This is the food truck at Guadalupe Brewing…read more We stopped by to enjoy some brews and got hungry during the visit, so decided to get some snacks from TX po boys. We had plans to get dinner elsewhere. The food was pretty good and fried to the right amount...but our order took over 30 minutes to make. We had to visit the gals at the truck a few times to ask them if our order was done, or if we were forgotten. The sweet gal taking the orders also said that they would bring it out when it was ready, but we waited a solid 30 minutes and decided to ask. I think they just forgot our order of chips and queso and fried pickles. Besides that, the experience was great. Their chips are great (I love the thicker tortilla chips!) and have a more solid crunch to them. The queso is on the lighter and thinner consistency side, which is always a refreshing texture. They definitely use a lighter cheese instead of a dark cheddar, as shown through the color of the queso. It's got a great flavor to it too without having any extra add-ins. A nice traditional queso! The fried pickles were average, but my bf is obsessed with pickles...so that was his impulse buy. Not sure if I would say this is a steady food truck that I would come back to outside of the brewery, but I'm glad it's at Guadalupe! Good choice for snacks and probably their po boys!

Texas has been super hot and the açaí bowl here was the perfect thing to cool down. A little bit of a wait but it's made fresh so as expected. My 2 toddlers and I killed a regular size bowl. Pricing was fair for what you get and the quality. I've paid more for bowls that couldn't even compare to this place. Seriously so good. From the beginning you find a place to park and you walk to the seating area which is very welcoming with the trees and the lights. But let's get the point, the food, as you get closer to the food truck you see the menu and mostly there's a person who takes your order who is very kind and helpful in guiding you on your decision and as you walk closer you can pay and let them know if you will be eating there or taking it home. As you look at the menu you see abundance of food options. If you choose to eat there, they normally bring you the food and afterwards help clear your table. On this day I chose the five small tacos option, and I had the bistec, al pastor and chorizo. They came with grilled onions and a hot jalapeño. They also have some salsa to enhance the flavor of the food you have chosen. The tacos were delicious the flavors were excellent. You can't go wrong with this place. If you're looking for some very good Mexican food you have to come here.

Food came out quickly, everything was hot. I will ask for light seasoning on the fries when I go back, they were salty, even for me who likes salt on my food.
