Cheeseburger the way you like it !

Great burger! And loved all of the things here. Sweet TEA was delish and they even serve beer, margaritas and Southern Slush! Service was great with lots of friendly faces.

Went here on a suggestion. Grumps did not disappoint!! First time visitors and if we go back to the area we will def visit again. We got there and the parking lot was packed - good sign! You stand in line to order. Staff was friendly. They also have free peanuts. The kids there seemed to really enjoy that! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added grilled green chili's. I was so excited to see that as an add on option because it's been a while since I've had a green chili burger. The bacon was cooked good and I liked it with the chili's. We also got one of their specialty burgers. Can remember the name - think it started with an R. Hubs liked it. Burgers were really cooked well. The onion rings were so good. Can't always get a good onion ring at a burger joint. These were on point. Only thing we didn't love was the fried pickles. Husband thought they were a little thin. They weren't that bad though. We tried the jalapeño ketchup. Hubs liked it. I was concerned it might be too hot for me but it wasn't. It was good.

Great burger and Onion rings. Beer was cold. Service was fast and friendly. The place is comfortable. Easy parking. Great place for quick yummy burger and beer. I think with tip, burger, onion rings, Corona..... it cost me $20. Place is comfortable and burger was good.

I've been a regular customer of Grump's Burgers for a couple of years now. And man, let me tell you, this place is the real deal. Understand that burgers are MY comfort food. When I'm blue, I want a burger. When I'm happy, I celebrate with my favorite burger. My favorite menu item is always a burger. I'm a Texan, I'm an American, and burgers are just part of my DNA. So when I tell you that Grump's is a real deal wonderful burger joint, I'm judging it against a lifetime of Kincaid's, of every top tier burger place in Fort Worth. And let's be honest here, there are plenty. Grump's has proven to me time and time again that theya re the real deal with amazing burgers. They are always made to order, theya re always cooked to perfection, and they are incomparably delicious. This place is wonderful and it is, without peer, my favorite place to eat. I cannot give them enough recommendations. I cannot, with words, praise their burgers enough. The atmosphere is pretty standard Americana. Plenty of detritus on the walls, fun little things like a "Christmas Story" lamp and a giant neon sign. Peanuts to snack upon as you wait. About what one expects from an eatery. But the product itself is always the star. The burgers are cooked to order. The fries are amazing but if you want something else, they have onion rings and tots and the like. The drinks are top tier since they offer Dublin sodas on their fountain. The best root beer you will ever taste and amazing soda and diet soda and the like. You WILL hit up the fountain again before you leave because it's wonderful. I also need to call out the staff who runs the place. They cannot be topped by any other restaurant. Friendly, nice, eager to please, and most of all welcoming and fun. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you like a Hamburger, Cheeseburger, etc, you simply cannot do better than Grump's. Get in here and live the dream!

Pretty good for a burger joint! My burger was cooked to medium well (they all are) which was perfect! Nice and juicy. The beer was ice cold, the atmosphere gave off a retro vibe 80's sports/garage theme. You do need to walk up and order your food, but they serve it to you. The staff was friendly and checked in on us from time to time. We finished off our meal with a scoop of ice cream! Since everything is fresh to order, it can take sometime to get your order however, they offer shelled peanuts to curb your appetite. The cons: Everything is a la carte, which is fine but I had expected the side of fries and onion rings to be a lot larger considering price point and ability to share. Fries were ok, Onion rings were good! Overall it is a great place and we will go back!

Well, I was over by Grumps doing some laundry, and I decided to get the place another try for lunch while I waited. When I arrived about 12pm there were about 8 people in line and it took me 15 mins to get to the counter, when I finally got to the counter I ordered the guacamole hamburger with cheese, onion rings and a Ziegnbock draft which cost $16:47 and was told 18-20 mins wait. It was warm inside and I ended up waiting 21 minutes, the beer tasted watered down, the cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, and again there's just nothing special about the burger itself. Definitely not worth the overall 36 minute wait just to get it. The onion rings were good but just your every day beer battered most likely frozen onion rings, ranch was good. Unfortunately this review did not improve from the original and I can honestly say I seriously doubt I'll be returning to Grumps. If you're in the neighborhood looking for a good burger J's Casa is right across the street ‍

