More like "what the f*** burger...". I started typing this review after 30 minutes waiting in line and will end up finishing it before our food gets here. Did I order a huge meal? Maybe something complicated? Nope - a burger. And fries.... And just had to put the phone down because the worker came out and asked us what we ordered. Not good y'all. I'm thinking Whataburger needs chick-fil-a to show them how to run a drive through. Don't go here if you are needing something on the run. read more

Took 30 minutes to get my burger.........................................save time and cook your own or go to sonic!!

Food is great hot fresh doesn't taste like it's been sitting half of the day. The service sucks they had the lobby closed claiming due to maintenance and not a thing is being done. All the tables are laid out where you can go in there and eat and it's pouring down rain and they expect you to stand outside and pouring down rain if you don't have a vehicle since you can't fit a semi that is 13ft 6in tall in a 9ft drive thru.05/04-06/2024 read more

Whataburger - Biscuits and gravy, french fries, and some bacon - Burgers Near Me - Longview, Texas

Drive thru seems to be a problem but not a big deal to me since i go inside or order curbside pick up when in a hurry. This location is one of the best in the city. Staff is friendly and orders come out right everything. From breakfast to dinner items there is something for everyone on the menu. read more

Whataburger - Biscuit & gravy with a side of bacon!!! - Burgers Near Me - Longview, Texas

Wrong order all the time and the crew just don't get paid enough to care about out your food smdh

I really like Whataburger a lot I eat there quite often, being from Texas. lol Whataburger in my opinion is one of the best fast food places you can eat at I particularly love the breakfast my wife often kicks me out of bed early in the morning and says go to Whataburger and get breakfast, great way to start the day. read more

Agree with others. Incredibly slow service. The only orders coming out of the kitchen were for the Uber drivers. Had to ask for my order and then they came up with it. Walked out to car and left .... No napkins in bag. read more

On our way back to DFW, we stopped for a quick bite. This is, likely, the worst Whataburger based on service and quality I've ever been to. There were only 2 cars in front of us, and yet I know we were in line at least 20 minutes (because I started timing it after a few minutes). They parked the first car. They second sat at the window for over ten minutes before they took their money. When we got to the window (at about 17 minutes of tracked time), our money was taken immediately. We were able to watch one young lady do nothing but wipe the same tray over and over. The young lady helping us was polite enough, but someone else came up & started to tell us to park. I would have simply demanded my money back then - which is what I should have done. I believe our fries & onion rings were cooked when we first placed our order because they came to us cold & rubbery. As long as we had to wait, you'd think our burgers would have been hot. They were barely warm & they were soaked in grease. Finally, and I think I speak for every drive thru patron everywhere, please give my drinks up front - not AFTER I get my food. My burger - the mushroom & Swiss - was so greasy I could only eat a few bites. The sides were inedible from being old & cold. Overall, I wasted $22.01. read more

This location is horrible. I have waited 15 minutes fir a drive they order. Nothing special, regular order. They even moved me to a parking spot to wait so people behind me couple go by. I have seen 5 cars leave the drive thru (that ordered after me) with their orders and I am still waiting. I finally got someone to come out an check on me an was told it was till being cooked. That was total BS. They either forgot about it or gave it someone else. Never will I buy from here again. Don't run 2 lines if you can't keep up with orders. Dumb. Just dumb. read more

I stopped here for a pit stop on a long road trip, ordered a double burger, and discovered I received a single when I opened it up two miles down the highway. I expected more. read more

First time stopping at this location and everyone was very attentive and food came out fast. The older gentleman working the register was very kind. They were out of sweet tea but he quickly brewed a new one and brought it out to my table. Do not let the old reviews stop you from visiting this one. Maybe new management or better staffing. Overall great experience. read more

We came inside with a caravan of 18 people at lunch time, and they were able to get all of our orders in and out very quickly! Staff was very attentive and patient, and we were back on the road very quickly read more

Food was good, but that was the only thing. Out of regular ketchup and when my mom asked if she could have ranch instead, they said they would have to charge her! Being out of ketchup is THEIR fault! They should not charge her! read more

Texas joint, just wanted to see what was the fuss all about. He patty was the star of the show I ordered the double Whataburger meal. + when they bring your order they also have condiments you can from table side. + open 24 hours a day My fellow Californians, if you're traveling through TX and you want to have the Whataburger experience I suggest you do so. That way once they come after in and out you can refute their claims. This is all in good nature people's likes and dislikes vary. I would recommend anyone interested in a fine burger to come here. As for me I wouldn't go back I'll stick to in and out. read more

Very very average. Some of the staff are almost unintelligible... believe it or not, if you're serving customers, not mumbling and speaking clearly are bonuses. read more

Terrible service!! If you want to get ignored and deal with badass attitudes then this is the perfect place for you! Food was good but they always make you feel like a problem instead of a customer. I'd definitely skip this place if you can!! read more

It's kind of hard to give a five star review to ANY Whataburger out there because, well, it's a WHATABURGER. (Can you tell that I'm not just a huge fan of fast food chains?) Still, I feel the need to give this place five stars given the hammering it's taken over its (per everyone I've listened to) outrageously slow drive-through service. I can't speak to that, as we went in to eat. (We never do drive-throughs.) The staff was friendly and eager to serve us, and the venue itself was clean and well lighted. (I am a stickler for clean floors, immaculate restrooms, and pristine tables.) I dunno -- maybe the drive-through here IS ridiculously slow. Could be. All I know is that the dine-in experience we had was what I'd consider very pleasant, especially in light of the fact that we were reduced to eating egg taquitos at a freakin' Whataburger in Longview, Texas at four-thirty a.m. In other words, I have no reason to kvetch. read more

