From the ordering with Lindsay, table service by Mary Jane (the owner's mom,) and food expertly prepared by none other than Claire, the owner, everything was spot on! Making me feel like an honored guest at all times. I had the egg sandwich to eat, and man was it good! My complimentary the chef for also sending out a sampling of the grits bowl. The glazed carrots had a light maple taste that paired really well with the dish. The temperature in the restaurant was perfect, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The music was great and set at just the right volume, which made it easy to relax, enjoy the meal and hear the conversation. That said, the decor could use a bit of improvement. No offense to the artist, but the prints felt a little odd and too small for the wall space.
