts in Little Rock there are several O'Reily or Advance Auto Parts stores that will provide basic customer service. If you want snide remarks and no effort to help the customer with basic questions this might be your place to shop.
