Must've been an off night. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but I got a fried sandwich. I asked for honey barbecue because I thought that was the only honey sauce and was charged $.50. After I realized it on my receipt before it was made I said don't you have a different honey and he said yeah. So I corrected it and said I don't want honey barbecue I would like the honey mustard. But I was still charged the $.50 and not offered a refund. Seems to be a training issue, but it was still a very good sandwich and fries and drink. I had to give one star because of the nice server who brought our food. We ordered two burgers. After 15 minutes and several people came and went with their orders, I went to the desk and asked about my order. They had not prepared it! When we got it, the burgers were almost cold! They were out of ketchup and napkin dispensers were empty. Another patron had to go and ask for napkins. The server did bring napkins with our order. I needed more mayonnaise, but they didn't have packets, so the attendant said she would get a cup of mayonnaise for me. Never happened. Two words--vanilla shake. My husband and I used to visit this chain in college. They are few and far between so when we see one, we make a beeline to get a shake. My husband absolutely loves Whataburger and we visit this location frequently. He always orderes a bacon burger dry lettuce pickles only. He always gets a side of gravy with his fries and a Dr. Pepper. (admittedly I always sneak his fries and gravy when he's not looking) We loves this place so we often come at odd hours. If we feel like breakfast at 1am we will jump in our car and order a few taquitos. These are my favorite I order these every time and we sometimes wait until 11pm just so we can get breakfast sometimes they even make us breakfast an hour early. We always get bacon, egg cheese and potatoes in our taquitos. I love this place for a quick breakfast burrito. read more
