It's actually pretty clean here. I went late and there was a good bit of staff. They have a lot of customizations on their app and it actually works pretty well. The food is fine for what it is. You definitely feel better than spending a lot more at Five Guys or a bit less at another joint. But I'd still rather just make my own burger. They'll bring your order to your table here.

I had amazing customer service here!! I came for the promotion for free breakfast! Oh and for lunch 75 cent burgers for the 75th anniversary. Restaurant is clean and inviting. Food is as good as expected for a fast food restaurant. I had the honey butter chicken biscuit and hash browns. I will return for the free burger. Why not?? Shalonda was so kind!!

Combo #1 add cheese ketchup and onion rings. Very good

I've been 5 times and had great service and food each time. I like the kiosk inside and the Whataburger App. Both are easy to use and makes customizing your food easy. I had breakfast once it was average but the Burgers are

Raw patty melt

Burger was raw. Employees seem nice. Long drive thru wait times even despite ordering online wish I could give zero stars, This is the third time eating at this one and every time it is horrible. Definitely not as up to standard as the one I fell in love with in Florida which is crazy since this one is much newer.

Burgers are good most of the time, but not worth the very long wait at drive thru when one first opens. I go there from time to time.

Horrible. Do not waste your time. You'll have to remake your own order because they'll 100% get it wrong.

Not worth the price. Plus, they got my order wrong. 1st visit will be my last. Also, I was in the drive thru for over an hour.

First time here was Friday 2/20/26…read more Let me first say there was a prom going on in the area and parking was a nightmare. I was just about to give up and go somewhere else when a spot opened. We were a group of 10 and were the 6th and 7th to arrive. Came in and sat down and it was a good 15 minutes before our server appeared for drink orders. They had a really good stout on draft so I ordered that and the alligator bites. It was another 15/20 minute before our server came back to inform me the keg blew and that beer wasn't available. So water it was. The alligator bites were not horrible, but weren't great either. Very bland and the breading was.....not crunchy. It was almost like they were microwaved and not cooked long enough. I went with the double bacon burger and fries, which was a $0.99 upsell from the house chips that comes with the burger. Two big thick patties with cheese and bacon. Pretty good burger. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst either. As for the ambience, good luck having a conversation. The place is open and loud. The actual restaurant is fairly small but it's part of a larger area. Think of a food court in a mall. Very hard to have a conversation due to all the noise. And people wondering in and sitting down without checking in, taking wait staff away from their other tables. Overall, I wasn't impressed. But, like I said, the area prom had a lot more people out than a normal Friday night, so I will return again for another meal.

A sever only came after we had gotten out of our seats to leave. The sandwiches are on the high side and the taste is underwhelming. This place needs a spark of leadership. The location has several positive attributes. But they have to get things together. I'll return in time. I trust the experience will be better.

Keep hearing about how the food is good but I never receive the same level of quality of food. Unsure why. A.1. THE STEAKHOUSE BURGER as pictured on the website "two patties", shows two slices of Swiss cheese and looks great. Please compare what I received... and judge for yourself please. Don't underestimate the customer service experience was flawless. The food quality is a failure. There needs to be a minimum of quality standards for the restaurant to achieve this by having the food match the picture of the food in the menu. Also ordered two regular fries of which was seasoned with sugar not salt. This careless mistake says there needs to be a performance improvement in this process of cooking and food preparation. Including someone testing the difference in salt versus sugar to know the results of how the error can affect the outcome of the customer experience. While there another person ordered the same steakhouse burger and their burger matched the picture. Hopefully management or the owner can address this situation and it is a repeat situation.

They said that they would pass along the message to my local restaurant (Woodruff Road), but it has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything, so I'm going to share my experience here. My family and I came into the restaurant yesterday (June 9th) at about 12:30 for lunch. All five of us ordered burgers and fries and three of them were great - exactly what I would expect from Wayback. My daughter and I both ordered the Bourbon Bacon burgers. Everything was going fine until we reached a bite with the bourbon sauce and tasted something awful like spoiled food. I let my husband try it too to make sure we weren't crazy and he gagged and spit it out and said for sure the sauce has gone bad. I walked up to the register with the burgers and told them that the sauce seems to have gone bad. The worker smelled the sauce, said it smelled fine and then opened the container, dipped a French fry in the sauce dispenser and tasted it. He said it seems fine and offered no solution. So we threw away our burgers and calmly left the restaurant. I have had bourbon sauces before and have always enjoyed them - this was not an issue of dislike, but rather of an expired sauce. I was disappointed with the customer service and lack of offer to switch it out for something else on top of having bitten into spoiled food Hopefully someone will check the sauces and make sure that spoiled food doesn't continue to be served.
