This bakery had good items. I would say it was difficult to enjoy it as they had a lot of people in there so the staff is very distracted and there is a pressure to pick your items more quickly. They did taste excellent and fresh.

What a daring little bakery. I was feeling like a little dessert, but at 9pm, what's going to be open, certainly not a bakery. Bakery close early or when inventory runs out. Not usually open late at night. Was so happy that 2Tarts was open, not only open at 9pm, but actually open til 10am. It was very obvious that this was the place to be. Even at 9pm there were about 7 people there. And a few people came in after us as well. There is street parking, which was easy to find a spot. I think there may have been a small parking lot on the side, but I'm not sure if it's for another business. The store is packed with all kinds of decorative candles, party supplies, stationary items, and even socks! Really fun to look around and take it all in. It was late, so the inventory was a little low. They had some cupcakes, cookies, and cheesecake! I'm here for the cheesecake. I got the New York Cheesecake. Velvety Chocolatey, really rich and satisfying. Hit the spot for dessert.

Service was excellent! Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Had quality food, I ordered the strawberry poptart and an iced oatmilk latte.

Went all the way to New Braunfels to try this place. They have a cute store and a cute name. I was very disappointed that the baked goods were way to dry. Like they had been in there for a month. We ordered 4 items for $30 and it wasn't even good. You need to rethink your menu guys. cinnamon roll was hard and dry. Worst one i have ever had.

Cute little shop in New Braunfels! I tried the Cookies and Cream Cupcake and the Ferrero Rocher Macaron. Cookies and Cream Cupcake - Pretty standard--chocolate base with cookies and cream frosting. While it wasn't bad, it also wasn't anything unique. Honestly, I don't think I would have been able to tell if it came from HEB or a bakery, which was a little disappointing. Ferrero Rocher macaron - Great flavor profile and really captured the flavors of a Ferrero Rocher. The texture could have been a bit crispier, but the flavor made up for it. Overall, it's a cute spot with decent treats, but nothing that really stood out to me.

2tarts has amazing assortment of baked goods. I tried the lemon lavender blueberry cheesecake. WOW!!! Blew me out of the water. It's creamy, rich, with a great balance of flavor. Their lemonades are also delicious. They are tart and NOT heavily sweetened. I definitely recommend this bakery to all newcomers to this quaint little city.

If you find yourself in New Braunfels you have to make it to 2 Tarts Bakery. The area is open and welcoming, as you walk in you can see the pastries showcased for display or to entice you to try them all. The bakers answer all the questions and give their recommendations. I tried the apple pie slice and it was as expected very decadent. They have options if a cake is needed for a special occasion with a tasting room so you'll know what you will be ordering. The inside is open and plenty of space to sit and a few seats outside to enjoy the view. But if a pastry is needed I approve this place.

We love stopping in to 2Tarts! Every dessert we've tried has been amazing! I think their pie slices are my favorite, my favorite being the Blueberry-Lavender, followed by the PB&choc! The lattes are delicious too ! Cute shop with lots of sweet gift/party items . It's ALWAYS hoppin' but dont let that deter you. The line moves quick!

    Unbelievably beautiful cakes.

I took a ride to San Marcos to pick up a few items from the farmers market. As I was leaving I saw "2tarts Bakery" and my weakness for pastries put me in auto-pilot. I turned around and was lucky enough to find a parking spot in front of the door. The line was pretty long but moved pretty fast as well. There was also quite a few people seated at tables as well as outside enjoying the food. They had tons of pastry options to choose from! I decided on a few and a vanilla latte to match. I perused the bakery to discover the scrumptious cakes that they also offer in wedding style and beautiful celebratory style as well. My order was ready pretty fast and I absolutely enjoyed them all on my drive back to San Antonio. I am so glad that I stumbled across this place and it will be a mandatory stop for the next times that I go to or through San Marcos.

Equally beautiful and delicious. We travel to NB twice a year, once to float in the summer and again for Wurst Fest in the fall. 2Tarts is consistently a favorite stop while in town. The coffee is delicious and the baked goods are such a treat. This time, I tried the savory blueberry sausage biscuit. It was not shaped like a traditional biscuit. It was more like a sausage ball (those holiday appetizers) with blueberry glaze. It was pretty unique but I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Love this little cute spot in new Braunfels, they are always friendly, helpful and give amazing recommendations. Service is quick, fast and the treats are amazing!!

Beautifully decorated sugar cookie! 7/13/25 It was so pretty I didn't want to eat it but it was so yummy!!!!

Kinda indifferent. I loved the fresh deserts they were chewy and soft. My favorite has been the rice crispy triangles w sprinkles. I got a brownie (not in pictures) that was on one of the bottom racks and when I bit into it then crumbled like ash. It was hard as a rock and crumbly you can tell it's prob been there over a week. I bought a cake from their other display for my birthday (teal blue buttercream with rainbow sprinkles confetti cake) it was amazing! I've only visited here a few times so I definitely will update. I like the decor of the place plus all the gift shop things. It's very tiny inside for the amount of business they get so don't think about sitting at peak times. The service people are cold, don't want to answer questions (or know anything about the product). I've had good and meh experiences will update when I visit next.

Always busy because it's always delicious! Parking: We have always been able to get a street parking spot right in front. Even on mother's day morning we had no issue. That being said, I don't know if there are any alternatives to street parking Seating: They have a few 2-3 top tables outside on the sidewalk and several 4 tops inside. So you can definitely stay and eat, though I don't find the ambiance to be the best for that just because of how busy it gets. Selection: They have a huge selection from cookies, cakes, and cupcakes to breakfast options (kolaches and quiches). They also have pretty good coffee ! All their food is delicious but very sweet too. They also have a lot of party decor items like candles, plates, cards, etc. They're all unique and very cute. Wait time: You can move through pretty quickly if you're just getting food. If you get coffee and it's busy, you may need to wait a bit Price: I find the prices can be a bit high, but all their items are large and great quality so it does feel fair.

Not my favorite, lemon bars fell apart, they were very goopy. Price point is a little high for what you get also.

Do they serve any decaf coffee or tea drinks?

Hi there! We server hot decaf coffee and we have some herbal hots teas. We also have out Hibiscus Berry Tea iced! Hope that helps!

    How is the coffee?

I had tea but my daughter said the coffee was excellent!

    How is the parking?

As a general rule, parking in downtown New Braunfels is hard to come by, but not impossible. Don't count on snagging a curbside space, but public lots are very close. At the worst, you'll walk a couple of blocks. No big deal.