Cheeseburger with grilled onions

Yum yum yummmm! Kid and I hitting up our "G" restaurant, so we decided on Grumps since we've never been and we always like a good burger. I have been wanting to try this place for a while, and they did not disappoint. We arrived a little before 11 and there were already people waiting outside, so I figure that was a good sign. The inside is decorated with all kinds of different pictures, signs, and neon's. It's much larger inside than I thought it would be, with plenty of seating and some TV's playing sports. Kid ordered the queso burger with a side of fries and a drink. I ordered a cheeseburger swapping regular onions for grilled with a Southern slush (bourbon & coke). The guy at the register was nice and let me taste a sample before committing, which I thought was very nice of him. Everything is ordered a la cart, so there are no combos. I think the price point is pretty decent for what you get. There was a little wait for our food, but it wasn't terrible. Food arrived fresh and hot. My burger was cooked well and was very tasty! I do wish there had been more grilled onions though. Kid liked his burger too, but most of the queso ended up in the container. That was ok, because it made a good dip for the fries (I stole a few). The fries were hot, seasoned well, and were crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. Will definitely come back and bring the hubs next time.

BBQ bacon cheeseburger with jalapeno bun and spicy fries

I've been here a couple of times now, but it's been a while year since I reviewed it, so wanted to update. Usually it's pretty good, but this time I had to remove a star because this time everything was so salty and the bacon wasn't so crispy this time. Otherwise was pretty good, but with the insane levels of salt, made it really hard to finish my food. The jalapeno bun was good and grilled perfectly and the veggies and BBQ sauce were great as well, but the food being that salty made it not as great as it would have been. The spicy fries were already insanely salty as well. I'll def be back and hopefully next time will be at good as the previous times *Reply to the manager*. It was Tuesday (6/13) around noon. I got it to go and sat in my car so could listen to my music while eating in the parking lot

Not to be confused, this is Grump's Burgers

Fantastic choice! The menu is very "urban hipster" vibes. Plenty of burgers, lots of fun appetizers, charcuterie, one of my friends has some dietary restrictions and they were easily able to accommodate her needs which made us all very happy. This spot has a great bar in the front, and a smaller bar in the rear of the place. Outdoor seating as well as covered seating. Plenty of shade as well which will serve their patrons nicely in the coming Texas summer months. This is also a dog friendly dining spot, plenty of people were there with some amazing canine companions (always ask before you pet a strangers pup, it's just polite and courteous. Almost no one says No!). Assuming you don't have a dog allergy, this will hopefully be a feature. There is a relatively new apartment complex across the street and I get the feeling a lot of the people stopping in were regulars who bring in their dogs during walkies and grab a bite before heading back home, but that is just pure conjecture on my part. Either way, it was a fun inviting atmosphere. The music was nice, not too loud for my old man ears to enjoy but still present enough to be part of the evening without being intrusive. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, etc. Everything one would expect from a fine Texas eatery. Lots of spicier options on the menu if you're into that, but by no means anything overpowering. My guess is the owner has stock in some jalapeno growers farm somewhere and the food is all the better for it! If you're in the area already or if you're thinking of branching out for a nice new burger spot, this place is great and I will be returning. I live nearby so it'll likely become part of the regular rotation for us in the coming months. We are spoiled for choice in this area when it comes to good burgers being close to Grumps, close to Kincaid's, and close to Tommy's up on Camp Bowie. But this place competes on good burgers and if you're looking for a fun hangout atmosphere, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Easily recommended! Give them a try, I don't think you'll regret it! Cheers!

The ambiance is relaxed, making it a nice place to unwind. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so plan for that if you're visiting during a busy time. Service was on the slower side, and unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the deluxe chicken sandwich--it was overcooked and didn't live up to expectations. Overall, the wine selection and charcuterie concept are highlights, but the food and service could use some improvement.

This was more like a sports bar to me. It looks like a house from outside. They have a deli, bar and burger place all together. We walked in and the lady behind the deli said to sit anywhere and you could order anything from the table. We were immediately asked to open a tab, which was fine, just unexpected. We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double. It was a nice experience, probably fun to go at night when they have a band. I personally won't return to eat lunch because we felt it was overpriced for what we had.

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.
