Brought in my car for curb rash repair in one of my wheels. Called ahead of time to check if theres availability, I was assured that they can work on my wheel gave me an approximate timeline and cost. Sure enough, I was only charged the amount I was told on the phone and also I got my car out an hour earlier than expected. My case is as not as complicated as others I guess. They were able to color match damage on my curbed rim for 17 Chrysler 300. I was amazed at the outcome I was warned it may not be 100% they claimed the repairs came out at 90%. Based on my review it was almost 100% match on the fix I recommend them to anyone. read more

Yes they will lend you a vehicle to drive around while your rims are being repaired. I had the pleasure of patronizing this business two days ago and I was very impressed. I called the day before (a Sunday and they where closed but the owner will still pick up and speak to you)because I hit a curb and had minor rash on the passenger rim. They told me to come in anytime on Monday and they will fix it. I arrived around 12:00pm and the owner was very nice. He gave me the price and said it would be about a hour. He gave me the keys to one of the many cars available( they also sell cars) and told me to go to the mall and come back in a hour. I did that and my car was completed when I arrived. I can not tell that the damage happened great job. I will post a picture of the finished product I did not think to take a before. Everytime I looked at it I got angry so that's probably why lol. I tried Wheel Guys after speaking to a couple of other mobile service rim repair shops and they prioritized my repair on the same day in 1 hour. The road rash to my rim was deep on the lip, and after bringing it in I met with Max, which was very courteous and gave me a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. The work was not only fast within 1 hour, but also very clean and completely unnoticeable as if the damage never happened. For a rim which costs over 1400.00 to replace, the 125.00 cost for repair was very favorable. They did a great job for the price. My girlfriend curb rashes my wheel pretty bad to the point where I refused to drive the car since it looked so bad. I took the car in on Monday and they got me in right away, and finished in 3 hours.
