Tried the Mexican sandwich, tortas. The bread is soft telera, along with lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, and on mine jalapeños and sirloin steak. I ordered the Milanesa de res, very good. Never had a Mexican sandwich before. Loved the chips and the salsa was warm and unique. My wife and daughter ordered the street tacos, each with a different type of meat, both of which said they enjoyed their plate. I sampled my daughters, taco and found it flavorful. This place is not very good and the tacos really depend on the meat you choose. The tripa was pretty good, but the al pastor seemed sus and the meat didnt seem like pastor. I doubt they have a trompo in the back that they cut the meat from. This is a taco joint that I'd only go to if I were super desperate for authentic-style Mexican tacos and didn't want to leave Princeton. It's a nice little restaurant sits 49 people very clean and super attentive and kind. The food was comfort food very warm and tasty. Drinks are refreshing and saw people coming in keeping it busy but not long wait on food which was nice. We bought more food to go for our son to try. The pork tamale and cocktail were my favs! I visited Taco Factory in Princeton, Texas. When I received the drinks menu, I ordered coffee but was told they do not serve coffee after 12:00 pm. The drinks menus did not disclose this. I ordered the Chilaquiles which comes with refried beans and potatoes. I ordered the eggs over medium because I like the yolk to be runny. What I got were potatoes that were under cooked, so I did not eat them, and an egg that was fully fried, no running yolk. After the waiter served my food, he did not check back with me to ask if my food was fine. After I finished eating, during the time I waited for the waiter to at least give me my check, guests in 2 tables were seated, finished and left. It was very busy when I arrived. It was not until the restaurant was almost empty that the waiter eventually brought me my check. read more

Went in on a Monday night about 45 min before closing. Ordered a patty melt bc why not. It was pretty good. They toasted some Texas toast, grilled onions and pickled jalapenos, melted some cheese and threw on a tasty patty. It wasn't greasy at all. The fries were seasoned with more than salt and pepper, but needed about 1 more minute in the fryer. Good flavor. Cool little Taco place in a strip mall in Princeton. My son and I tried it out based on the good yelp reviews and, as usual, my fellow yelpers did not steer us wrong. From delicious warm salsa that comes with the free chips to the margarita, everything we tried was good. The salsa (hot sauce? dip?) was different than what you get at most places. For one it was warm and orange in color and it had a spice that was barely there in the beginning, but built over time as you ate more....and I did eat more...and more... lol. I ordered a chicken chimichanga, which came with a side of rice and beans and was smothered in queso. It was stuffed with a lot of well spiced tender chicken that you could have easily eaten without any sauce, but the queso was so good, you want to eat it. Now, the queso was a little different from what you usually get as well. It wasn't just melted, gloppy cheese, but it was almost airy/foamy and light/delicate, but still with a rich cheesy flavor. Really good. The beans and rice were good as well, but not too different from what you would get elsewhere. My son had a giant chicken burrito. He likes things plain, so he ordered it without guac and salsa, but the bite I got was still flavorful and not dry. The magarita I had with our meal was large and had a good amount of tequila in it and good flavor. Finally, the staff was really nice and made sure we liked everything we ordered and happily obliged, when I asked if I could have chips and salsa to go (did I mention I really liked the salsa? lol). I am guilty of ordering the same thing each time I go. It doesn't mean they don't have other good items, I'm just biased to the chicken fajita plate with dbl rice, flour tortillas, condiments that include extra pico. It's just something about the chicken..is tender and seasoned just right each time. My only hiccup are the peppers and onions and this just me picking..some may enjoy them on the larger size but i fee they are a little too big. There can be more peppers and onions than chicken. I ordered a Carnitas monster burrito, and 2 street tacos (barbacoa & fajita chicken). The street tacos were delicious. The barbacoa was juicy and tasty. Chicken was pretty good as well. They offer caramelized onions on the side to go with the tacos. The burrito was pretty good. It was juicy itself, which made the bottom of the burrito a little soggy, but the flavors were still good. I never got a refill on my drink so I'm glad I only paid for a water, and once my food came I didn't get checked up on. Nothing about the plate was good and i didn't even bother trying the beans, I wouldn't mind paying 4 bucks for the serving size but damn 7.99?? for that small of a serving? This is the third taco shop I have seen open here in Princeton this year. From the outside it looks like just another Taco Bell. Doesn't seem like they have great food just your regular tacos. So I decided to look at their menu after seeing many positive reviews on Facebook. They have a great variety of foods which already gave me a good feeling about it. The first thing I ordered from here was their El Chavo Torta which was amazingly good! The amount of tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, beans, cheese and ham was perfect. Not too much of anything and the stuff was not spilling all over the place compared to other Mexican Restaurants. It also came with seasoned fries that were also perfectly seasoned! I got a agua de Tamarindo along with this meal that was pretty great too. Today however, me and my coworkers decided to eat there again. We got another El Chavo torta, Shrimp Cocktail, both beef and chicken tacos, rice and beans, guacamole, and queso. The shrimp cocktail was spicy but amazing (maybe needs more shrimp but regardless was good!). The tacos weren't greasy and the meat inside was seasoned just right! Let me tell you guys absolutely the rice and beans, usually in other places the rice is too hard or too salty or just good and the beans have onions in them and are just gross. But this place probably serves the best rice and beans I have ever tasted. The rice was soft and had the right amount of everything in it and the beans weren't salty and had zero onions in them. 10/10 would recommend! For the queso it didn't taste like your regular queso at fancy restaurants. It has a nice kick to it and it's not irritatingly cheese. The guacamole from this place doesn't have too much of an onion taste like other places. It's just perfect for me since I hate onion breath (: And just the avocado in general always taste fresh. Not too rotten not too ripe. And last but not least, the salsas. I'm the type of the person that can't handle very spicy foods. So I tend to look for spicy green salsas but not too spicy. The green salsa from here has that kick to it but it is the right amount of spicy for me. On a scale of 1-10 i would rate it a 6. But according to my coworker who can handle spicy foods, it's a 4. The red salsa isn't as spicy, but it does a give a little bit of a kick. Its a 4 on my scale. My overall review of this place is a 5/5 stars! read more

The food was hot and delicious. Their homemade drinks were pretty tasty too. The guy who took our order was polite. Funny and helped us out with our orders being though we all have different things we can't eat. While we waited in this small store front we were able to sit down at one of the tables(you can eat in, we chose not to) and chit chat.
