The fact that they are open busting their tails on Thanksgiving evening is unreal and unfair. I made sure to tip all the worker $5 each and wish I had more loose cash on me I'd give it to them all. Ordered food online and everything came except for one of the burgers with our meals. I tried to call the restaurant and the manager was kind of rude and mentioned that she bagged everything, therefore she was not going to replace it. Never going or ordering from this place again. She immediately said I'm not going to replace it, which shows there is no effort to support the customer. read more

Fantastic experience! First time here. I chose to do the kiosk order but could not clarify extra condiments on it so I told the lady at the front register. She was super nice (wish I could remember her name) and followed up with the cooks. She had a smile and was very friendly. She was working hard to make sure the dining room was clean and customers were taken care of. My order was made correct and it was very yummy! Their food is always good. Like any fast food place it takes people to be more compassionate to serve great quality. People are more compassionate when respected. By bosses and customers. I've never had a bad experience there. Pretty fast about getting you in and out. Polite friendly and professional. Always use drive through so can't say anything about the inside. Prices are good. Putting up with rude people I'm sure has impact on how they treat the next person. Even though people should not take it to the next person. Be sure to remind yourself that the one in front may have been a bitter person and that does ruin the mindset for the next customer. If they wasn't working you wouldn't be getting fast food. She had one headphone in, so I don't think their employees should be allowed to listen to music while they are interacting with customers. read more

This store has the a problem reading the receipts. I ordered two bunless burgers and I got home they didn't even put the meat in there.

Filthy and slow. This is a burger place but there are Pizza Hut boxes and a 3 liter of 7 Up sitting on one of the tables. 3 other tables have leftover cups and order numbers still sitting there for over 20 minutes now. Okay everyone, let's be honest. Whataburger used to be ass train, okay? But recently they stepped up. I took the drive thru option because ya boy doesn't like people. A nice woman served me at the window with a cute smile and clear skin, 7/10. I waited at the window for like 10 minutes, which is why I justify the four star review. Got a sweet and spicy bacon burger, amazing as per usual. Got spicy ketchup, bomb as hell. Ate in the parking lot cuz I was on my lunch break. #getmoney. The meal itself would have been perfect but i rolled down my window and smelled something nasty, but it's all cool, I was about to be done anyway. You have those days when you just NEED a Whataburger ? That was today. I ordered a burger meal through the app and sort of ordered it wrong. For pick up vs curbside. Couldn't figure how to rectify through the app... the wonderful gentleman noticed my struggle and came to my rescue.... He said " I got you"..... perfect!. I was quickly served my meal and was off and on my way to work..... with plenty of time to spare. This location is always clean and the employees are always helpful and so nice..... They don't even deserve one star. This is hands down the WORST whataburger I have ever been to. 1.) My truck wouldn't even fit through the drive thru. 2.) There was only a handful of other people there besides myself and the wait was ridiculous. 3.) the sweet tea was absolutely disgusting. So I asked if they had any fresh tea for the drive thru line, finally the boy comes back with it and it tasted just as bad as what was up front. I will never go back to that location. read more

Terrible service! If you try to go to whataburger after midnight expect to wait an hour minimum. I've been to this whataburger twice a week for the last 3 months and every time I have to wait an hour minimum. I don't know what takes so long to make frozen food it's ridiculous. This is not fast food this is slow food that I can get better service at a local Denny's. read more

SOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOOW. I have eaten here 3 times now and every single time I spend ~30 minutes in the drive through. 10-15 minutes is understandable but 30?!? Unacceptable, especially since all 3 times i went, they weren't that busy. If i was willing to wait a while for food I would go eat at an actual restaurant or burger joint, not a freakin "fast food" drive through. Slow and not what I expect from Whataburger. If the lobby is going to be closed late night, the drive thru should move faster than a rate of one vehicle every five minutes. Corporate or franchise owner should not allow the lobby to be closed if the drive thru is so frustratingly slow. Pretty sure I can get my food at Denny's faster. read more

Went in for lunch met up with my dad and brother. I have always loved whataburger but this is the worst experience I have ever had. There was a decent sized line and only one register open. The cook in the back kept shaking his head and cussing about how busy it was. If that wasn't bad enough a cockroach fell from the ceiling and hit me in the shoulder. Whataburger in Lubbock on 50th - Quick trip with the kids stopped here right before lunch on a Sunday in late July 2014 - very family friendly, courteous service - and the food was fast food good and served hot - green chili burger no bun - Hummm and close enough to gluten free for me - my husband loves their patty melts - kids love their burgers, shakes and malts - fries could have been fresher - but what made this a great visit was the staff - repeated the order for 4 adults and 4 kids to make sure it was done right - we are special order maniacs- and when one shake hit the floor they cleaned it up for us with a smile - we will make this our GO-TO burger stop any time we are in Lubbock - oh yeah they are open 24/7 read more

I'm from Lamesa and I love whataburger but today when I went there was this VERY rude cashier. We had ordered two vanilla milkshakes and when it they where done the lady (who's right arm was broken) brought them to us and I offered to take them from her and say thank you, but she totally ignored me and just stood there until finally saying " Uh is somebody gonna get these!" And I thought it was very rude because I had offered to help but she ignored me. And the service was very slow waited 20 minutes for our order and there was hardly any people just our table and two more. read more
