Ordered fries from here, but they were not good at all. Sort of had an old grease flavour that seemed as if the grease trap was never cleaned out, causing the fries to have a very bad taste and a much worse aftertaste. The service was good. The restaurant itself was clean, but the food wasn't good at all. Usually like fries from Chic-fil-a but just not this location. The fries were also mostly potato ends instead of the actual waffle fries. Not the best experience. Needless to say, I trashed the fries. Will also like to point out that Chick-fil-A is still worth trying if you have not been to their franchise chain; however, I would greatly say to perhaps visit another location or a location closer to your area. Or if you do choose to visit this location, always check your food or try it before you leave to ensure your food is served fresh without any surprises. That way, the restaurant has a chance to correct any food cooking issues like that of this experience here. In my case, I'm not from the area, so I expected more from this location. read more

I can not believe that this is what I got when I ordered a kale side dish. Probably two bites. This is an absolute RIP OFF!! So, I went into my son's room to bum a French Fry and they were soggy and greasy. We walked in about 8:00 this evening with our grandchildren to dine in. There were people eating in the dining room and about 5 employees behind the counter. They were handing food to people there for pickup but no one looked at us, much less offered to take our order. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets and the south west salad. I dried popeyes first and you know how that turned out. Lunch time and all they could tell me is we don't have any chicken nuggets and no honey dipping sauce or spicy sauce, but that's ok I went to chick-fil-a and got my chicken nuggets with the honey mustard dipping sauce. The only negative thing I have to say about chick-fil-a is the drive thru. If I get my food before the car in front of me I will have to wait because of the way the drive thru is made you can not pull out of line. Always crowded....always. This is a relatively new store. They really have the system down on moving a lot of people through efficiently and at their pleasure. Everything is their pleasure, it is a policy. Just like other Chick Fil A restaurants, but with a newer outlay, and just like all of them, very clean. This chick fi la is by far the worst I've had to deal with. We have had issue several times and I'm not exaggerating. We order the same meal every week three chick fi la sandwich's with no butter. And every time they leave off the pickles as well. We have called to complain several times and at first they would address the issue. But after a while they started treating us like we did something wrong and not even trying to make it right. If your restaurant screws up the order multiple times how is that the customers fault . I have been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times (probably more than one should admit) each time hoping it will be different and each time they have failed to maintain the Chick-fil-A standards. I can't tell you how many times I've come here and my order has been wrong; also don't get me started on the fries. I understand fries being soggy if using a delivery service, but no matter if I have the food delivered or I go through the drive thru the fries are soggy and gross. With a broken heart I have decided that I will no longer come to this location, which is a shame considering I live close by and the location is easier to get in and out of than most locations. Order accuracy is a COMPLETE fail with this Chick-fil. Notice no a because they forgot to put it in the bag. Fries were so floppy and barely even cooked. The fries don't even hold shape. It's like a limp noodle. This is the second time for Chick-fil delivery and something gets left out each time. The first time they gave us sauces we didn't order the ven tho it was placed on he ticket in bold. I placed a curbside pickup order. When I got home i my Chic-fil-a sandwich with no pickles was missing. I called and they said to come back to get it. They were very apologetic. I arrived back at Chic-fil-a and went through the drive-thru and told them that I came to pick up my Chic-fil-a sandwich with no pickle and they knew what I was talking about. So finally I went in and they said it says it was already taken out, "but maybe they took it to the wrong person". We complained to three different people and finally had to leave. Service and accuracy has gone downhill at the Mauldin location. Several orders have been wrong recently and since its all drive through during the pandemic we take it back home more than 15 minutes away. They request that we drive back so they can correct the mistake. A 30 minute round trip is not worth it so they transfer to Kelly with the "recovery team" who then never calls to correct their mistake. I never used to have issues with incorrect orders at this location. So much for the customer service excellence they used to have. read more

I live three minutes from this location and use the delivery and the drive thru constantly! I've never had a bad experience but only the occasional exceptional one. First things first; I absolutely love their chicken noodle soup! Well I was feeling really under the weather this morning (mind you it's 9:15) and wanted to ask if they had chicken noodle soup available and no they did not. No worries I manage at a restaurant so I'm aware that it was a ridiculous ask to begin with just in hopes it was available. Let me start by saying Chick-fil-A is my bread-and-butter. I rely on Chick-fil-A at least two times a week for my protein and well-being. This morning, I decided to start my day off right with a nice, crispy, thick, and delicious Chick-fil-A biscuit. But instead, Chick-fil-A had other plans. I ordered a biscuit, some drinks, and hash browns for my coworkers and I off of the app. I picked up my meal and drove 15 minutes back to work only to realize my trip was only half way over. I didn't receive my chicken biscuit. I then drove 15 minutes back to Chick-fil-A, picked up my forgotten biscuit, and drove 15 minutes back to work. Not only did I loose my trust in Chick-fil-A, but I also lost over an hour off my time card trying to get this situation resolved. Not to mention, the biscuit I received after all my trouble resembled a chicken mini (see picture), not the thick and juicy biscuit we all would expect to receive. All in all, I tried to treat myself with questionably the best breakfast in the game, but instead I ended up sad and broken. Moral of the story is, don't trust anybody or anything. Excellent food. I've had multiple less-than-satisfactory experiences at this location compared to other Chick-fil-a's in the Greenville area. Once, they got my order wrong and I brought it up to the staff and they worked diligently to resolve the issue but the owner jumped in my face and aggressively questioned me about the discrepancy. I ignored him the best I could and received my correct order from the staff and walked out kind of flustered. He single handedly made an easily resolvable situation into a bad experience and I felt like he severely alienated his own staff in front of me.
