This place clearly pays for fake reviews, we have gone twice now and both times were the worst…read moredining experiences that we have ever had. The first time we went, it turned into a 4hr ordeal. We got there and were advised the wait would be 30-45min, 2hrs later we were finally sat. And it just got worse from there. After a 2hr wait, we expected to at least have a pleasant dining experience. We ended up waiting nearly 2hrs between ordering and waiting for our food and paying. 4hrs for a mediocre breakfast with poor service. But we decided we would give them another chance and this time try a to go order. We called and placed the order, we were told it would take 15min. We got there 20min later and were told the food would be ready in less than 5min, so we paid. After waiting for an additional 30min, I asked the girl at the front if she had any idea what was going on. When I tried to explain how long of a wait we had been experiencing, she turned her back on me and completely ignored me. After another 10min a manager finally came over and I told them what was going. I advised that if our food wasn't ready, that I wanted a refund. She went to check on the food, at this point it had been 1hr since our order, and it was still not ready. When I advised I wanted my refund now, I was instead given a random piece of carrott cake that I neither wanted nor asked for. I was asked "does this help at all?" In reference to the cake, I advised it didn't and I wanted the refund. The manager said nothing and just left. Finally after over an hour of waiting and a refused refund, we got our food. Incredibly, the order wasn't even correct. All around the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Terrible staff, terrible wait times, and mediocre food.

I wish I could bake nearly as well to get that perfect crust that these teenagers were producing every time. Each one of them could be a meal on its own. I don't see Clam Chowder often in Texas, but if you're from Maine and want to go back home for a good meal - save the air fare! Irish Beef Stew was a hit with everyone who sampled this. Very savory. It was a great beef stew. Makes me regret every microwave stew I ever had growing up in the '70's. Butter chicken was another hit. This is just like any Butter Chicken you would have in a real Indian restaurant but with a nice tasty pie crust. It was unique to have this without naan. It's hard to believe the best Indian food in Hays County is at the Wimberley Market Days. The Korma chicken was just like my mother from India used to make! Ok, she was from North Carolina, but if she were raised in India and had a food pushing mother - this would be her recipe. It was my favorite of this trip.