I went to Whataburger for the first time ever and had the best experience. From the second I walked in the employees were kind and welcoming. My order came very fast and Amber even brought out a tray of condiments to choose from. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rona (the manager) and she could not have been nicer. I will definitely be returning to this location. read more

Food was ok. The kids meal burger was dry and over cooked. We ordered Dr. Pepper and we tried it while waiting on our food and it tasted like Diet Coke. We gave them back and asked for new ones. They tasted the same. They forgot the cookie in the kids meal. Not a good stop. read more

If you want to pay to be treated rudely this is the place for you. Ms Destiny working the drive thru is one of the rudest people I have came across in a long time and when you call and speak to a manager about it guess what - you find out who must be training her. After explaining I would be emailing corporate her tone changed some. What's sad is I love Whataburger, breakfast on a bun, and the food was great as usual for Whataburger. This restaurant needs a new staff read more

Service is terrible in this location take long and get the order wrong employees are in there own little world

I live in California but I come out to Texas all the time. I have loved Whataburger for years now and have always told my girlfriend if she ever went to Texas with me we must get a Whataburger!! Well this past weekend she went with me to Dallas then we drove to Shreveport, Louisiana. We stopped at the Whataburger in Longview, Texas. It was the single worst fast food experience I have ever had in my 53 years. We pulled up to the drive-thru and the Whataburger employee told us to give her a couple of minutes. After 5 minutes I asked if I could order, and she told me just a few more minutes. After another 3 minutes she came back. We ordered our food, and she did a good job on this. We then waited in line for another 5 minutes. We pulled up, paid, and received our drinks. My girlfriend's Sprite was just carbonated water because it ran out of syrup. We told her and she gave her a Dr. Pepper. Now the fun begins. We waited another 7-8 minutes, and she comes back to us and asks to see our receipt to see what we ordered. We showed her and she went and checked with the cooks. After another 5 minutes she tells us to pull forward into a parking area and she will bring our food out to us. We sat there for another 10 minutes. I was stunned. We were finally given our food after 40 minutes after we pulled into the restaurant parking lot. To make it even more fun my girlfriend's burger was missing the bacon that we paid extra for. I was so bummed out, I have bragged about your company for years!! read more

Waited for thirty minutes in the drive through for my food just be handed a cold burger and ice cold fries. My drink was incredibly watered down I'm sure from sitting there for thirty minutes! I get things being slow from lack of employees but at least hand me fresh food! read more

Best service. Best burgers (most of the time) of any Whataburger in town. I'm a regular and will continue to be.

Wanted to give a shout out to the lunchtime crew at this location. I placed an order for take out through the app. I get there and my order is ready. I check inside the bags, just had it to make sure my order is correct, and I notice what looks like 2 tacos instead of a burger. (I had ordered 2 burgers, 1 fry and 1 drink). I bring this to the attention of the staff, and they proceed to make me another. As typical of Whataburger's, they are busy at lunch, hence why I placed my order ahead of time. It seemed to be taking a while, so I ask about the progress, they are making it (of course it was special order/ it's Whataburger!). So I get my order, and it looks like the same set up, 2 tacos. The lady who gave me the food, said no, that's your 2 half's of one burger! ‍. I always ask for it to be cut in half, never having it served that way. I apologized for my mistake and thanked them for accommodating me. Just wanted to publicly thank the entire crew there for being so nice and understanding, for what ultimately was my mistake. Will stop here again when passing Through!! read more

I say I'm the drive through for over 20 minutes and for fast food that's just unacceptable I ordered waffle fries and they gave me soggy regular fries. Ordered a bacon and cheese and got a cheese and jalapeño read more

Horrible. We waited for about 20 minutes to even get to the drive thru window. I paid and then waited for another 20 minutes before they told me to pull forward. After waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes someone brought out our food and wasn't going to tell me what the problem was until I asked twice. I was told they lost my receipt and no one knew what I was waiting for. I can't believe that at all. The manager wouldn't even man up and come out to talk to me. Will never go here again. read more

Be prepared to wait 10-15min. There is not sense of urgency in anything they do here. However the food is excellent as usual.

Can I give 0 stars? Normally this place isn't terrible but I came here at midnight after getting off work at the airport... and there were multiple people who had been there for 30-60 min or more waiting on food. As I wrote this I've been waiting for almost 40 minutes now.... people stood at the counter to try to either get their money back or ask about their orders and no Whataburger employee would acknowledge them at the counter for awhile. Unacceptable y'all. read more

Went Whataburger on Eastman Rd Wed evening appox 6:00 pm. Had a coupon for free mushroom/Swiss burger if I purchase a whatameal 1-5. Purchased #3 and the total was $10.52. It was my first time at WHATABURGER & I don't think I'll ever go again. We waited over 30 mins for 2 little burgers & one of them was burnt & they blamed us for asking for it toasted... when the other one was perfectly toasted. And the staff was complaining so much about wanting raises and breaks, it was just a horrible experience & environment. Smh. read more

Memories fulfilled! It's probably been 20 years since I had a Whataburger, and today as we stopped for gas I saw the restaurant. So, instantly it was time for lunch. Dragging my wonderful memories of the taste of a Whataburger with me I entered and ordered. My trips down memory lane by visiting old favorible dining experiences have, of late, been disappointing. But this was at least as good as I remembered. Thanks, WB. Now when are you coming to NW Georgia? read more
