I just left what-a-burger and it was my first time going. Probably the nicest staff I've dealt with in a fast food setting. I'm from GA and hospitality is pretty big in the service industry there. That being said, I was very impressed with the staff, I wish I could remember the guys name behind the counter but I didn't look. He was very helpful and kind. I looked at reviews before coming and I was surprised to see that this location had mostly bad reviews , but I was hungry and a fellow worker recommended it, and I mean it's fast food I wasn't taking a huge risk... but our food was brought to us which doesn't happen at fast food in GA. He brought the food and a tray of condiments to choose from like spicy ketch, regular ketchup etc... my brother and I picked out what we wanted and my brother mentioned we had never been because he was surprised the food was brought to us. The guy told us a little about the company and how they make the food fresh which was nice since it still came out quickly. About two minutes later he brings us some souvenirs to bring home, glasses and some coozies (which I collect so it made it better!) the food was great and the restaurant was very clean. The only thing that made me mad about my visit was when a customer left, that same guy asked him kindly if he "enjoyed his meal" the a-hole responded by rudely saying "I ate it didn't I!?"... and then walked out. What is the point in being an a**hole when people have only been nice?? And as I was leaving they asked if I enjoyed my meal and I kindly told them I did and they wished me a goodnight. After going to Walmart I can tell this town has some shi* heads in it and I felt bad for the guy behind the counter because he was only kind to us. I'm guessing this place got bad reviews because every fast food restaurant around here has bad reviews.. which means that there are just a certain type of customer you can't please or want some sort of hand out or something for free, people always complain but don't shine light when it needs to be as often. I'll probably never be back in this town since I'm here for work but what-a-burger does have a loyal customer now, thanks is to the gentleman. I had my meal around 8:20 pm Oct 6,2017 if that guy is reading this thanks again and sorry you have to deal with a**holes! read more
