Not only is the Cadillac Brand a disappointment but Parker only stands behind the product they sell while it is under warranty. I had a leak in the satellite antennae. A 3 year old car? Out of warranty on Mileage. I showed them the water inside the cab, showed them the loose cover, and told them satellite radio wasn't working. So what do they do? Charge me a $140 diagnostic fee. This place will nickel and dime its customers to death. Oh, but here's some stale cookies. No thanks. IF I ever buy another Cadillac, it wont be going to Parker. Hope that $140 was worth it. RESPONSE Keep trying to spin this as some Mileage issue. I have no problem paying for the components. It is the diagnostic charge you make up. As mentioned, told/showed/ and diagnosed the problem. Not your techs. I can show you the video if you'd like. I am sure your $140 dollars will offset the negative impact of my experience as well as all of the people I share it with. I had an appointment to bring my Escalade in for diagnostics and a repair of an oil leak. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was told diagnostics was three days behind. Why would they have me come in and leave my car sitting for three days before it was ever going to get looked at? What are appointments for? I asked the service manager if I could reschedule my appointment so I would not have to leave my car there for no reason and ask if I could get a loaner car when I came back i.e. I'm requesting a loaner car in advance, I was told "only VIP customers could get a loaner car and loaner cars were not given out to just anybody". So I'm just an anybody or maybe that means a nobody. Therefore, I left and plan never to return. Maybe the service manager doesn't realize customers coming in for service are future car buyers. Well, he certainly lost this future car buyer that is for sure. I am not just a nobody. read more

I had a battery die and was setting an appointment with Parker to fix it. First, they told me to choose a time and they would see if they had time available?? I told her I want to have the next appointment. It took her a minute and then she rattled off numerous times available. Then she told me a new battery would cost almost $300 but they were going to run a test before for close to $200 before replacing my battery. On top of that was an attitude that made me never want to ever buy a Cadillac, especially from Parker. read more

I was greeted by several employees including my salesman Michael. Once I checked In they helped to get my work bags switched over to the courtesy car. The dealership had to replace a part one the airbag and kept my car for a week. The service department checked in with me during that time to update me on the status of my car. I also had two other services (oil change and tire ailnement) done while it was there for the week. They actually finished before the estimated date and when I arrived to pick up my car it was very clean expect for the awful sweaty smell from the employee working on the car. I truly appreciate the bag cookies and nice thank you note waiting on me. read more

I purchased a pre-owned GMC Yukon Denali recently from Parker Cadillac. I live in Dallas and was trying to purchase this vehicle having only seen it online. I worked with Michael Hopkins who was amazing. He didn't waste my time, understood that I was "flying" into Little Rock to purchase this vehicle and didn't want to spend 3 hours at his dealership as I had to drive it back home to Dallas. He actually picked me up at the airport and the car was already out of detail and was put "on display" for me to see when I arrived. All my paperwork was already completed and I was on my way within an hour of arriving. I think only purchasing a prior car from CARVANA was easier only because they delivered the vehicle to me. But they didn't have the inventory. Parker Cadillac and Mr. Hopkins are fantastic. If you are wanting to feel like more than just a 'transaction', I highly recommend them. read more

I arrived at 0730 and didn't leave until about 12pm. I only needed an oil change and transmission fluid change, but I was waiting the longest of all the customers there. About 2.5 hours into my appointment I checked on the status with Gene and he told me they were having issues with the transmission machine. Instead of telling me this as soon as the issues starting happening (so I would be aware), I had to ask him what was going on. I would expect to be kept up to date on any issues/concerns so I would be informed and so I can let my job know I'll be delayed. About 30 mins after I spoke with him, the machine suddenly started working again and an hour later my car was ready. I would hope to get better quality service the next time. read more

We received superior service from the initial telephone contact until departure from the dealership with our vehicle. We saw the vehicle on Parkers website and decided to purchase it without test driving or seeing it beforehand. I was very disappointed when a Parker service advisor told me that I would no longer qualify for loaner vehicle because they were only going to be offered to customers with cars newer than 2017. I have a 2016 Escalade paid for free and clear with less 39k miles on it and still under warranty yet you wouldn't offer me a loaner(NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE). I understand that you have a limited supply of loaners and that's why you should only offer them to customers with an appointment. Your sales team call me constantly asking if I want to trade my Escalade in for a new model and I have declined because I've been waiting on the 2021 model with the new body style and interior upgrades. Because I'm being treated less than important, when I purchase a new 2021 Escalade at the end of the year I will make sure not to purchase it from Parker Cadillac. Even if I have to drive out of town, I will just to avoid spending my money at your dealership. read more

