If I were going on tidyness of the lobby alone, I wouldn't rate that well, but they get bonus for being visibly hard working and friendly with the customers and each other. The floor and tables could use a round of straightening up/sweep. But there was a large stream of customers blowing through non-stop, so I guess they couldn't catch up. The manager checked with the people already served if everything was good/correct, and she appeared to have a good interaction with the staff. It wasn't exactly quick, but again, it was busy. This is the absolute worst Whataburger I've been too I'm really patient and understanding as myself works in customer service but I cannot with managers like Gloria I was in the drive thru getting food for my family and I always make sure to check my order before pulling off because everything is expensive now days I'm paying for it, so thing I want it to be right and I check and ofc it wasn't right so I respectfully let the driver thru worker know then shortly he brings my burger and it's wrong again which again I understand but then the manger Gloria comes to the window looks at the receipt and yells "ima need the whole order cause I know I already made this" so I hand over my order like okey check it cause I also have my receipt and this is the 3rd time and it's wrong! and she just had the worst tone and attitude. The first time this location mussed up our order, we were shorted a burger and were directed by uber eats to contact the store since all we wanted was our food. The store manager could care less and we ended up letting it go because we did not care much for the hassle. Fast forward to this time, the order we received was not even our order. Now we are talking $40 worth of food so we take the order to whataburger ourselves to get our dinner. The manager on duty said they would not give us the food we ordered due to order being a "large" amount. I'm like no way, we paid, we didn't get our food, just give us our food. And it's like three meals so not necessarily a "large" amount except for the fact that whataburger's prices are pretty crazy at this point. The manager on duty then called the store manager, Jesus Lozano, who then continued to refuse to give us the food we ordered stating that "it was the third party's fault". Here's the thing though, it's all their fault and we were the ones to take the hit. Not only are we out the $40, we did not get any food. And, we have to jump.through hoops to try to get a refund. The right thing to do was to just give us our food, apologize for the mix up and move on. Not cool Whataburger. Not cool. Boo on you and your cruddy management. I feel sorry for your employees who are not taught to do the right thing consistently and feel sorry for the neighborhood you are in for having terrible representation. Stopped by here on the way home from deejaying a reception in Azle. When I arrived there was only 3-4 cars in parking lot. Parking lot was very clean of litter. Inside only had a few guest eating inside. The floors appeared to have just recently been swept, tables and booths were all clean and wiped down. The mens restroom was stocked and clean. Ashley, I believed was the Shift or Night Manager. She took my order and I paid with the Whataburger App and she thanked me for being a member. I order 2 Justaburgers and Large fries. While waiting and watching the night crew work and getting the food orders out hot and fresh. I noticed there was about 6-8 employees everyone was moving and working. This location has one heck of a drive thru business. My order was brought to me in a pretty reasonable amount of time. Pulled into drive-through at 10:50 AM finally got To speaker to order a biscuit breakfast number 22 I was told that breakfast was not served after 11 AM it was 11:03 AM by the time I got to the speaker. They said all they had left was a sausage taquito so I ordered that in a meal with coffee. When I got home I opened the coffee and it was cold. I checked the hashbrowns sticks and the taquito and they were cold. Worst breakfast ever. Had to heat everything up when I got home after a five minute drive. I should have gone to McDonald's or Braums and ordered a good breakfast. This Whataburger location is always slow at the drive-through and I should've known that.
