We are regulars here, and I'm not sure why I haven't written a review until now. We've been several times, and the food has been consistently delicious. The service is usually very good, and while the kitchen can sometimes be a little slow, the food is always presented well, especially for this price point. A couple of our favorite dishes are the Gabriel, with two chicken enchiladas, spinach, and sour cream sauce, and the Mario, which comes with three brisket tacos, Monterey Jack, and poblano peppers. For dessert, it is hard to beat the churros. The restaurant can be a little hard to find since it is tucked in the back corner of the lot behind Firestone, west of Kroger, but it is definitely worth looking for. If you enjoy good Tex-Mex from a local family-run spot, this place is absolutely worth trying.

They came out quickly, were well-cooked, and were more than enough for two people to share. Portion size was generous. One thing we noticed was the limited soft drink selection, though they do offer a large variety of alcoholic beverages. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing really wowed us on this visit. We're glad we finally tried it after all these years, but we're not sure it'll become a regular spot for us.
