Service is bad lol. Just went through the drive-thru to redeem my first free Whataburger from the app. The person at the speaker told me I had to order through the app. That's understandable. I did and I waited in line. When I pulled up to the window, I told the lady there that I had a free Whataburger and I told her my name. I tried to show her my digital receipt but she didn't even wanna look at it. She told me that my order wasn't on the screen yet and came to the conclusion that I ordered at the wrong location. I made sure I did and I even double checked. If I had to wait until it did appear on the screen and I had to wait in the front, that would've been okay! But no, after asking her what should I do because I literally placed the order at the right location, she told me to just go to the front in a rude way. The female manager came to the window with an attitude and no apologetic attitude because her employees aren't trained (probably due to her). The space cadet behind the counter didn't listen to me when I placed my order, and concentrated on selling the "Meal Deal" and adding cheese to my burgers. Too much mindless spiel when I only ordered a Whataburger, a Junior Whataburger, and 2 senior drinks. You don't get a Senior Discount on the Meal Deal. Besides that, we are trying to eat healthy. The ton of carbs in the meal deal are Heart Killers! The so called cheese is neither tasty or healthy. Treat seniors with respect! Don'y try to kill them! It took over 20 minutes to get our meal. Whataburger I am absolutely appalled by what I face today when I went to Whataburger. I ordered five pies, two Apple and two lemon at 7:24 pm. I did not leave the store until 7:48 PM. We ordered early so that the pies would be ready but when we got there they were not ready though they said they were supposed to be ready at 7:29 PM. At around 7:30 A young lady came out handed us a drink, and said we are still waiting on one pie to cook. 10 minutes later we had not seen one person come back out, and had not gotten our order. Instead of saying I will have someone run those right out to you he said pull up to the second window. So again we sat ten more minutes waiting in the line so we could get to the window.
