We spent $42 for food we literally threw away. Our order had extra food we did not even order, the meat on our burgers tasted like fish and the fries were hard and cold. It's obvious management isn't doing their jobs. Inventory and quality assurance should be done daily but they're serving moldy buns and bread. This could get someone sick. I can only imagine what else isn't dated or checked daily and what it looks like in the kitchen. I live too far to drive back and no one was answering the phone to get anything done to fix this. I stopped by for a burgers and a breakfast sandwich. I asked for an egg McMuffin. I asked for them to substitute the American cheese with white cheddar. So because the young man couldn't figure out how to work the register to signify the substitution. He charge me $.50 for the cheese. I just bought a kid's meal for my grandson today. I asked for ketchup. I asked again at the window when I got the meal. The person at the window told me he put it in there. Today we were served spoiled hash browns. There is no question these were expired or spoiled. My husband and I took one bite and still can't get the horrible taste out of our mouths. Luckily I didn't give it to our daughter. However I do have to say the cashier who took our order and $ was very polite and friendly. I also believe when I called to let them know about the hash browns he may have answered the phone (voice sounded the same). I called so they wouldn't serve to others. I understand this a McDonald's, but it does not excuse the horrid service that I got. First of all I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they didn't have it which is strange but fine. So I ordered a normal chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich was fine but missing tomatoes and the fries were the worst fries I've ever had anyplace I've ever been. And the drink was half full and they said they were out of ice when the joint building 10 yards away was selling ice right there. I sat in the drive through at the ordering kiosk for 10 minutes while the drive through attendant asked me to hold. No exaggeration. There wasn't a sole inside the restaurant yet the manager and the workers were doing nothing but standing around. The three cars behind me drove off. It appears the girl working the window as well as the female manager enjoyed angering the customers. I really feel for the owners of this location. There is definitely an opportunity for training. I won't be back and I'll be sure to tell my family and friends not to go either. I was in a calm mood and simply there to pick up deserts for the family. Went inside recently to order a kids meal to get the stitch toy. After ordering, I watched an employee go by the French fry bin and take a couple out and eat them. Didn't care who was watching. Got my meal, left, didn't open my burger until I was down the street. It was cold, not even a little bit warm. Not worth turning around to go back. This place definitely needs some management looking into what's going in. read more

It's OK, does its job and is pretty clean. Lots of traffic from other operations in the area. Bathroom was OK, tables were clean. Floor could have used a bit of scrubbing. For a small McDonald's, it is about what you would expect to find. I like the area also. read more

The managers have absolutely no respect for the younger crew workers, as on day me and a friend were cooking food and an overweight manager ran into both of us trying to go through the kitchen and then proceeded to blame it on me. If you really like sitting in your car in the drive through, not moving after ordering your food, and watching your life slip away, then this is the place for you. I knew I had a limit somewhere of how long I'd sit in a drive thru without moving, but I never knew what it was before. I now know it's FIVE MINUTES. My advice, if there are fat women in SUV's in front of you.....go inside, and always leave yourself an out in the drive thru. The tall guy with dark brown has the worse attitude ever. 100% of the time at the drive thru, they start with "go ahead" or "what do you need". The tall guy will barely stick his arm out the window so you have to really reach for your money/order and doesn't say 2 words to you. This is your typical McDonald's food-wise. Personally I like the breakfast menu but just about everything else you can skip but if you like McDonald's than the food should be good. The McDonald's (like most fast food) is not very clean. The service isn't great, isn't terrible but if you have a teenager or a newbie then expect slow service. The drive thru is priority at this place. If you sit inside, the service is slower than if you go through the drive thru. But if you don't like drive thrus, this isn't the place for you. read more

This McDonalds is a mess. Stopped in the PM on 11/2. The drink area was strewn with trash, water, soda on the counters. This was not an isolated mess. There is dried up soda syrup everywhere, the ice opening on the top of the soda dispenser was open revealing mold and an extremely dirty holding area for the ice...disgusting. Trash in every can was overflowing. At the counter there was food strewn around all over the floor(fries). Tables covered in trash and food products. 10's of dead flies on the front window soles. When the manager was told, she shrugged and talked over me before turning and walking away mumbling something. Your best bet...continue another 3 miles to a plethora of other restaurants at 46, because this place is disgusting. read more

Just left here from the drive thru and gotta say the service was quick but now I see why because they did not give me my drink or large French fries and charged me for them also the first window I pulled up to smelled like marijuana was coming from the inside of the restaurant. Yep, that's right, I ordered2 burritos from the breakfast crew on 8/16/2016 at about 8:15 AM and as I was waiting saw my burrito flying in the air and sliding across the floor and I and looked at it and up at them and they just staired and afterwards laughed about and even gave it to me. Had to wait a couple of minutes for fresh coffee to be made. It was worth the wait! Super hot, fresh, and made to order. The drive-thru line was long but it moved long well. At the first window (pay) the young gentleman working was cordial and very attentive. An added bonus for McDonalds. He's certainly a keeper. read more

This is a Great McDonald's. One of the only ones that the fountain drinks always have that best taste ratio, orders are always right, and service is Great. The manager Aaron greeted us at the drive through, was very nice and professional, and even said hi to my 3 year old in the back seat while he was trying to yell his own personal order of everything he wanted... When we went to redeem it she rudely said that's not for here its for the Evens location. No where on the card did it state that. All that was stated was redeemable at all San Antonio , Hill Country and Del Rio Locations.
