The seasoning the put on it is a crystallized honey power and something else in it, it gives the chicken a nice sweet flavor but not overpowering. They also have a spicy version for you spice lovers. The half bird came with 4 pieces as one would expect, the crust was crispy and the chicken was awesome. I was eating the dark meat and couldn't get over how juicy it was. The real test as you all know is the breast, is that going to be dry? Nope, it was so moist and flavorful, it was a home run. I guess they brine their chicken for some good amount of time and it shows. My sides though I wish I would have gotten more adventurous, the meal came with two sides so I got a salad and the fried potatoes as a recommendation from the waitress. We found that it was our mistake. The server returned, told us nicely what we now knew and then said that they would have our hot wings out shortly and we should enjoy the extra parmesan wings. The manager came over and asked if everything was straightened out. I offered to pay for the hot wings and he quickly thanked me for offering but said that he would like to see us come back again. They could've been cooked just a little bit more, and I told the chef that he said he would take it under advisement, however, they were very good, my Philly cheesesteak was incredible. I highly recommend that you order this if you really like cheesesteaks . Margo's gonna post a review on her food, but she really enjoyed both of our selections. Service was friendly. I spoke with the park manager, he was a nice guy, everybody was friendly and very helpful and courteous.
