They close at 5p and I arrived, unbeknownst to me, at 5:10p. The lady at the window offered to make my burger anyway. Shammar delivered my food with the best attitude and the biggest smile and took the time to make small talk with me even though I delayed his departure from work. I've been to this joint about 5 times in the last month and a half. I have gotten their cheeseburger twice and thought it was good but not extraordinary. I've gotten their tater tots plain and with chili and cheese and prefer the plain. I asked for them crispy and they were, and they were oh so tasty. My favorite thing to get, so far, is their Frito pie with onions and jalapenos. I've gotten it 3 times and although I think its good, one thing I would change is the fact that they put american cheese as opposed to cheddar. That's just my preference. The only thing I did not enjoy was their fried burrito. It had no flavor and their taco sauce is awful. Would not recommend that. On my first visit to most any "burger" joint, I will order a regular burger, no cheese but with all the veggies and mustard. I use that as a benchmark for how good a place is.
