    Mach 10 with oat milk
    Erasmo G.

Living in new Braunfels has really cemented my love for OTG, it is mine and my wife's go to place before church or before shopping or before a long drive, I work in Austin and leave so early most mornings, since they are not open yet I used to miss out, so finding out there is a location in San Marcos on my way to work give me perfect timing to pick up my Mach 10 with oat milk. Easy exit to get on and off i35 makes it way too easy to detour here every morning. Amazing staff Lauren and Vasti definitely sealed this as my go to coffee most mornings, and Johnny was above and beyond a delight this morning. To the rest of the staff killing it a big thank y'all.

For anyone who loves real good old fashion brewed coffee and strong coffee drinks, you're going to be disappointed. This is watered down premade mixture fluff...drive thru imposter coffee and tea. I could've gone around the corner for boba instead. It would have been better. I'm sure the owner is extremely kind, but the business model is one of quick mixes for convenience, leaving you with subpar, weak "coffee" drinks.

You can tell right off the bat that the owners care about the quality of their products and service. The space itself is very welcoming and full of natural lighting and real plants. The products they carry are high-quality, and they even sell their own brand of roasted coffee called Bluebonnet Roasting Co. But that's not the real impressive part of it all. The best part is that their coffee is smooth and doesn't taste burnt or bitter or need tons of sugar and cream to mask the bitter coffee flavor. The coffee shines on its own. My favorite coffee bean is the Fairview Blend for espressos, but basically anything they brew is exceptional. I will only buy coffee here and am converted to buying their beans as well. The miso caramel latte has a very subtle and not-too-sweet flavor that suits my Asian tastebuds. Iykyk. The caramel dirty chai is also really good and satisfies a sweet craving. However, my favorite is the pour over, which really lets their coffee shine. The Americano is a close second for sure. You can tell that they take pride and are passionate about the quality of their coffee. They also are all very friendly and happy to answer questions you may have. The food here is exceptional as well. The biscuits they serve on Fridays and Saturdays...don't get me started. They're buttery, flakey, and the homemade jams are so good! Their focaccia bread sandwiches are amazing. The breakfast focaccia sandwich with thick cut bacon is my favorite so far. I normally only make coffee at home since I'm very picky when it comes to coffee, but since I've been introduced to this place, I have had to go at least once a week for my Fairview fix. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Theor seasonal menu is amazing and i stuck to it both visits here. For example a miso infused latte foam? It worked. Boy did it work. The orange flavored cold foam drink came with orange zest on top for an added punch and aesthetic. The store is awesome too. Big and bright windows looking towards a foresty park and easy parking to boot. I spent some time speaking with the manager (maybe yhe owner) and they were really nice and definitely coffee people. I don't live around here but will make it a point to stop in every time i visit the area. Truly a spectacular little coffe house.

The wood roasting lends wonderful smokey notes to the flavor of the coffee in an excellent balance. I've had mostly their butter croissant, almond croissant, and pain au chocolat, and all three are wonderfully flaky, rich, and moist. They're a great addition to excellent coffee. Service is likewise quite friendly. The only downside is that they don't take cash. All told, though, great coffee, great pastries, and great service make an absolutely winning combination.

When I walked into this location to pick up an online order, a girl behind the counter just looked at me and didn't say anything or greet me. I picked up my coffee and waited a few minutes for the pastries. Another girl came up and asked if the pastries were mine. I said yes and asked her (after trying the latte) if there was any strawberry in the latte because it only tasted like cinnamon which I don't like. She said there was strawberry and cinnamon in it and left it at that. Didn't offer to replace the drink, didn't thank me or any other customer for coming in. Overall, the latte was gross and the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend this location at all. I went back to look to see if it mentioned cinnamon when ordering and it did not. Maybe the cinnamon is in the moon milk? Either way, I should have been offered a replacement.
