This is my favorite Whataburger! The people here are always so friendly and the service has always been good. I usually order the same thing, #5 with a Dr Pepper, and it's always fresh and hot when my number is called, which by the way, is a very reasonable amount of time. And the restaurant is always well kept and clean. The real star, besides the food here, is the staff. Every time I've visited this location, the ladies working are friendly, greet you on arrival and make sure you have everything you need. It is a bit of a hike for me to visit Whataburger, but as someone who has lived in Texas and loves this chain it is totally worth the drive! I use the online ordering on the app and have never had an issue with customer service and curbside pickup. We were missing a fry one time and no questions asked when we went in to let them know. Just hot and fresh fries given to us that were not in our bag. We also always order a cheeseburger and customize it to our liking. We love Whataburger! I was a little hesitant when I saw the low reviews, but upon arrival the building was clean and well maintained. A gentleman was outside cleaning the sidewalk when we walked up and when entering the business the aesthetic and cleanliness was very noticeable! Employees were prompt and efficient! Our complicated order came out perfect and it was absolutely delicious! All I can show you as evidence is the trash filled tray that did hold burgers, hot salty fries, and a jumbo cookie. Hamburgers are never hot off the grill. They would be really good if they were. The reality is that Whataburger is ALWAYS lukewarm at best.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could simply because Zikia running the customer service deserves her own five star rating. Great food and excellent customer service. Sticky ketchup is a great add. Extremely glad we stopped in as we are just visiting but I'll remember to come back simply because Zikia went about and beyond to make our first whataburger experience amazing. read more

I can't even begin to know how to write how terrible of a meal and experience I've gotten from this place. Every part of my order is incorrect. And some of the fries are still FROZEN. I have never ever experienced that at a fast food restaurant. My "plain triple bacon cheeseburger" had no bacon, no cheese, three patties, and a THICK layer of mustard? My "regular triple bacon cheeseburger" has no bacon. The chicken that was ordered with BBQ sauce (and even on the receipt says BBQ sauce) has mustard instead . I asked for three jalapeños ranch sauces on all the burgers- didn't happen. I wish I could get everything corrected but sadly I didn't realize everything was messed up until I got home 40 minutes away. I was so excited to finally get a Whataburger in the area but honestly this location has most recently just become a disgrace to the brand. The people were nice, I guess, no complaints in that department (Only did drive-thru). But after this experience I've talked to others that have said this establishment consistently and more frequently has been messing up orders that it is now just expected. Sad. read more

We were in town to visit Auburn University and wanted to try restaurants that aren't local to us (Kentucky). We were a bit late getting dinner (around 9pm) and other similar restaurants were closed so we decided to visit this location despite the reviews-we are SO glad we did! Some of the items we got: spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings (YES!), grilled chicken sandwich, fries, coke flat (YES again!) and banana pudding shake (YES YES)! Hopped off the interstate while traveling last Thursday for lunch. First I will say the burgers are good - big and juicy. The customer experience was VERY lacking. We ate inside, and there were three people ahead of us in line. The cashier, a man that appeared to be a manager, possibly in training, was taking orders. It took him a very long time to process the first person's order and kept calling for help from others. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Dr Pepper shake, which, by the way was very good. My husband ordered a double bacon burger meal. Since the shake was not given to us upfront, we assumed it would be brought out with the food but it was not. I went back upfront and got back in the line but a very nice lady that was walking around providing ketchup, etc. was able to get my shake for me. When I returned and looked at our food, the order was not right at all. I was given a meal (fries) which I did not request, but was not given the drink that should've gone with the meal Yet was charged full price for the shake on top of that. My husband's burger came as a single instead of a double. We solved the issue with his burger by me just giving him one of my patties. After I saw the size of the burgers, I knew I wouldn't be able to eat the double burger so that was no big deal. Since the order was not correct and we were overcharged by at least $6-$7. I had to get back in line and wait once again to get to the manager. When I told him what happened, he just looked at me with a blank stare and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I explained a 2nd and third time that I had been over charged since we did not get what we ordered. By the way, he did not call our order back to us and verify our order. Ultimately since we were traveling and in a hurry, I finally just took my receipt back from him and said never mind, I don't have time for this. He clearly didn't have a clue and made zero effort to find someone to tell him how to fix it. I understand if he was in training and didn't know the technical aspect of how to fix this error, but there was no apology and no effort to find someone that could fix it. Review: NEVER EVER GO TO THIS WHATABURGER!!! If I could give it 0 starts I would! We sat in line for 30 mins waiting for our food not only that but there were 4 cars behind us and all 4 cars behind us received our food before we did! As I noticed everybody's order was going out except ours I went inside to speak with a manager to receive a refund . She then took 10 mins to find my receipt and refund me . When I asked for some type of compensation for waiting at the establishment for now of a total of 45 mins and only receiving our drinks all the manager did was refund me and apologize for the inconvenience. I believe the wait times and incorrect orders are a result of poor training and everyone being brand new at first . I went last week and the service was top notch, super friendly. Tried tonight for the first time, will never go back. We were stuck in line for over an hour because once you're in line, you can't get out. When we finally got the food it was awful. I had a mushroom bacon swiss burger with onion rings and a chocolate malt shake. The onion rings were the only edible item and they were grease bombs. The burger was burnt tasting and it tasted like the mushrooms were basted in salt. After leaving the line, we come around the building to see the inside absolutely FULL of employees standing around talking and playing.
