The tortillas are fresh and not bland, the meat (I've tried both chicken and beef skirt) is seasoned generously and just right, the shredded lettuce is bright and crunchy, and they definitely don't skimp on the cheese! Plus there's a fantastic "keymayo" sauce mixed in; a tangy citrus delight that isn't overpowering but definitely takes these tacos to another level. If you're one of those folks who hates mayonnaise, that's fine, but try not to dismiss everything it's ever in. It's an awesome base for creative accoutrements like Whats Cook-N Chef's keymayo, and I think you'll love it! That sauce is good for more than just tacos, it makes the perfect dip for the homemade fried plantain chips you'll want to order at this food truck. These little wafers of joy are sweet, salty, crispy, and delightfully warm. Ahhh. Dunk them in that cool keymayo and you've got an unbeatable pairing of flavors! I've had the opportunity to meet the head chef of Whats Cook-N Chef, Javier, and he's excited about his business and dedicated to serving authentic Latin cuisine that'll impress your palate. We ordered a cup of their clam chowder, and the owner was kind enough to make a fresh batch for us. That level of hospitality really stood out. The chowder was creamy, flavorful, and packed with clams. It was so good that I didn't even mind eating hot soup in the Texas heat! Since it's a food truck, there isn't any seating, but it's parked at Klyde Warren Park where there are plenty of places nearby to sit and enjoy your food. Friendly service, delicious food, and a perfect stop while celebrating the holiday. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

The food is very well priced and both dishes were really good. The fact that it's at Martin House Brewing is a bonus. The only take away is dishes need a hit of salt before served.
