Coolest coffee shop I've been to in a longggg time. Baristas were friendly and helpful/creative in coming up with drinks for my kids. The inside is cozy. A great place to come hang out, ready, or study. There is always a great outdoor area for you and your friends to relax. My order was "Cowboy like me". It's great. Not supper strong but strong enough. Light cream to soften it up a little bit definitely doesn't take away from the espresso. My wife ordered their drip coffee. We enjoy good, black coffee. My girlfriend heard about this new coffee spot and wanted to give it a try. It is on a main road so parking is a little tricky, and after we parked we noticed the business had parking in the back.. Once we arrived inside we loved the homey vibe and the various seating throughout the small home. They also had games and various things for my 2 year old to keep himself occupied while waiting. They had various selections for coffee and various drink options as well. But we were there for the coffee since it was a little early. I ordered "Cowboy like Me" which was a Cold brew, double shot of espresso, oat milk, and simple syrup. I also ordered a cookie and croissant. The price was decent and the coffee was good. We've been missing local coffee spots to stop into that aren't your classic big chains and this was a sweet surprise located in great location near downtown New Braunfels. An old home converted into a coffee shop with seating inside along with plenty of outdoor seating. We've stopped in twice now, once on a Saturday (pretty busy) and a Friday morning (a lot more chill) both times the coffee and service was fabulous. On that Saturday we brought our dog with us and sat outside and the barista even gave him a dog treat, which he loved! Local charm, great coffee, perfect location- add to your list! We had such an amazing experience at Kinnor! All the staff were super helpful and friendly and weren't hesitant to answer any questions that we had. We originally went there for coffee and ended up staying to get a cocktail too since it was the weekend and loved the welcoming and homey vibes of the place :) the coffee was AMAZING the syrups they used were so natural and comforting we loved it so much. Accidentally found this spot while looking for another coffee spot. And so glad I did. Impressed with their coffee/bar concept or what I would call coffee bar meets wine bar meets cocktail bar meets retro library. Everything about this place is uber cool: the retro espresso maker, tunes spinning on the record player + vinyl collection, the functional retro studio monitor speakers hanging ceiling, the comfy indoor seating and the books and posters. I leave it up to my husband to search for non-chain coffee shops whenever we're on vacation. Sometimes it's either a hit or a miss, but we can honestly say that this place is a definite hit, for that quality cup of coffee! Looks like this place must have been an old home that was remodeled into a adorable quaint coffee house. Bright interior with ample seating throughout. I'm an 80s kid, and the music that was playing that day (at the perfect mellow decibels, lol) took me back to a simple and care-free time in my life!! Love the collection of vinyl records and cassette tapes too!!! Absolutely nostalgic! The four of us enjoyed our coffees (Pour Over, Vanilla Lavender Latte, Americano, and Drip Coffee) in the cozy and quiet little living room in the back, which had a comfortable leather sofa and a coffee table. They have really done up this building- it is beautiful! There is plenty of natural light and seating areas, both inside and out. I got an iced Cowboy Like Me and it was delicious! When you have a craving for coffee "Kinnor" came to mind. I been wanting to try this coffee shop for some time. As you notice when coming to this place you see outdoor seating and as you walk in you see the place broken off into different rooms so you can lounge around as you drink your beverage. The personnel can give suggestions and answer any questions that may arise. They are a great help when trying to decide what to order. I chose a cold Vanilla Lavender Latte, it was delicious. I also got a hot Vanilla Blueberry Latte, that was excellent, expertly made. They offer a large variety of coffees and also some alcoholic beverages with a few pastries offered. Such a cute coffee shop! Definitely good for a small group hang out or just studying. The music is so vibey and soft and the service is so nice! I got the butterscotch iced latte and it was yummy! Finished it in .5 seconds they also have cocktails if you wanna mix things up! Parking is not a lot but there's some and you can always park on the street, they have some outdoor chairs if you wanna sit outside. Inside they have the main area and then like 3 little areas that are more like private but open to the public, like 3 rooms with chairs and couches. Would definitely come back here ! read more

Love love LOVE this coffee shop. I can't say it enough. It's such a breath of fresh air considering most of the coffee shops in town are drive thru or chains. It's the perfect third space, with plenty of indoor and outside seating. There's even a book shelf of books and games you can use while there. They also had a free guest cookout a while back that we got to enjoy. It really feels like they're blending in well with the community. We absolutely love this coffee shop. They have great coffee and prices. The ambiance is this cool vibe with nice appointments like vinyl record players. The service is good but sometimes they take a while when they get backed up but that's to be expected. My only complaints are this. 1. Parking is not ideal but that is not their fault. It would be nice if they could work out something with the Coldwell Bank across the street parking lot that is almost always empty. 2. The chief complaint would be the overwhelming odor of Febreeze plug ins when you walk in. The aroma hits you immediately and then going to the bathroom is so bad that it's nauseating.
