Still a little short on the greeting. I was standing at the register and was noticed and then asked, "Do you want to place an order?" Will also like to point out that Chick-fil-A is still worth trying if you have not been to their franchise chain; however, I would greatly say to perhaps visit another location or a location closer to your area. Or if you do choose to visit this location, always check your food or try it before you leave to ensure your food is served fresh without any surprises.
