Sweet little coffee shop. And I don't drink coffee. Their chai tea is excellent and I'm extremely particular about my chai. I want it spicy with only a hint of sweetness. The first day I ordered 50/50 sweet to spicy. A little too sweet for me. They dropped the sweet by 1/3 and that was perfect with oat milk. Today I had the triple chocolate chip cookie (the last one, thought I'd have to arm wrestle the two young 'uns in front of me). Really delicious. Not sweet, truly chocolatey. Steady stream of folks on as no out. Staff were great. Friendly. Kind. Engaging. And outdoor covered seating. It was a gorgeous day with light rain. Love this place! I like the iced mocha latte. Nice rich chocolate and coffee flavor. My wife likes the peach black tea which has a nice hint of peach and not to sweet, very refreshing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shop is nice and clean. It's a must stop for me. Stop by and check them out, you won't be disappointed. Wife and I are always in the mood for coffee and tea, so when we were visiting Wimberley TX a few days ago, we decided to try Sip! And it was very tasty and comfortable inside. The strawberry vanilla latte was one of the best coffee combinations I've ever had, but it may be gone by the time people read this review and go to the store since it's a limited time item. If it's still there then please try. I also thought that this coffee shop was part of the restaurant that's 10 feet away but no it's a separate place entirely, so don't be surprised if you enter in the wrong door, but that may have been my own fault. My first impression of this coffee shop is that it was clean and appeared to be organized. We were greeted by the barista who took our order and was very kind and even gave my wife a compliment. I asked her what kind of espresso they used and she said an Italian blend. It was a good sign she knew off the top of her head. Our coffee was ready before we knew it and I was impressed that there was a little latte art on my 16oz lavender latte. Not to throw shade but Blanco coffee did not have any art... but like Blanco Coffee they both use store bought flavored syrups. I took my first sip and was blown away how much better they were than Blanco coffee. Blanco coffee is good but this just takes the lead. We stopped in here to grab a quick coffee. I am a bit of a coffee snob, and so I was worried that this place, being in more of a country area, wouldn't be up to par. However, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and the barista made an amazing espresso. I'm not sure what brand of being they use but the espresso bold and flavorful! It was a cute café that you could sit indoors or outdoors. We love to sit outdoors and people watch since it's right in the middle of Wimberley square, where there are a lot of boutiques and shops to patronize. This coffee shop was super cute. I made my order of cold brew with cold foam and the cold foam wasn't too up to par because their frother wasn't working properly. So I asked one of the young ladies to add whip cream and said "please just let me mix this in first" And she ignored me and put the whip cream on and walked away, not acknowledging me. Also I asked one of them where the rest room was - and she blurted out "that way" and no eye contact. I had to ask another one of them while the other girl who I ordered the coffee from ignored me. It was a disappointing experience at such a cute coffee shop. I also understand people have bad days - I can definitely address this type of bad customer service assertively - but I honestly didn't want to be bothered. Before heading to blue hole, was badly in need of a cold coffee, it was sooooo hot, with a quick search, sip caught my eyes and they're pretty conveniently located. Service is ok, place has nice cool vibe to it, with comfortable indoor seating. We went to Wimberley for a day trip yesterday and were looking for a place to have coffee. I choose Sip to check out and we made a great choice! We were welcomed with the banner saying Best of Wimberley 2020 by The Wimberley View and Sip as the winner for Best Coffee. The Turmeric Latte was a unique menu item so I chose that and included an espresso shot. Loved it! My husband chose the Cold Brew with oat milk and he enjoyed that too. He also had the jumbo blueberry muffin which was very moist. I bought 2 beautifully decorated cookies by Hayley for my neighbors. Seemed too pretty to eat! Came to this little cafe with a friend during a freeze, so a coffee was much needed! The barista was super kind and gave me a bunch of recommendations when I asked. I ordered a hot honey vanilla latte with oat milk. It was delicious and not too overly sweet. We also ordered chocolate chip and Reese's cookies. The barista pulled fresh cookies out for us and they were super delightful! Both ooey gooey with a perfect crisp on the outside. A super pleasant visit for a cold afternoon. read more

Went in for my shorty like everyday and the unexperienced barista made me a bad drink with only one shot and no foam. I asked for one done correctly and she told me it would take a while. I waited and she put a half cup of foam over a single espresso shot. I said, so that's it?? She jeered. I left. I would ask the owner why would you have 2 people on the busiest weekend of the year.
