During our visit today, the restrooms were in very poor condition. They were filthy, the sink would not drain properly, and one of the toilets would not flush. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be a priority, especially for a family-friendly restaurant. The employees were nice, friendly, and courteous, which is definitely a positive and the main reason this review isn't lower. The staff seems to be doing their best. Another ongoing issue is the indoor playground. The air conditioning in the play area was out again, making it uncomfortable for children and families. This has been a recurring problem and doesn't appear to be getting resolved. This location has potential and used to be a much better experience, but it clearly needs attention from upper management. Better maintenance, cleaner facilities, and repairs to the playground area would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence.
