I am a die hard on the grind fan but this location seems to mis the mark more often than the one by my house. The espresso frequently tastes old/burnt, they use WAY too much sweetener, or forget something like the whip or my foam top. It's rare that it's too bad to drink but definitely annoying enough that I avoid this location if possible. The cookie butter latte I have pictured was supposed to have whip and cinnamon on it but had neither and honestly just didn't taste like anything. Again, I'm obviously drinking it (I paid for it so I'm going to) but it's just disappointing to pay $5 for a coffee for it not to be what I wanted. read more

Our group was staying at Son's Guadalupe for our river trip this year and a few of us woke up craving coffee & needing more groceries so I went on a quick errand run. This stop was just 20 minutes away & was the closest, but when we got there the line was long and we were nervous about how long it might take to get our coffees. Surprisingly, the line moved very quickly, staff was super friendly, and the drinks were great. I ordered the iced Hawaiian and it was very good. My friends got a Carmelo and Mexican Mocha and they also enjoyed their drinks (I had a sip of the Mexican Mocha, it was my favorite of the three). Overall great experience & we'll probably be back the next time we visit! read more

I'll start with saying that I do love On The Grind. They have so many different flavors and I've never had a bad drink from there. I love the "surprise me" feature as well because I don't always know what I want. I go at LEAST once a week, sometimes more. Get the blackberry starburst red Bull, it's amazing! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the service. It's kind of inconsistent. Sometimes I go and the people working are literally the most fun, kind, and helpful people ever. Sometimes I go and I feel as though the people working can't be bothered. I cracked a joke with the woman taking my order today and there was literally no reaction whatsoever. In fact, she almost seemed annoyed by me trying to be friendly. She felt very fake and gave me mean girl vibes. I didn't really worry about it the first couple of times I had interactions like that but it's happened enough to where I can confidently say that good customer support is not consistent. read more

My wife and I went to the Hunter Road location near Gruene. We went today a little before 7PM. The girl working there was too busy flirting with the boy in the car ahead of us so we waited a long time. Finally the male worker came out of the stand to take our order. He boy finally left. The girl did nothing and the male worker hussled. The drinks were fine but there wither needs to be better monitoring or this girl just needs to be fired. We will not return to this location. read more

This specific location is always rocking with business. The staff works quickly and is one of the hardest working, friendliest, and busting with good attitude!