I purchased a used 2010 Cadillac SRX from Parker Cadillac from Bobby Arnold ON September 12th. I was told there was nothing wrong with my car except a new battery needed to be put in the keyless remote. I test drove it and loved it immediately. Although I bought it as is, I understood Parker Cadillac to be a premier car lot. However, after driving my car for 2 weeks I discovered a loud noise when I drove it. I brought the car in to find out why my car was making this noise and turns out there was a problem with the front hub wheel bearing. As I was on my way to drop off the car to be serviced, a piece behind the passenger mirror flew off as I was headed down the highway, as if it was super-glued on. Now they tell me that since I already drove it, there is nothing they can do. Didn't I have to drive it to find out something was wrong? The condition of this vehicle was not told to me prior to my purchase and since I am a woman, they won't even entertain my questions as to why I am being treated this way. BUYERS BE WARE!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM PARKER CADILLAC. They will not tell you if something is wrong with your car, they will let you test drive through a residential area, offer you no warranty and avoid you once it's purchased. Or you will be stuck like me paying $420 to fix a wheel bearing issue that was already an issue. #BUYERSBEWARE Update: They did fix the piece that flew off on the highway for free but nothing else. read more

My name is C.Clark, I have been a Cadillac owner for years and customer of ParkerC since 2001 (Dalton Brothers was the best). My service rep was Steve McKinnie who 'overall' provided good care and svc. However, as a frequent customer and senior citizen (78yo) I believe ParkerC did me a great disservice during my last apt visit. My appt on 28Jun was made for inoperable AC. My son apprised my of a diagnostic charge for it. My drvr rr window was stuck down, during this visit. My discontentment is that absolutely at no time did anyone inform me that there would be a $120 charge for checking the window. I accept that a diag fee on something critical as the AC to be that high, HOWEVER, if someone had said to me as a SrCitizen on fixed income that...just to diag your window issue would be $119...I would have said "Don't Bother". Check my history here, I know ParkerC repair costs are expensive but I would have specifically recalled a diag amount discussed up front, cause I would have had the SvcRep call my son before this charge versus after it. Furthermore, after paying this ridiculous diag fee and being told that the Motor n Regulator is out and repair cost is $700 plus...I declined. I took car to another shop who plugged the battery power directly to the motor and the window rolled up (that's all I wanted). They said it is not the Motor nor Regulator!! YES!, I want my money back for the window diag BECAUSE I shoul've been told that there was a separate expensive fee for assessing this window. I can come out there or management may call. Do not Patronize this dealership; they lie and are not honest people. I had my truck in their service department for a oil change 3 months ago. Unbeknownst, to me they were going to use my information to try to scam me. A so called Sales manager called me and stated do I have a Cadillac Escalade, I said I do then the guy proceeds to run a line on me in which he stated that, they do not have my model on their lot and the auctions are depleted as well of my truck. And that Parker Cadillac is prepared to offer me a ABOVE MARKET VALUE PRICE FOR MY TRUCK; because he has customers wanting to buy my model. I quickly, went online to check their lots and I noticed that they have many of my model of my truck. So I thought let me do my research of the value of my truck before going into the store of which I did (kelly blue book). the so-called above market value of my truck which they presented to me was a joke and insulting! they apparently are using any tactics they can to get people in their establishment, which is sad. If your so called deals are so good why resort to phony sales tactics to get people in your business? Their are many other reputable dealerships here in Little Rock go there not here. I purchased a used SRX in September and by January I had to have fuel sensor and pressure harness replaced, hub bearing replaced and they wanted over $900 to fix a water leak from the sunroof!. I like their service but I have questions about the quality of used cars there. read more

If you care about customer service this place is not for. You that have a nice garage, people wear ties, and you get cookies. They have no concern for inconvenience to the customer. Let me explain. When you make an appointment you do make an appointment to get your car fixed, you make an appointed to get a consultation. So someone rides around with you in your car. They will be running behind, anywhere from 2-4 days as they told me. Since they do not care about inconveniencing you, they will not have your bring the car back in 2-4 days, they will just keep. If you bring your car in at the end of the week for your appointment, it could six days for them to actually start working on your car. Its fine if you still have a bumper to bumper to warranty, you get a courtesy car. (I might add for being a luxury brand, they seem to need an alarming amount of courtesy cars) For the rest of us we just have to make due with no having that car for a week until they get around to looking at it. When I pointed out that this system does not prioritize their customers, they could not care any less. read more
